Lindsay Lohan’s lawyer Mark Heller may have openly lied to the court.

In striking a plea deal to keep Lohan out of jail, Mr. Heller promised to have his client placed in a NYC rehab facility. What’s more, Heller said Lohan would be placed in a 90-day lockdown rehab center in New York City.

There is only one problem with Heller’s promise. There are no private NY rehab centers that will keep patients against their will.

Realizing the potential lie, staffers at TMZ attempted to hunt down a private lockdown facility anywhere in the United States. As it turns out, only prison-associated rehab centers will hold someone against their will, and they only do so in the case of felons.

Speaking to the celebrity portal, Dr. Drew explains: ”There is no rehab that will hold you against your will, unless they feel the person is a suicide risk, and in that case they can hold the individual for 72 hours.”

Because prosecutors and the judge overseeing the case were led to believe such lockdown facilities exist, it is possible that the plea deal could be struck down and Lohan could face 90 days in jail.

Mark Heller was forced to offer Lindsay Lohan’s rehab lockdown plea because she had constantly snuck out of her rehab treatment at the Cirque Lodge in Utah and allegedly did the same at the Betty Ford Clinic in California.

Lohan partied the weekend away with her rumored boyfriend Avi Snow, hardly the actions of someone ready to enter rehab and straighten out her life.

Lindsay Lohan’s constant partying, numerous crimes, and now her plea deal that can’t be met could finally place her behind bars for her various crimes.

Natali Germanotta, the 20-year-old younger sibling of the wildly popular (and sometimes controversial) entertainer, is making a stylish entrance into public view.

The Daily Mail reports that Germanotta took part in a high-end fashion editorial for digital magazine Viralfashion.com. The Parsons fashion student can be seen sporting designs by the likes of designers Alaia, J Mendel, and Proenza Schouler in the 1950s Italian cinema inspired pictures.

Family resemblance aside, the shoot also has another tie to Lady Gaga. Yahoo! News writes that the photo spread takes place at Joanne Trattoria, an Italian restaurant whose proprietors happen to be the Germanotta family. Located on The Upper West Side and counting Natali among its employees, the dining spot has been plagued by unflattering reviews but has remained quite busy throughout the Fall season.

While big sis Lady Gaga graces news headlines on a nearly daily basis, Natali has managed to keep a fairly quiet profile from the public eye. That may be poised to changed.

Back in 1995, Michael Lohan had an affair with Kristi Horn while still married to Dina Lohan. The illegitimate lovechild was born from this affair. Kristi claimed Michael Horn was the father for years, asking that he pay child support. Previously, Michael Lohan has refused to help.

The Trisha Goddard episode will air on NBC this Thursday evening, according to Celeb Dirty Laundry. In it, Michael Lohan meets his teenage daughter, Ashley Horn, for the first time.

According to the Daily Mail, Ashley Horn told the show, “I don’t want to be part of the Lohan train-wreck.”

Obviously, she is referring to the antics of her older sister, Lindsay Lohan. She had more bitter words for her father Michael Lohan for refusing to take responsibility for his actions.

“What gives you the right to tell me that the kids have a right to disown me,” Ashley said. “What made you say that to me? How can you keep lying?”

When Michael Lohan found out the results he attempted to hug Ashley, which prompted her to scream, “No! No! No!”

The revelation of Michael Lohan having an illegitimate child adds another twist to the Lohan family drama. The age of Ashley implies she was conceived in-between two of Lindsay Lohan’s siblings, Ali and Cody. In addition to Lindsay and Michael. Adele has landed a new gig: Mom.

According to various reports out of the UK, the singer has given birth to a baby boy. The Daily Mail reports that Adele welcomed her newborn together with boyfriend Simon Konecki on Friday.

A source close to the family said that “Adele and Simon are ecstatic at their new arrival,” continuing, “She was over the moon that they were expecting their first child together.”

On the contrary, Adele’s spokesman said of Friday night’s reported birth: “We are not releasing a statement at this time. No comment.”

The 24-year-old crooner began dating 38-year-old charity boss Konecki late last year, announcing her pregnancy in a post on her website in June. “I’m delighted to announce that Simon and I are expecting our first child together. How did Kristen Stewart convince Robert Pattinson to get back together with her? Though media reports have proven confusing, melodramatic, and downright silly at times, a recent rumor actually makes quite a bit of practical sense. In her effort to prove that she was not sleeping with Snow White director Rupert Sanders, Stewart reportedly turned over her passwords to Pattinson to convince him that she’s only guilty of a few confused make-out sessions.

Stewart and Pattinson reportedly reconciled a few weeks ago, and most recent reports have had them moving back in with one another. How did Stewart manage that in the face of the scandal that rocked the internet, you ask? By giving Pattinson her voicemail and e-mail passwords “to prove she has nothing to hide and will do anything to get his trust back,” reports RadarOnline.

“Kristen and Rupert both told their respective partners that they didn’t actually have sex,” a source told the site. “Kristen was absolutely steadfast that she only engaged in several make-out sessions with Rupert but never slept with him. Rob didn’t believe her in the beginning but as time wore on he accepted her explanation.”

However it happened, Stewart’s mood seems to have improved. Celebuzz reported a much warmer and comfortable Stewart who was “all smiles” at yesterday’s Balenciaga fashion show in Paris (contrasting her previously chilly and rigid appearances). She even hinted at her troubles with a joke. When asked about the gray skies of Paris, Stewart responded: “Yeah, I guess I’m used to it.” Haw haw.

Of course, there are some “sources” who claim that the reconciliation won’t last. “Kristen and Rob’s friends absolutely don’t believe” that the reunion will stick, according to an insider. “Rob’s pals think it was easier for him to get back together with her right now because of the upcoming publicity blitz they are going to embark on to promote Breaking Dawn.”

I think I’m calling foul on that “insider” report. If this was all about press for Twilight, then both Pattinson and Stewart fail for virtually ignoring media outlets throughout the “scandal.” Sure, they got a lot of press either way, but flat-out hiding from the public eye is no way to sustain a media scandal.

Well, that was quick. Gossip sites are reporting that Katy Perry and John Mayer, who have been fueling speculation that they are dating with public appearances together in recent weeks, have decided to call off their relationship. The notorious Lothario strikes again.

Since all of the “facts” surrounding the relationship have come from unconfirmed reports and anonymous sources within the celerity gossip world, it’s hard to say exactly what went wrong between Katy Perry and John Mayer. Still, with Mayer’s “hit it and quit it” reputation, it’s hard to argue that no one saw this coming, despite reports that Mayer had promised he was a “changed man.”

“She’s really upset about it,” A source told Us Weekly. “She is making it seem like it wasn’t serious with John, but she is hurt,” said another.

Earlier in the month, a friend had said that Perry was considering a serious relationship with Mayer. “She doesn’t want to get her heart broken again, but she feels a real connection and wants to see where things go” with Mayer, who boasts a trail of famous exes including Jennifer Love Hewitt, Jessica Simpson and Jennifer Aniston.

Still, some sources contend that the two were merely having fun, and while Perry is sad that it’s over, it’s not exactly the lost love of the ages. “They’ll end up as friends,” the source told People. “They were honestly having fun. People made it out to be far more than it was.”

Vanessa Paradis opened up a bit more about her breakup with actor, international star, and father-of-her-children Johnny Depp in a recent interview. Though Paradis spoke in her typical cryptic and ambiguous fashion, there are still some good tidbits there for those curious about the celebrity couple’s sad split.

The 39-year-old singer and actress told Harper’s Bazaar:

“Love is the strongest and most fragile thing we have in life,”in its September issue. “Nothing is ever for sure, but when something in love doesn’t work from the beginning, it’s never going to work. Don’t push it.”

Paradis has two children with Depp, reports People. Thirteen-year-old Lily Rose and John, who goes by “Jack” and is 10-years-old. She spoke in-depth about her 14-year relationship with Depp, saying that romantic relationships are ever-evolving enterprises, even when they begin with love at first sight.

“When you meet the love of your life, it’s just obvious and natural and easier,” she says. But “you keep learning all the time. Sometimes you could be in an unhappy relationship; you are very much in love with someone, but it’s making you unhappy and you think things can change and you can work it out.”

Despite more than a decade of trying, Paradis and Depp just didn’t manage to work out the complexity of their relationship. Reports have suggested that the 49-year-old Pirates of the Caribbean actor has been living as a single man for some time, despite only breaking up with Paradis a few months ago.

Paradis also opened up a bit about what’s next in her future, which involves continuing to be the face of the Coco Cocoon handbag and Rouge Coco lipstick, but she didn’t directly address dating in the interview. She did, however, offer some indication as to what she looks for in a man:

“Well, my type is obviously creative,” she says. “Creative, with burning eyes and a pretty mouth.”

Though Depp is an unquestionable star domestically and abroad, Paradis is an icon all her own in France. Our guess? She’ll survive the fallout of her relationship with Captain Jack Sparrow. More power to her.

Go, Bears!” So it appears that the break-up wasn’t acrimonious, despite the fact that it’s a relative surprise to the rest of us.

The couple had been dating since at least May of this year, when McCarthy confirmed their relationship with a brief statement. “I can confirm that yes, it’s true, we are dating,” she said, according to USA Today.

Things between the two also seemed to be on the up-and-up during a July 16th appearance on Chelsea Lately, notes MSN. She told host and long-time friend Chelsea Handler that “It’s going really good. I didn’t have to find love in the wild,” in a quip referencing her NBC dating series. “I found it on the football field.”

“That’s very exciting. I’m happy for you,” Handler joked back. “You were dating some real f***ing losers.”

McCarthy, herself a Chicago native, was married to actor/director John Mallory Asher between 2001 and 2005. Together, they have a 10-year-old son, Evan, who was the subject of some pretty intense fallout between McCarthy and her subsequent long-term boyfriend Jim Carrey, whom she dated from 2005 to 2010. Urlacher’s most famous ex is Paris Hilton, whom he was linked to romantically in 2003.

On Wednesday afternoon, user LauraJames00 had quite a lot to say about LeAnn Rimes and husband Eddie Cibrian. She wrote, “@Kellilleslie @leannrimes She cheated with Ed & broke up her marriage & his. Far as I’m concerned that ship has sailed & they need 2 move on.” Having been mentioned directly, LeAnn responded in defense of herself and her marriage to Cibrian, clarifying, “correction…we broke up our own marriages,” and adding, “cause people have nothing better to do than judge something they know nothing about.”

LauraJames00 responded with a deluge of increasingly harsh criticisms in a series of response tweets: “Well, then u better prove to others what u did was right by staying together so u can get ur fan base back. Things between Bradley Cooper and Jennifer Aniston didn’t pan out, but that’s no reason for acrimony. Upon hearing of Aniston’s engagement to Justin Theroux, Cooper responded with genuine happiness for his ex and earnest congratulations.

Bradley Cooper and Jennifer Aniston dated briefly back in the summer of 2009, first spotted together grabbing dinner at New York City’s Il Cantinori in June. Shortly after, Cooper apparently chose 43-year-old actress Renee Zellweger over Aniston, disappointing the Friends alumnus.

“She wanted to turn her date with Cooper into something,” said a source at the time.

But that’s all in the past now, reports Us Weekly.

At the Los Angeles premiere of Hit and Run on August 14, Cooper was asked by reporters about Aniston’s recent engagement to Justin Theroux. Apparently it was news to Cooper, but he was happy for his former flame nonetheless.

“That’s awesome!” Cooper said 0f the news.

Although neither Aniston nor Theroux have said word one to the media concerning their engagement, reps for both stars have confirmed it in their stead. According to MSN, Theroux’s rep said on August 12 that “Justin Theroux had an amazing birthday Friday, receiving an extraordinary gift when his girlfriend, Jennifer Aniston, accepted his proposal of marriage.”

It now appears that Aniston’s love-losing-streak may be at an end. Since her divorce from Brad Pitt in 2005, Aniston has been linked to the likes of Vince Vaughn, Owen Wilson, and John Mayer, but all the relationships reportedly ended quickly. She has been dating Theroux for 18 months, reports the Daily Mail.

Eventually, Sheen amassed 7.7 million plus followers, all of whom tuned in for nuggets of wisdom from the plain-spoken film-turned-TV star.

Last month, speculation that Sheen was quitting Twitter seemed to be confirmed in a cryptic last tweet sent by the bad boy actor, in which he posted to fans:

“reach for the stars everyone. dogspeed cadre. c out.”

But it appears that Sheen may have re-embraced the service with a new tweet to announce dad Martin Sheen’s upcoming appearance on his FX show Anger Management. The single tweet, below, doesn’t seem to necessarily signal a re-embrace of Twitter on Sheen’s part, but the actor says:

They were spotted indulging in much PDA at a Coldplay concert in August 2011, confirming their couple-hood to anyone who may have been paying attention.

Prior to shacking up with Polish, the 29-year-old Bosworth was linked with actor Alexander Skarsgard. The couple dated for nearly two years before finally calling it quits in 2011, reports MSN. A few months later, Bosworth met Polish, and the rest is history.

Skincare and beauty brand Nivea has dropped Rihanna as the face of their products, parting ways with the singer over her turbulent personal life and raunchy party-girl image.

Nivea’s new CEO Stefan Heidenreich announced Rihanna’s firing, saying that the pop-star’s night-life doesn’t gel with the company’s 100-year-long family friendly image, reports MTV.

“I do not understand how to bring the core brand of Nivea in conjunction with Rihanna,” Heidenreich said. “Nivea is a company which stands for trust, family and reliability.”

According to Brand Republic, Rihanna’s deal with Nivea helped the singer become one of the wealthiest celebrities under 30, earning about $53 million in the past 12 months. Though successful as the face of Nivea, Heidenreich just simply doesn’t want to pay her anymore, saying, “Rihanna is not compatible with the Nivea brand values. It was not a question of the success or failure of the campaign.”

Though it seems pretty clear that she was fired, a spokesperson for Beiersdorf (Nivea’s parent company) detailed Rihanna’s release with a bit more tact.

“In 2011 NIVEA worked with the artist Rihanna in the context of the brand’s 100th birthday anniversary campaign. From the beginning this music-cooperation was scheduled for one year and ended as planned at the end of 2011,” the spokesperson told Marketing Week.

“Within the future brand positioning, Nivea focuses more than ever on its core values,” the spokesperson continued. “This leads to a change in advertising strategy as well as marketing campaigns. Beiersdorf and Nivea thank Rihanna for her work in relation to the 100th birthday anniversary campaign and feel respect and sympathy for her as a person and artist.”

Rihanna herself has responded to the apparent end of her contract with Nivea, taking to Twitter with a picture of Heidenreich, with a caption:

Boardwalk Empire and Brave star Kelly MacDonald revealed that she is expecting another child with husband Dougie Payne.

MacDonald’s child is due in December, and it will be the second time that the couple become parents. The 36-year-old actress and her husband are already parents to 4-year-old Freddie Peter Payne, reports the Christian Post. MacDonald opened up a bit about her life and her family in the September issue of Red, a U.K. publication. “We don’t have a nanny, and Dougie is completely hands-on,” MacDonald said of her husband and son. “I’m actually a tiny bit jealous of their relationship. Freddie is such a daddy’s boy.”

“But Dougie is the most supportive husband, he’s amazing,” continued MacDonald. “The best thing I ever did was bump into him.”

Payne and MacDonald have been married nine years. He is a bassist and back-up vocalist for the Scottish band Travis. MacDonald is best known for her breakout role in Danny Boyle’s Trainspotting, and for playing supporting roles in independent films like Gosford Park, Nanny McPhee, No Country For Old Men, and others. Despite earlier reports insisting that Macaulay Culkin has only months to live thanks to a crippling heroin addiction, a rep for the Home Alone star insists that he’s not addicted to heroin and is doing just fine.

The National Enquirer first broke the news that actor and former child star Macaulay Culkin is hopelessly addicted to heroin and that his friends fear he only has months to live. “Macaulay Culkin is hooked on drugs and it’s killing him!” an “insider” told the tabloid. “He’s been hooked for a year and a half, and his drug of choice is either heroin or oxycodone. Mac is surrounding himself with junkies and lowlifes. It’s a real tragedy.”

Of course, recent photos of an emaciated and deathly-looking Culkin have fueled the rumor, but the top-notch reporting of the Enquirer probably should have aroused our suspicions right away.

Culkin’s camp blasted the rumors regarding the actor’s various drug addictions Wednesday, debunking them as completely fictitious, according to NY Daily. A rep also told TMZ that concerns over Culkin’s impending death are also unfounded. “The report in the National Enquirer that Macaulay Culkin is addicted to heroin and assorted hallucinogenics is not only categorically without merit, but it is also impossibly and ridiculously fictitious,” the press report said, adding, “We beseech the responsible media to consider the source and its reputation and to please not perpetuate this destructive and insulting story by pursuing it any further.”

The tabloid alleged that a “close friend” told them that Culkin was on a downward spiral following his breakup with Mila Kunis in 2010, and that the actor spends roughly $6,000 a month on drugs.

We’re guessing that by “close friend,” they really mean “fictional reactionary.”

Jermaine Jackson called for peace Wednesday in the Jackson family feud that has torn apart his family over the past few weeks. He stated that matters regarding his mother’s care and late Michael’s estate should be handled privately, adding that he regrets the whole situation.

In a statement provided to the Associated Press, Jermaine talked about Katherine Jackson’s spa-trip, resulting in a “missing persons” report, as well as the ugly confrontation at his mother’s home before she was stripped of guardianship duties over Michael’s children by a judge. “Enough has become enough,” Jermaine wrote.

“Yesterday, I had a phone call with my son Jaafar that broke my heart. He asked, ‘Is it true that we cannot visit grandmother’s house as a family anymore?’” Jermaine said. “After much soul-searching, it is clearly time for us to live by Michael’s words about love not war. In this spirit, I offer this statement by way of extending an olive-branch. Accordingly, I rescind my signature from the letter which was sent to the estate, and which should never have gone public.”

Jermaine said that he still has “deep reservations about many issues involved the estate” and “will continue to bring scrutiny and a resolute voice wherever we have cause for concern,” reports E!Online. Additionally, Jermaine highlighted a need to keep the Jackson family drama out of the public eye, and to settle it privately between the individuals concerned.

“Whatever the tabloid and online misrepresentations have led people to believe, my primary concern has only ever been rooted in the welfare of our mother in the environment where she lives,” he says. “No one outside has a clue about the stresses and pressures she has been under long before recent events and I, like everyone in the family, adore the ground she walks on.”

He also stated that the situation regarding Katherine Jackson’s disappearance was blown out of proportion, and that there was never any attempt to prevent Katherine from having a relationship with her grandchildren, reports CNN.

“Mistakes have been made and irrational things have been said on both sides in a highly-charged emotional environment,” he concluded. “It is time for us all to draw a line in the same and move towards peace, cooperation, love and healing. I truly hope that we can find it in our heats to do so. Because above and beyond anything else, what matters…is family.”

The Austria native and pop culture staple officially hits his mid-60s today, causing media outlets to reflect on his life and career, both of which echo the mythical “American Dream.” Following humble beginnings, Schwarzenegger began his career as a bodybuilder, becoming the world’s youngest Mr. Olympia in 1970 at age 23. Though he’s closer to 70 now, body-building and Arnold Schwarzenegger are still synonymous to this day. Take heart! All is not lost in the Kristen Stewart/Rupert Sanders sex scandal that has rocked Hollywood since its announcement earlier in the week. Sources are saying that despite emotional mea culpas all-around, Stewart and Sanders barely crossed first base.

Stewart described her dalliance with Snow White and the Huntsman director Rupert Sanders as a “mistake” and a “momentary indiscretion,” and we really only have photos of the two sitting closely and kissing once. Though the media has blown up the incident, speculating it into a large-scale, full-on affair, that whole “momentary indiscretion” line is kind of the missing puzzle piece. Circumstantial evidence.

But then Gossip Cop says that according to their sources, reports of “Stewart and Sanders having a long, full-on “affair” or implying that it was in any way, shape or form sexual are NOT TRUE. Stewart and the Snow White and the Huntsman director recently kissed passionately, but they NEVER HAD SEX.”

However, damage control abounds, reports the Huffington Post. Stewart’s press team are working overtime to downplay the affair, and neither Sanders nor his family seem to have said much of anything, except for his father defending his son’s “honor” and saying that his marriage will pull through the scandal. On Kristen’s side, Robert Pattinson reportedly moved out of the home they shared together, though he hasn’t said anything to the media yet.

So perhaps there are yet more missing puzzle pieces.

Until those come out, all we have are the pictures of Sanders and Stewart kissing (in addition to some others that show them sitting closely together at a romantic dinner). We have Stewart’s oddly emotional apology to Robert Pattinson. We have Liberty Ross, Rupert Sanders’ jilted wife, tweeting “wow” and then shutting down her Twitter forever. We have those creepy photos of Kristen Stewart and Rupert Sanders wearing pretty much the exact same thing.

Wait, what do those have to do with anything?

Maybe they don’t, but it’s a pretty odd and timely choice of wardrobe, don’t you think? Could be coincidence.

Ethan Embry, known for his supporting roles in the films Vegas Vacation, Can’t Hardly Wait, Sweet Home Alabama, and That Thing You Do, is about to re-enter the realm of single-hood after divorce papers were filed on the part of wife Sunny Mabrey, according to TMZ. Mabrey, a model, probably best known for her appearance in the Limp Bizkit video for the single “Nookie” (back when Limp was famous) filed the documents in L.A. County Superior Court without the assistance of a lawyer.

34-year-old Embry and 36-year-old Mabrey are divorcing on the grounds of oft-cited “irreconcilable differences.” The couple have no children together.

According to famoushookups.com, Embry has been married to Mabrey since July 17, 2005. They have been married for 7 years. Aside from “irreconcilable differences,” it is not known at this time what may have contributed to the breakup.

When the media doesn’t know something about a particular thing, they turn to Twitter. Sadly, there isn’t much more to be gleaned from either Embry nor Mabrey’s Twitter feeds. Embry’s Twitter is inactive, with no tweets to speak of. Mabrey tweets often, but it’s usually pretty bizarre stuff like this:

Terminator 3 star Nick Stahl, who has been missing for over a month, has finally come home.

The troubled actor, who disappeared from rehab and the lives of his family back in early June, has reconciled with his loved ones and is taking the first steps on the road to recovery, reports TMZ. Stahl has actually disappeared twice before, his most recent flight following an unsuccessful stint in rehab, which the actor ended early by disappearing for weeks. His estranged wife Rose Murphy called off the search for the missing actor shortly thereafter, telling the media that Stahl “knows exactly where home is. It’s the loving thing to do for him, myself and our daughter,” referring to her decision to call of the hunt.

Now, Stahl is reportedly going to AA, and is “in a good place.” Though he has not moved back home at this time, he is reportedly in constant contact with his family, including estranged wife Rose, who tweeted a picture of herself with Stahl, reports Hollywood Gossip.

We’re glad he’s back, we’re glad he’s alright, and boy do we love a good reconciliation story. Sadly, details are pretty slim on this one at this time. When there is more to tell, we’ll be here to tell it.

Though John Cena’s unexpected divorce from his wife of three years was expected to get nasty, new reports suggest that as of the settlement, the two have buried the hatchet and made peace.

The divorce proceedings have come to an end, and John Cena has made peace with ex-wife Elizabeth Huberdeau after unexpectedly filing for the dissolution of their marriage months ago. Originally, things between the two got very contentious, with Huberdeau challenging the couple’s prenuptial agreement and alleging infidelity on the part of Cena, reports TMZ. Huberdeau’s attorney, Raymond Rafool, set the record straight, saying that the couple have settled their divorce, albeit privately. “All matters [in the divorce] have been settled and resolved amicably,” he said.

The sudden and apparently amicable settlement has prompted the furrowed-brows of blogger speculation to cringe internet-wide. “To be honest, I don’t know exactly what to make of all of this, since it seems like they’ve…completely reconciled? I don’t know why, after all the dirt-digging and accusations (namely, that Cena and Mickie James were fooling around in WWE) and animosity, Cena and his wife would just say, ‘Hey, nevermind, we’re good now; don’t worry about us.’” noted Bleacher Report.

It’s entirely possible that celebrity divorce just doesn’t have the media-power it used to boast for the celebrities involved. Sylvester Stallone released a heartfelt plea today to the media to cease speculating about his son Sage’s tragic death last week, but a Facebook rant posted by the actor’s nephew places the blame squarely on Sage’s father and wife Jennifer Flavin.

Sylvester Stallone’s nephew, 18-year-old Edd Filiti, has lashed out at the actor in the wake of Sage’s death at the age of 36. Filiti, who posted the rant to Facebook prior to his uncle’s plea for privacy, says that his cousin was very depressed after being excised from his father’s life for reasons unknown.

The teen didn’t pull any punches in his Facebook comments about Sage Stallone’s death, which is somewhat understandable for someone who is under 20, and probably grieving the first major and unexpected traumatic death in his life.

To his famous uncle and Stallone’s wife Jennifer Flavin, the New York Post reports that Filiti wrote:

“What did he do wrong, say happy birthday… Neither you [Stallone's wife Jennifer Flavin] or he could return a phone call, which is all he wanted, his father… I know you don’t care what happened, but you’ll care when you’re squirming under the burning magnifying glass of public opinion. You people make me f— sick.”

Directly to Stallone’s wife — the stepmother of Sage, who is the actor’s child with former wife of 11 years Sasha Czack, Filiti said:

“Jennifer Flavin, you won… You tore this family apart and got your trophy, Congrats! Like you told my family, ‘I’m Sly’s family now, he doesn’t [need] you anymore.’ Lets see how much he needs you after this.”

The Lohan clan is expecting, but thankfully it’s not Lindsay who is pregnant. Instead, LiLo’s father Michael Lohan and Kate Major are expecting the new addition, despite the fact that the child was conceived while Major had a restraining order against MiLo.

TMZ reports that Kate Major is currently in her first trimester with MiLo’s latest little one. The juiciest part of this gossip? Kate Major had a restraining order against Michael, and though it was lifted a few weeks ago, Kate’s pregnant progress shows that the child’s conception was in complete violation of the law. A representative for the couple confirmed the pregnancy, though didn’t go into any further detail. Lindsay herself hasn’t been made aware by her father, so the news of her newest sibling will likely find its way to her courtesy of celebrity gossip media. You’re welcome.

Michael Lohan and Kate Major were on the outs before Major filed the restraining order, which alleged abuse among other things, reports the Mirror. Strange allegations included Michael showing up at Kate’s hair salon, banging on the windows menacingly, as recently as April. Michael said at the time that Kate was actually trying to have his baby, and had been taking ovulation tests while he was in the hospital with kidney stones.

Though perhaps not nearly as self-destructive as he was several months back, Charlie Sheen is still extremely eccentric. The always-entertaining Sheen has made good on his promise to quit the microblogging site Twitter, and has announced his intention to donate $1,000,000 to our men and women in uniform.

Sheen shut down his Twitter feed for good on July 12th, after reports that he would be dong so within days, perhaps hours. He leaves behind roughly seven million followers, despite being such a fan of the social networking site. He reportedly loved tweeting so much, according to ex-”goddess” Bree Olsen, he would regularly update it, even during sex, reports Time. “He was really excited about Twitter,” she said. “I wasn’t offended by it at all. I thought it was more funny than anything.”

So what’s Sheen to do with all of his newfound freetime and Warlock energy? Support the troops, of course!

TMZ reports that Sheen will be donating a whopping $1,000,000 to the U.S. military (more specifically, the USO), marking the single-largest donation ever made to the armed forces by a single individual. Furthermore, Sheen will donate 1% of his profits from new show Anger Management to the military with a $1M minimum – and no cap. This means that the more money his new show makes, the more money he donates to the troops. How’s that for a marketing strategy?

Sheen released a statement regarding his donation intentions (the old fashioned way, now that he’s off Twitter) saying, “It’s an honor for me to be able to give back to these men and women of the military who have done so much for all of us,” adding, “They put their lives on the line for us every day, and I’m just happy that my work on ‘Anger Management’ can bring a little bit of relief to the troops and their families.”

The military is more than happy to take his money, too, with General John I. Pray, Jr., Executive Vice President and Joint Chief of Staff, saying in a rebuttal statement, “[Sheen's] support is greatly appreciated, especially from our wounded warriors and their families.”

According to law enforcement sources, the death of Sylvester Stallone’s son Sage Stallone is now being handled by LAPD Robbery Homicide detectives.

Despite the change in jurisdiction, authorities do not suspect foul play in Sage Stallone’s death, notes TMZ. His body was discovered Friday, and he had reportedly been dead for at least three days at the time of discovery. Though it will likely take up to four weeks for a firm cause of death to be determined, authorities say it is likely the death will be ruled as accidental or death from natural causes. A number of pill bottles were found in Stallone’s room where his body was discovered.

The LA Times reports that the coroner’s office has also removed several items from Sage’s home, though it is unclear what role they will play in the investigation. As reported, several bottles of prescription medication were removed, though it is very common for coroners to examine prescription drugs when determining cause of death. An autopsy was performed over the weekend, and the coroner’s office is awaiting results of a toxicology test before ruling on the case.

“Sage was a very talented and wonderful young man,” said Sylvester Stallone’s publicist, Michelle Bega. “His loss will be felt forever.”

“He had his whole life ahead of him,” said Sage’s lawyer George Braunstein, who also noted that his client was not depressed prior to his death, and was even planning to get married.

IQ reported earlier in the day that Sage’s father, Sylvester Stallone, released a statement regarding his son’s death. “When a parent loses a child there is no greater pain. Therefore I am imploring people to respect my talented son’s memory and feel compassion for his loving mother Sasha…. This agonizing loss will be felt for the rest of our lives…. Sage was our first child and the center of our universe and I am humbly begging for all to have my son’s memory and soul left in peace.”

Sage Stallone was dead in his bedroom for at least three days or possibly as long as week, according TMZ police department sources quoted in an update about the death of Sylvester Stallone’s son. Sage was reportedly living “like Howard Hughes” and was known to spend days alone in his room, TMZ Notes. Sage Stallone’s bedroom was found littered with “junk,” beer cans, food, cigarette butts and soda bottles.

Two drawers in Stallone’s bedroom dresser were allegedly filled with pill bottles. A law enforcement officer investigating the death of the aspiring actor called Sage Stallone’s bedroom “disgusting,” according to the source which shared information with TMZ.

The TMZ Sage Stallone death update also reports that Sage was living like a “hermit” and had no spoken with anyone in at least a week. A housekeeper reportedly went to his home to clean earlier this week but did not seen the 36-year-old man. The TMZ law enforcement source also stated that Stallone’s housekeeper had been given “ongoing instructions” to never enter his bedroom. If the housekeeper’s remarks to police investigators are accurate, she was told by Sage to “never even knock on his door.”

Sage’s mother and Sylvester’s ex-wife reportedly called her son’s housekeeper yesterday when she was unable to reach her son. Upon returning to the home the housekeeper discovered Sage Stallone’s body in his bedroom.

Considering the information currently available to law enforcement officers investigating what happened Sylvester Stallone’s son, the death is being ruled accidental. There was no evidence of foul play or a suicide note at the scene, according to ABC News.

Kelsey and Katye Grammer welcome the birth of a new baby girl into their lives, but the couple reveals that the baby’s arrival was bittersweet.

The couple of two years revealed that the Friday morning arrival of daughter Faith Evangeline Elisa was an event of both great joy and great loss, reports Us Weekly. Kelsey and Katye’s daughter arrived at 1:00 a.m. Friday, July 13 in Los Angeles. She weighed in at 6 lbs., 2 oz. “We are thrilled,” the couple told People. “Mother and child are in excellent health.” Sadly, the Grammers have long been expecting twins. Unfortunately, the birth of Faith also meant the loss of her twin brother. “We were ecstatic earlier this year, when we announced that Kayte was carrying twins. Tragically we lost the little boy shortly thereafter,” the couple said in a statement.

57-year-old Kelsey and 31-year-old Katye were initially reluctant to talk about the loss of their son. “This was not something we cared to make known publicly at the time. It was unspeakably painful and we know that people will understand our desire to keep the news private then, as we know they will respect our privacy in this matter now.”

The Grammer couple are no strangers to such loss. The two previously lost a child in the fall of 2010. Of Faith’s birth and moving forward, they proclaimed,  “A glorious birth with a lingering sadness is ours today.  We choose to celebrate the life that has been given us.  We proudly introduce our Faith to the world today looking forward to the days ahead and the children yet to come.”

After rumors that she was planning to split, Jennifer Lopez has confirmed that she is indeed leaving her post as judge on the competition-style reality show American Idol.

Jennifer Lopez’s announcement comes shortly after co-judge Steven Tyler announced his plans to leave the show behind (though she was much more diplomatic with her reasons for the split). TMZ reports that JLo broke the news to Ryan Seacrest over the phone this morning, telling him that, “I honestly feel like the time has come – that I have to get back to do the other things I do and have put on hold because I do love ‘Idol’ so much.”

“It sounds to me like you’ve made up your mind,” replied Seacrest.

“It’s one of those special things in your life that you don’t want to walk away from,” Lopez replied, adding, “I wasn’t playing games or wanting more money. It was being smart about making a business decision, and I have to be responsible in that moment.”

“Something has to give” Lopez wrapped up, “We had an amazing run.”

JLo’s comments to Seacrest seem to contradict reports that she was holding out for more money for next season (she reportedly made $20 million for judging this go-round, reports Newsday). Reports yesterday indicated that Lopez was playing coy by publicly batting her eyes and pretending to exit the Idol stage in a bid for higher pay, but her comments seem to show a genuine desire to move on to other neglected aspects of her career.

Charlie Sheen has announced that he will be leaving the microblogging social media site Twitter effective immediately, feeling as though he gets nothing out of using the service.

Despite enjoying 7.7 million followers, Sheen has announced that he’s done with Twitter, and that he will be shutting down his account soon, reports TMZ. The page itself is still up, and Sheen’s last tweet early this morning hints at his advent departure. “reach for the stars everyone. dogspeed cadre. c out,” the post reads, alongside a picture that looks as though it was taken from an airplane.

Sheen started his Twitter account in March of 2011, first posting a picture of himself and one of his “goddesses,” pornographic actress Bree Olsen, reports the NY Post. The page quickly gained followers, amid his highly publicized and ugly departure from the show Two and a Half Men, and his strange declarations contending that the actor is a “warlock,” that he is “winning,” and that his body runs on “tiger blood.”

Sources tell TMZ that Sheen will be shutting down the account within days, possibly hours.

Other rumors surrounding Sheen put the actor at the judge’s bench on competition reality show American Idol following Steven Tyler’s departure and Jennifer Lopez’s hinted exit. Sheen said he’d be happy to do it, but only if the money is good and part of his pay goes to charity, according to Contact Music. ”If the numbers move the needle AND ‘Idol’ matches 20 per cent of my weekly salary for Autism Speaks, JDRF, and the Boys and Girls Club … then the hell with it. As we say, pour the smoke. (sic)” Sheen said of potentially judging on the show.

Tom Cruise’s quick divorce settlement with ex Katie Holmes wasn’t rushed to hide any “secrets” the actor may be protecting, contrary to early reports.

Shortly after the announcement that Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes were soon to divorce, media outlets including IQ predicted a messy, protracted battle, particularly surrounding custody rights over the couple’s daughter, Suri Cruise. That turned out to not be the case, as the divorce was settled both quickly and quietly with each party seemingly getting what they want (relatively speaking) and continuous rep-rejections from both Cruise and Holmes’ respective camps of media speculation regarding the various reasons for divorce (e.g. Scientology’s hold over Cruise) or restrictions stemming from the divorce settlement (e.g. supervised tome for Cruise with Suri to make sure he’s not “Thetan-ing” her).

Tom Cruise’s lawyer, Bert Fields, is the latest to clear up media confusion regarding the divorce, particularly that the settlement went so quickly because Cruise was afraid Holmes would reveal the actor’s precious “secrets” in the media deluge of drawn-out settlement. “Tom had nothing to hide,” he told TMZ, “and did nothing in the agreement to hide anything.  People are just making this stuff up.”

Regarding custody arrangements, Cruise is indeed set to have “significant” contact with daughter, Suri. “Tom will definitely have a meaningful relationship with his daughter, but I can’t talk about specifics of the agreement,” Fields said. Suri was apparently Tom’s main concern in the settlement, with Fields saying that the actor was “pleased we could work out how Suri will be treated and dealt with.”

And Tom’s feelings about his ex Katie Holmes? “I don’t think Tom is bitter.  He’s sad it came to this,” said Fields, adding, “The media firestorm which is replete with bogus information is unpleasant for him.”

Though Cruise may not have had anything to hide, reports are still coming out alleging that Katie Holmes had plenty to keep to herself. IQ reported that she had been using a disposable cell phone to arrange her divorce, and Us Weekly detailed a “secret friendship” between the actress and Tom’s previous ex, Nicole Kidman. Holmes was reportedly receiving advice from Kidman regarding the best options for ensuring full custody of her daughter.

Dominic Monaghan, better known as Charlie Pace from LOST and Merry from the Lord of the Rings trilogy, is calling for the shut-down of the popular documentary show Swamp People due to the blatant animal cruelty exhibited on the show.

Monaghan sounded-off his distaste for the History Channel show via Twitter, writing, “If my hero Steve Irwin was around, those shows about killing alligators wouldn’t be on TV. I’m gonna stop them.” He derides the show as nothing more than “shock TV” that glorifies the senseless killing of alligators, and has apparently made it a personal crusade to get the show shut down completely, reports TMZ.

Monaghan goes on a Twitter tirade, calling Swamp People “death entertainment,” and adding that the show “continues to demonize reptiles as monsters and animals that are okay to torture and kill.” He later adds that, “If alligator populations need to be controlled, I understand. But the act should not be glorified on TV. Disgusting.”

Of course, Monaghan finds no fault in the people whatsoever. His axe-to-grind is with the network itself – the glorification and documentation on the part of the History Channel is the true nemesis. “I blame the network, not the people,” he said.

The Internet has been a-buzz about the potential breakup of Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez, but a recent Twitter pic seems to indicate quite the opposite. The two still seem to be quite comfy with each other.

Gomez and the Biebs attempted to squash rumors that their relationship was on the rocks with a photo all the way from Tokyo, Japan, showing the two throwing up a peace sign. “Hi Japan. I heart you,” she tweetedalong with the pic. “The photo appears to counter rumors that the couple was bordering on a breakup,” reports NY Daily. Last week’s photos of Gomez seemingly flirting with a male friend in Malibu kick-started the rumors.

“This is what it’s all about…The love here has been incredible!!!!!!!!” tweeted Bieber, according to E!, who claim that the couple “made peace” in Tokyo.

In case that’s not enough to stall rumors, Linda Talley, a noted body language expert, also sounded-off on the status of the couple’s relationship. Photos of Gomez and Bieber seem to indicate closeness, reports HollywoodLife. “Justin has a somewhat stoic look on his face and his body positioning is open — nothing to hide…He’s holding Selena’s hand in a gentle manner, with his hand in front to show that he’s leading the way for her…It doesn’t look like [a] break up to me,” she said.

Of the Tokyo photo, Talley opined, “Both are displaying open poses, a ‘V’ for victory? Justin has a genuine smile, so he’s happy about something. Selena has the more seductive/pouty smile — perfect for the woman who feels assured of herself. She holds her purse away from her body — no need for barriers.”

With ”The Dark Knight Rises” set to debut on July 20, this will be the 3rd -and final- time Christian Bale has donned the Batman costume on the big screen. It’s hard to imagine he almost gave up the chance to be the Dark Knight entirely.

Bale had a  moment where he thought Christopher Nolan had made a mistake by casting him during the very first dress rehearsal in which he wore Val Kilmer’s Batman costume (from Batman Forever), according to what Bale told Access Hollywood:

“I felt like they should recast. I really did because it was so claustrophobic that I didn’t feel like I could breathe. I felt they’ve made a mistake and I can’t do this.”

Bale also told the Examiner the thoughts that rushed through his head during this first experience as the fully dressed caped crusader:

“I thought, ‘oh, Chris (Nolan) has to recast,’ because the claustrophobia was just unbelievable.”

The actor took some time and breathed deeply and asked to be left alone for 15, 20 minutes and just sat with it and eventually got used to it.

“I asked for 20 minutes by myself… and I stood there and thought, ‘I’d really like to make this movie.’ I have to get through this moment.”

He came out of the room with his second wind and asked director Nolan if they could do it calmly and quietly, to which the filmmaker agreed. The suit also was modified so it would be comfortable for the actor to wear.

“That panic aspect was lost because I was able to rip it off myself if I ever did start seeing stars and couldn’t breathe.”

‘Octomom’ Nadya Suleman’s naughty parts are causing a ruckus for two bars in neighboring Southern Florida Counties over the rights to her debut as a stripper that was announced last month reports the Palm Beach Post.

Octomom’s debut performance as a stripper, scheduled to coincide with the release of her first porn DVD, “Octomom: Home Alone,” was set to occur at T’s Lounge this week in West Palm Beach, Florida.  Two days after signing a contract with the club’s owner to do eight performances, according to reports from WPTV, Nadya’s rep sent a text to the owner stating:

“Dance gig is canceled after Michelle the manager or employee of club made comments about Nadya saying she is crazy etc and Nadya is now not doing that club ever.”

Apparently one of the employees of the club had mentioned in a local TV news interview that:

“She must be a little crazy. Normal people don’t have that many children.”

Last week, Gary Odle, the owner of T’s Lounge, found out Suleman would be making her debut this Friday at The Playhouse South in Hollywood, Fl.

Odle wants a Palm Beach County Circuit Court judge to step in and stop Octomom from performing at the Broward County Playhouse South:

“I was supposed to be the first, and no one else around here was supposed to get her. It means so much to be the first one to get her nationwide. With this sort of thing, you have to be the first one out of the box.”

The T’s Lounge contract had a provision that kept Octomom from performing at any other strip club within 50 miles of the West Palm Beach club, 90 days before or after her appearance there.

According to the lawsuit:

“As there can only be one ‘1st Feature Dance Performance’ it would be impractical, if not impossible, to establish damages if Suleman dances elsewhere.”

Since the text sent by Nadya’s rep was one day shy of the 35 day prior day cancellation allowance, she should have to compensate T’s Lounge for the costs of replacing her.

A rumored collaboration between Johnny Depp and Wes Anderson might give the actor the boost he needs after a miserable year, with some media outlets predicting the project as a potential comeback for the actor.

I, for one, didn’t even know Johnny Depp needed a comeback. If you’re like me, let’s review the actor in 2012 real quick. Depp’s 8th collaboration with Tim Burton, Dark Shadows, was a partial flop, only earning $76 million domestically. The Lone Ranger, Depp’s 5th Gore Verbinski collaboration, isn’t doing so hot either, reports the Huffington Post. The budget is “out of control,” leading some to speculate it might be a dud as well. He also lost a second collaboration with Rob Marshall. Then of course, his highly-publicized split from 14-year paramour Vanessa Paradis, with whom he has two children.

So maybe he does need a little boost after all.

Indie-king Wes Anderson is eyeballing Depp and actor Jude Law for a new project. The director is putting together yet another stylized ensemble film, looking to add some high-caliber star power to a film that could also see the return of frequent collaborators Owen Wilson, Bill Murray, Edward Norton, Jeff Goldblum, Adrien Brody and Willem Dafoe, reports the Belfast Telegraph.

Anderson is currently busy promoting his latest film Moonrise Kingdom, and while his potential Depp collaboration is as yet untitled, he revealed that the script for his 8th film is finished, and that it will take place in Europe. “It’s a film I want to make in Europe, a Euro movie,” he said.

So what kind of character would Depp play in a Wes Anderson flick? EW postulates five possibilities: an embittered son with daddy issues, an estranged or reluctant father figure, an author, the narrator, of the kid on the beach dancing in his underwear. Following the quick and unexpected settlement of her divorce proceedings, Katie Holmes has been doing a bit of house-cleaning in her personal life, part of which includes her return to the Catholic faith, five years after leaving it in favor of soon-to-be ex-husband Tom Cruise’s Scientology.

Holmes’ return to Catholicism is evident due to her registration as a parishioner at the Church of St. Francis Xavier in New York City. “Everyone is thrilled to have Katie join us,” a member of the church’s choir told the Huffington Post. “She has not yet attended a service, but when she does she will be welcomed with open arms.” The church is known for its open-mindedness, particularly its welcoming of gay and lesbian couples. The parish’s mission statement says that the church “strives to be a prophetic, welcoming community, inclusive witness to the presence of Christ Jesus in our midst.” According to its website, St. Francis Xavier offers a respectful community, “where seekers and their questions are welcomed, where injustice is challenged, where the poor, the alienated and marginalized find a home, and where people are refreshed, reconciled and renewed.”

The warmth extended to Holmes from the Catholic Church contrasts Scientology’s reaction to the divorce. Part of the divorce settlement precludes the couple’s daughter, Suri, from being exposed to Scientology at all. “Under terms of the settlement, Suri isn’t permitted to be exposed to anything Scientology related and this includes going to any Scientology churches, parties, etc. Katie made sure that this was ironclad in the agreement,” a source told RadarOnline.

Despite the media scrutiny surrounding the implosion of Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes’ marriage, the former couple have remained as private as they possibly can. “We want to keep matters affecting our family private and express our respect for each other’s commitment to each of our respective beliefs and support each other’s roles as parents,” said their joint statement.

Holmes’ new church has also played host to other celebrities in the past, including former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi.

Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes are doing everything in their power to keep their divorce proceedings private. The best way to do that would be to avoid a big, nasty, public blowout, and contrary to prior reports, it looks like they’re going to do just that. Tom and Katie have started settlement talks and everything is, for all intents and purposes, “calm.”

The dueling couple have reportedly called a temporary truce in order to attempt to settle their case out of court. Sources say that neither side want a public, protracted court battle and will work it out without a hearing so long as negotiations don’t fall apart. Hot button topics include child custody, visitation, child support, and some form of a property settlement. If things go well, Tom might not even file a motion to get the case moved to California where joint custody is more likely. It could all go down in New York, notes TMZ.

“Neither one of them wants this to be hashed out in public,” said a source close to People.

Most of the focus in the story has surrounded Katie Holmes, and for good reason. Tom’s legal team has been playing mum with the media, allowing Katie’s side to flush through readers like you and make you tired of her before they come out with Tom’s side. Almost everything we know about Tom is that he is “deeply saddened” by Katie’s decision, and, “Tactically we can’t say where Tom will file a divorce case and if he’ll be seeking joint custody of Suri,” said his lawyer, Bert Fields.

“We are letting ‘the other side’ (Katie and her team), play the media until they wear everyone out and then we’ll have something to say,” he told the BBC. “It’s not Tom’s style to do this publicly. He is really sad about what’s happening.”

Charlie Sheen may have “sobered up” and come down from all that crazy tiger blood talk, but he’s still making some pretty wild claims about his life and influence on others. In an upcoming interview, Sheen claimed that he gave Winona Ryder her stage name long before she ever hit it big.

“We were listening to the Doors, to ‘Riders on the Storm.’ [Winona's] real name is Horowitz,” he explained during an appearance on CenterStage airing Friday. “And I said, ‘You know, I’m thinking Winona Ryder sounds cool,’ and she was like, ‘Yeah!’” Winona’s story plays the same way, but without Sheen. She simply “wasn’t a fan of her surname and embarked on a mission to find a new Hollywood-friendly moniker, finally settling on Ryder after listening to a song by The Doors,” reports StarPulse.

They say that when you get famous you forget all of your friends. According to Sheen, this “career-altering contribution” to the artist-formerly-known-as-Horowitz still goes uncredited. “[She] never, never gave me credit to this day!” he cried thanklessly.

The Anger Management star should get some credit for the good things he’s done! I mean, he does take at least some responsibility for the bad, notes E!. Things like getting fired from Two and a Half Men for bad-mouthing show creator Chuck Lorre. You remember, it was shortly before/during all that “winning” and “tiger blood” stuff. “A lot of it was my fault, a lot of it was their fault,” he admits. “They went into my personal space, you know? And then my personal space might have been not the most private place in the world.”

A lot less vicious than his pointed words for them a year ago, that’s for sure. The much more diplomatic Sheen didn’t stop there: “It got in the way of the work,” he said. “I like to think that I didn’t get fired, I got traded for a player to be named later. When you take away the anchor, you…tend to go adrift…So I felt bad for them for like a nanosecond.”

Sheen also kind-of sort-of gives some props to Ashton Kutcher, who kind-of sort-of took over the role. “I thought the introduction to Ashton’s character…you know, the urn by the window—it was like one of the great TV moments ever.”

Superstar Rihanna admits in the August issue of Harper’s Bazaar that she’s “afraid” to fall in love again after her tumultuous and story relationship with fellow musician Chris Brown.

The rebellious singer admits that the one area of her life where she’s a bit hesitant and gun-shy is her love life, confessing intimately that her relationship and abuse at the hands of Chris Brown rocked her emotionally and has made it difficult for her to find love again, notes USAToday. She says she’s “rebellious through my music, through my fashion, tattoos, and my hair. I have been conservative in my love life… it’s pretty much nonexistent. If I come across someone who I find really cool, I’ll hang out. But the minute I find that we’re getting too close I just—I don’t let people in.”

Despite circling rumors that she and Chris Brown are on the mend, Rihanna insists that she’s merely relegating the past to the past. Both Rihanna and Chris Brown have received severe backlash from their respective fanbases over their continued collaboration, notes MTV. “The fans could have said, ‘We don’t want anything to do with it,’ ” she said. “I understood that people had every right to be concerned about it. But I didn’t see it that way because I’m in a different place.”

Though she doesn’t name names, she’s obviously talking about Chris Brown when she admits that “I fell so hard [when I was in love]. I was really, really, really in love. The way it made me feel was priceless. And in a blink of an eye my whole life changed. Everything that I knew was different. I never thought I’d feel that pain in my life. I’m afraid of feeling that again.”

Changing topics, Rihanna also discussed her slender figure admitting that her weight-loss carried with it one undesirable side-effect: “I don’t know if there’s something going on with my body right now, but I’m eating everything in life!” Still, the singer is quite slim. “I miss my (rear). It just went away! I need a butt. I have an idea of one, but it’s not living up to its full potential right now.”

Though Brad Pitt has staunchly thrown his weight and star-power behind gay-rights issues, a recent letter to a local newspaper shows that his mother may not feel the same way.

Responding to an earlier letter to Springfield’s News-Leader, in which a reader encouraged voters to shut out Mitt Romney due to his Mormon beliefs, a “Jane Pitt” wrote words in defense of Romney, saying that as a voter, she’d be willing to overlook differences in religion in favor of a strong stance on a key issue: gay rights.

“I think any Christian should spend much time in prayer before refusing to vote for a family man with high morals, business experience, who is against abortion, and shares Christian conviction concerning homosexuality just because he is a Mormon,” said the letter to Brad Pitt’s hometown paper. “Any Christian who does not vote or writes in a name is casting a vote for Romney’s opponent, Barack Hussein Obama — a man who sat in Jeremiah Wright’s church for years, did not hold a public ceremony to mark the National Day of Prayer, and is a liberal who supports the killing of unborn babies and same-sex marriage.”

These views stand in direct conflict with those held by Brad Pitt and his fiancee Angelina Jolie, who have long been proponents of equal rights for homosexuals, once vowing that they themselves would not marry until homosexual couples could enjoy the same right.

“No state should decide who can marry and who cannot,” said Pitt last year after the passage of marriage-equality laws in New York, “thanks to the tireless work of so many, someday soon this discrimination will end and every American will be able to enjoy their equal right to marriage.”

So was the letter indeed penned by Brad Pitt’s mama? E!Online seems to think so, saying that they have confirmed that the letter’s author “is indeed the Oscar nominee’s mother.” However, according to InstinctMagazine, an editor at the Springfield News-Leader redacted such confirmation, and that “the Jane Pitt willing to overlook Mitt Romney’s Mormonism because of his strong anti-gay “values” is not Brad’s momma.” Towleroad is somewhere in between – not sure what to make of the mess just like us.

America’s Got Talent judge Howie Mandel called cops over to his house this morning because, according to him, he heard two people having sex in his bathroom, which is something you really can’t handle yourself (read: sarcasm).

Mandel called on the authorities to stop the couple from doing the dirty deed early this morning (around 1:00 a.m.), according to TMZ. Mandel was hosting a 4th of July party at his Calabasas home, a party which was good enough in order to be stalled into the 5th of July. As the 5th kicked off, Mandel walked past the bathroom in his home, and hark! He heard the sounds normally belonging to a copulating couple coming from within.

Now Mandel didn’t call the cops because he just found the idea of a couple using his bathroom to get their rocks off completely unacceptable, rather, he thought it was possible that one of his guests was actually sexually assaulting another. What were you serving at that party, Howie?

Police arrived and put a stop to the shenanigans, interviewing the 21-year-old male and female who absconded to the restroom. The amorous pair admitted to being a bit drunk and having gotten a bit carried away by the sink.

Now that Mandel’s party is more than likely over, he’s probably headed to his local Wal-Mart for a whole bevy of decontamination supplies. “We’re guessing he’s already made a run to the market for bleach — lots of bleach,” said TMZ. The actress dropped by a NYC ice cream parlor to grab a scoop with little Suri and seemed to be in good spirits despite a tumultuous week of media scrutiny regarding her divorce from actor Tom Cruise. Notes TMZ, it’s the first time we’ve seen Katie Holmes smile since divorce papers were filed in New York, and indeed, probably the first time we’ve seen a good smile from the Dawson’s Creek siren in what… years?

The mother/daughter duo, seen for the first time together since the divorce was announced, shared some “ice cream and sweet moments,” according to the Huffington Post, coincidentally stopping by the ice cream parlor on the very day that Holmes’ soon-to-be ex-husband turned 50. They seemed to ignore droves of curious fans studying their every move, and were joined by a few friends and four imposing bodyguards.

The very next day, Holmes and Suri hit the town again, stopping by Whole Foods to pick up what looked like July 4th barbecue supplies, including hamburger meat, buns, strawberries and bananas, reports People.

“I’m alright,” Holmes told a reporter while pushing Suri around in a shopping cart. “Thank you.”

Tom Cruise intended to spend his birthday with Katie Holmes and daughter Suri, but flew to Los Angeles to spend it with his teenagers Connor and Bella instead.

Andy Griffith’s death at the age of 86 came as a shock this morning, as reports from family and friends said without much detail only that the famed actor had passed away. Even President Obama issued a statement in remembrance of Griffith, fondly remembering the late actor.

When news of the television icon’s death reached the White House Tuesday afternoon, the president himself issued a heartfelt statement regarding Griffith’s passing:

“Michelle and I were saddened to hear about the passing of Andy Griffith this morning. A performer of extraordinary talent, Andy was beloved by generations of fans and revered by entertainers who followed in his footsteps. He brought us characters from Sheriff Andy Taylor to Ben Matlock, and in the process, warmed the hearts of Americans everywhere. Our thoughts and prayers are with Andy’s family.”

Andy Griffith passed away this morning in his Manteo, North Carolina home at the age of 86, reports ABC. Details regarding his passing have not yet been released, according to the Huffington Post. News of his death saw a deluge of remembrance and kind words from Hollywood peers. Actor-director Ron Howard, also Griffith’s co-star on The Andy Griffith Show tweeted “Andy Griffith His pursuit of excellence and the joy he took in creating served generations & shaped my life I’m forever gratefulRIP Andy,” shortly after the news broke.

Michael Jackson, Dick Clark, and Donna Summer have also received official recognition from President Obama shortly after their deaths.

Selena Gomez was seen cavorting with an unidentified male at a beach party on Monday, with boyfriend Justin Bieber nowhere to be found. She appears to be flirting with the male and enjoying herself in his company, but is this just an innocent misunderstanding a la the case of Miley Cyrus and her cozy unidentified man-friend?

19-year-old Gomez was spotted sans-Bieber at a Malibu beach Monday, partaking in a celebration of close friend Ashley Tisdale’s 27th birthday. Gomez looked to be having as much – if not more – fun than birthday girl Tisdale as she wrestled with her anonymous male friend on the beach, all while sporting a green crop top, white shorts, and a blanket draped around her shoulders, notes NY Daily.

UPDATE: The unidentified male is actually one of Justin Bieber’s friends, named Alfredo Flores. WetPaint opines that the playful beach-wrestling is perfectly platonic, though can’t help but wonder if the Biebs would approve after seeing the photos. Aww, see? There’s nothing amiss about these two. We always beliebed in them.

Gomez also revealed recently that she’ll be hitting the studio to churn out some more music soon. Of the upcoming project, she said “I have a thousand ideas. This album is going to be the first one that I’m actually going to spend as long as I want — it can be two months, it could be a whole year before this album comes out — so I’m going to have my freedom with it. It’ll be, like, my tell-all, in a way.”

She’ll also use the new album as a chance to talk about life experiences she hasn’t been able to address thus far: “I’m going to be able to talk about things that I’ve never really talked about before, just because the last records have been really rushed, so I’m just excited to be able to take my time with it,” Gomez said.

Octomom Nadya Suleman entered the porn industry recently much to the chagrin of her eventual peers, who have come out to unanimously denounce her as a bad mother.

Suleman’s recent decision to appear in a solo sex film (the riveting and critically acclaimed Octomom: Home Alone) has pretty much drawn universal criticism already. A lot of people are labeling Suleman a “bad mother” once again, citing her pornographic career as merely the latest entry on what is already a long, long, long list of checks against her. Even the porn stars stand in unison, shaking their heads in disbelief at what a poor example Suleman is.

Porn gal Amber Peach says that she thought Octomom was a bad mom even before her pornographic ambitions. “This is a woman who had children she knew she couldn’t take care of, not by accidentally getting pregnant. But on purpose, and people’s issue is that she did a porn,” Peach told The Huffington Post. “There are many porn people who are also great parents. People are acting like her doing porn is what makes her a bad parent, saying things like, ‘What are your kids going to think of you when they get older and find out?’”

Continuing incredulously, Peach said, “My question is, ‘What are those kids going to think of her when they get old enough to realize she had them with no way to take care of them either because she hoped to get a reality show or because she’s…crazy, or both?’”

In case you were comatose during 2009, Suleman has 14 kids – 8 of them came courtesy of in vitro fertilization back in ’09.

So she’s a bad mom, but is she good at porn? Not at all, according to Peach. “The whole video from a porn standpoint just looks awkward and uncomfortable,” Peach said. “And don’t get me started on the part where she’s lying naked in a pile of baby clothes, that’s just disturbing.”

Suleman chose to do porn because she was hard-up for cash. According to another porn star, that ain’t a reason to get into the business. “It was only after she filed for bankruptcy that she said yes (to studio requests). What changed her mind? It had to be the money. Money should never be the main factor for getting into this business,” said porn star Paige Little. “Once you start (in porn), you will live with that stigma for the rest of your life. Eventually the job offers and money will not be there. You will be left with needing to justify to yourself why you chose that path and be able to live with it. The porn industry is littered with the shattered lives of those who could not.”

Aurora Snow, another well-known porn star, had slightly kinder advice for aspiring porn actresses not unlike Suleman. “You only get one body,” she warned. “Don’t destroy it for a short term profit. Make the most of your porn career and have fun with it. But remember everything you do will be out there in the world forever, so make choices you are happy with short and long term.”

This just in: Mel Gibson is kind of crazy. Okay, you already knew that, but here’s the latest reason why. His own stepmother has filed a restraining order against him.

78-year-old Teddy Joye Hicks Gibson filed the restraining order against Mel, alleging that he verbally terrorized her on several occasions and destroyed her relationship with Mel’s dad, 93-year-old Hutton Gibson. Joye claims that Gibson and his sister, Maura, hate her, primarily over disagreements regarding Hutton’s health, notes TMZ. Of course Joye might be crazy herself, since Hutton filed for divorce from her back in June, alleging that she abused him. But then, Hutton might also be kind of crazy, so who really knows what is going on over there.

Regardless, Joye is firing back, saying that Gibson once screamed at her “so close that I could feel his spit hitting my face” and “began acting like a wild man.” She was paralyzed with fear and later vomited after the incident, reports the Huffington Post.

The documents go way deeper, detailing several incidents between Gibson and Joye in detail.

He warned her on one occasion, “not to f*ck with [Hutton's] treatments in any way.” At another time, he was cooking her a meal, which she declined. “Mel looked at me in disgust and said that I was insulting him by not eating. He then threatened that if I did not eat he would have me put outside,” she claims.

She also alleges that Hutton, a devout Catholic, would not divorce her and that both Gibson and sister Maura have manipulated him into doing so. Joye also says that Gibson is trying to force her out of her home.

She’s asking for a restraining order that would put 100 yards between the two at all times. Instead of issuing a temporary restraining order against Gibson, a judge has decided on a full hearing, set to take place next month.

Update regarding the Katie Holmes divorce from Tom Cruise: the actress claims that the marriage was already over as of 2011.

Holmes says that her marriage to actor Tom Cruise was “irretrievably” broken 6 months prior to filing for divorce in New York City, reports TMZ. A picture is worth a thousand words, and that one up top is Tom and Katie taking a stroll a few weeks ago in Iceland. You can’t see it, but they are walking hand-in-hand. One look at that picture, and maybe one can understand why Holmes was so surprised that Tom was “blindsided” by the divorce filing. Cruise said he had “no idea” Holmes would file, but honestly, looking at that picture? I suppose anyone could have gotten that idea had they been looking closely.

The Dawson’s Creek actress also has a big custody battle coming up. Even though the former-couple shared a Beverly Hills home, Holmes has been trying to establish residency in New York. It’s also why she filed there – New York courts are likely to give her a better shot at full-custody over Suri, notes the NY Post.

Cruise’s desire to fully indoctrinate Suri in the ways of Scientology was reportedly Holmes’ breaking point. She was afraid that he would send the 6-year-old to Scientology’s hardcore elite Sea Organization where apparently “Kids as young as five can be sent to live [at Sea Org] … without their parents,” according to the group’s website.

Holmes was frightened of what might happen to her daughter there after seeing what it does to people first hand. Reports TMZ, “When Holmes and Cruise first hooked up in 2005, Jessica Feshbach, a prominent Scientologist who had been with the Sea Org since 1994, was transferred and became Katie’s assistant/Scientology chaperone. Feshbach, in one of Katie’s first interviews after getting together with Cruise, was described by a writer for W magazine as ‘cold-eyed’ and ‘a third-wheel.’ ”

A few days ago, we brought you the story of Usher’s alleged stalker, who we opined might be the scariest celebrity stalker this year. Now, the woman who showed up to Usher’s house claiming that she is his wife has been admitted to a psychiatric hospital for mental evaluation.

Darshelle Jones-Rakestraw was arrested in front of Usher’s Georgia home last weekend after insisting that she was the singer’s wife. The 26-year-old disobeyed a criminal trespass warning, pounding on Usher’s door and demanding that he let her in Sunday. When the authorities arrived, she told them that she was his wife and had simply misplaced her keys. Usher secured a temporary restraining order against her, and she then posted a video to YouTube defending her actions, making several pointed accusations against him.

New details have emerged, as TMZ has secured the incident report from Johns Creek PD, explaining ti original incident in more depth. Cops responded to a suspicious person call Sunday from Usher himself, who had spotted Rakestraw on one of his security cameras. When police arrived, she was sitting on the front porch playing with her iPad. Cops identified her, having issued her a warning the previous day, and placed her under arrest for violating a criminal trespass warning.

Once in police custody, she continued insisting that she was Usher’s wife, and that he makes all of her decisions for her. Mentally unfit for jail, the police took her to Emory Johns Creek Hospital instead, where she was later admitted for a mental evaluation, according to TaleTela.

She was released and given a copy of the charges against her. Usher’s stalker is set to appear in court next month.

Poor Usher has got 99 problems and a b*tch is definitely one. The singer is being stalked by a woman who among other things claims that she is his wife.

According to TMZ, Usher fears that his life may be in jeopardy and has secured a temporary restraining order against 26-year-old Darshelle Jones-Rakestraw who is listed standing at 5’2″ and weighing in between 140 and 180 lbs. Court documents say that Rakestraw allegedly showed up without an invitation to Usher’s Georgia home on June 23rd to harass him and his family. She apparently pounded on his door and demanded to be let in, according to Hot 107.9.

Usher called the cops who showed up to tell Rakestraw to leave and not come back. She obeyed, but it didn’t end there. She came back the next day, prompting Usher to call the cops yet again. When they arrived, Rakestraw told them that she was Usher’s wife and had misplaced her keys. Cops didn’t buy it and arrested her. Afterwards, Usher immediately got a temporary restraining order, saying that his faux-wife “placed [him] in reasonable fear for his own safety and/or the safety of his immediate family.”

Usher is hoping to make the arrangement more permanent in a hearing next month.

Rakestraw took to YouTube, putting up a video claiming that Usher has been handing her cash under the table since last year, promised to provide her with comfortable living arrangements, and that he’d help her launch her music career. She insists that “I’m not a stalker … [Usher] has officially slandered me and defamed my character,” and is planning on filing defamation charges against the singer soon, if only to be close to him.
