While their relationship may have been on temporary hold Yankee’s star Derek Jeter and Friday Night Lights actress Minka Kelly seem to be once again dating.

Page Six is reporting that the couple were seen together on Sunday in Miami after Jeter flew to the sunshine state to catch up with the Charlie’s Angels star.

Jeter and Kelly were spotted together at Morgans South Beach and a snoop says they were “laughing and having a fun breakfast together.”

According to reports the couple are trying to figure out if their relationship is moving forward or stalling out.

While some sources believe they may be trying to date once again another source told Page Six:

“They are simply just friends,” and “There’s nothing beyond that.”

According to sources the couple only split because Minka was spending most of her time away from Jeter in Miami.

You may recall that Minka and Derek split in August after three years of dating, while Kelly was recently spotted spending a good deal of time with Charlie’s Angels co-star Ramon Rodriguez.

For his part Rodriguez isn’t happy with the rumors, during an interview with Access Hollywood Live last week he stormed out of an interview when asked about his rumored romance with Kelly.

At this time it’s all a bunch of unfounded rumors based on one visit, in the meantime do you think Derek Jeter and Minka Kelly make a cute couple?

It’s been a month since Jesse James and Kat Von D got back together and now they have officially called it quits…again.

Posting on her personal Facebook page Kat Von D announced on Saturday:

“I am not in a relationship,” while adding, ”And I apologize for all the ‘back and forth’ if it’s caused any confusion.”

Von D and Jesse James had been planning to wed in the summer and then called off those plans on July, ending their engagement.  A month after her engagement was called off Kat Von D learned that her show LA Ink was being cancelled.

Speaking about her most recent breakup Kat told PEOPLE:

“It was clear to me that we were just on two different paths in life,” while adding, “My friend put it best when he said I could never be more deserving of total, noble love. And as a woman, I think it’s important to know your value and never lose sight of that.”

D also quelled rumors that she was moving to Texas to be with James, revealing on her Facebook page:

“I am not in any way moving to Texas…And I am not leaving my shop here in Los Angeles, High Voltage Tattoo.”

The split seems to be pretty civil with Kat noting:

“I wish Jesse nothing but the best in life and in love.”

Cameron Diaz and Yankee’ star slugger Alex Rodriguez have called it quits. According to a source close to the on again off again couple they broke up because both agree that their careers come first at this point in their lives.

Speaking to the New York Post one source close to A-Rod said:

 “For weeks he’s been trying to get out of the relationship.” they say he’s been telling people it’s over but “she has been in denial about it.”

That same source tells the paper:

“They have broken up before and got back together, and who knows if it may happen again. But I get the sense that it won’t. He was losing interest and is ready to move on.”

They say that the couple has had a great time together over the last two years and the breakup is extremely recent, which would make sense since Diaz was seen with Alex just this past Labor Day weekend when she flew to New York City to have dinner with him.

According to the received information the now ex-couple plan to remain friends and the breakup was 100% amicable between the two. The snoop says with the injuries he has sustained over his career he simply wants to stay focused and healthy so he can win another world championship.

The breakup rumor has not yet been confirmed by the A-Rod or Cameron Diaz camps so we’ll file this one under “rumor” for the time being.

Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen are not only one of the best looking celebrity couples on the planet, they are also the highest paid couple. Based on earnings from May 2010 through May 2011 the couple earned $76 million with Gisele bringing in the biggest part of the couples earnings with $45 million.

Gisele’s earnings came from a combination of fashion, endorsements and various business deals while her husband earned $31 million from his NFL contract (4 year $72 million contract) and various endorsements.

Following on their heals was Jay-Z and wife Beyoncé Knowles who earned just $4 million less than the NFL star and his wife with Jay-Z taking in $37 million, a large part which came from his 2008 10-year $150 million contract with Live Nation.  Beyonce didn’t do to shabby either at $35 million, part of which was earned from clothing and other endorsements.

Also at the top of the list were Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie who brought in $50 million and David Beckham and Victoria Beckham who took in $45 million.

Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart also fared well at $40 million ($20 million each for their work on the Twilight series), making them the fifth richest celebrity couple of 2011, however it’s still unclear if they’ll remain in their relationship for the long haul.

There’s one fairly common theme among all of the highest earning celebrity couples of the last year, they not only have earned money from their craft but also by branching off and taking on new business ventures that earn them a revolving and growing annual cash supply.

Making things worse is the fact that Sam has made herself scarce, with Lindsay spotted going out alone for a couple of consective nights. Celebuzz claims that Lindsay is striking back and has been flirting with Sean Penn.

“Is Lindsay Lohan trading up?” they asked, reporting that Linds and Sean were spotted at Nobu along with a bunch of Lindsay’s gal pals. A source claims that “the whole table chatted and chain-smoked,” while E! muses that Lohan’s rep Leslie Sloan might know more than she’s letting on about the rumored Lohan-Ronson break-up.

I hope this gets cleared up soon– my head is starting to spin!

Jennifer’s been making the rounds for Marley & Me for the longest time, thanks to the date being pushed back again (and again), but at least she’s spicing it up with an expletive or two! She and co-star Owen Wilson were interviewed for USA Today, and it sounds like she made him pretty uncomfortable after being asked about the public’s fascination with her personal life:

“I am honestly getting sick of it, and I feel like telling people, ‘You know what? It’s none of your (expletive) business.’ Seriously, it’s enough. It’s like we’re appealing to the lowest …

And this is at a time when we should be so inspired and excited with what’s happening with the president. It’s a time to be positive and join together. We’re just trying to entertain you, man. Don’t shoot the messenger.”

I think she should go the “no comment” route so these things don’t go full-circle. Or we can just wait, because Jen hopes that we’ll realize that she has “a job and [she's...] an actress.” The good actress bit’s going to hang in the balance a little while longer, I think.

Whitney was doing so well, too, but rumor has it that she’s back with Bobby Brown after rekindling their dysfunctional romance. Can you believe it? I hope that she doesn’t start looking scary-skinny again, or furthermore, fall into situations like this one and start back on the interview circuit with the crazy talk (three words: Primetime, Diane Sawyer).

Whitney managed two Bobby-free years, but those close to her have hinted that her and Bobby are more than just friends, despite what her rep says. Bill Zwecker commented in the Sun-Times that “Several Georgia sightings of Houston and Brown in recent days — clearly looking very romantic while dining together — seem to boost the reliability of what I’m hearing.”

Oh wait– I forgot. Wasn’t Whitney the one to blame? Here I was, all worried about her safety, when Bobby was the innocent victim the last time around.

OK Magazine is reporting that Nicolette Sheridan and David Spade have been using overt PDA (public displays of affection) to cnfirm that they are a couple.

The Desperate Housewives star was celebrating her 45th birthday at new L.A. hot spot Luau in Beverly Hills — the same place they were spotted together a few weeks ago at the grand opening — and onlookers tell OK!, “Nicolette and David were full-on making out!”

The duo arrived separately and even started the dinner at separate booths but couldn’t resist each other for long! According to witnesses, Spade winked at Sheridan and stood at her side while she blew out the candles on her cake. After that, the two retreated to a booth where they cuddled and kissed.

It wasn’t that long ago that Nicollette Sheridan was broke up with Michael Bolton, so we suppose that David Spade isn’t that fanciful an idea. Also David Spade seems to have a way with the ladiez having previously been linked to Heather Lochlear (who also has questionable taste in men) and various play boy bunnies, including Jillian Grace. Jillian Grace gave birth to a baby girl in August 2008 and Spade confirmed in September this year that the child was his.

Am I the only one who thinks this is gross? I guess she really is a Desperate Housewife.

Stop crying, now: Paris Hilton has revealed that she’s just on a break with Benji Madden, and that they didn’t split for good. Paris told Ryan Seacrest’s KIIS-FM that they’re “really good friends” and that they are “very close.” It sounds a bit complicated, especially for Paris:

“He’s such an amazing man,” she told Seacrest. “He’s my best friend. He’s been so great to me, so loyal. He is an incredible person, and we will always be really close. We’ll see what happens in the future.

“I’m still in love with him.”

Oh, yeah: and she’s so not into Stavros. I’m going to give this more time and see how it turns out. If we learned anything from Friends, it’s that taking a break can go wrong.

Oh, the agony: Jen hit the New York Times Magazine to talk about old stuff again, which is a healthy thing to do at this point under extreme scrutiny. Sure.

“There are times I don’t even remember that particular show. This is horrible to say, but there are times when I laugh my rear end off. And I get in debates with people who are over and say, ‘Friends’ is not my thing.’ Excuse you!”

Is Jen still dreaming about her heydey? Maybe dating John Mayer does that to you. What happened to her Marley & Me promotions? I think she should get back to those or just talk more about He’s Just Not That Into You, because I’d be happy with comments about anything post-2004.

We knew it! Benji Madden has broken up with Paris Hilton, and hopefully Paris has learned her lesson about giving embarrassing, romantic interviews that later bite you in the a*s. It wasn’t even a year yet, and Benji was the “love of her life,” and they were making beautiful music together. So the Stavros thing really was a rebound move– how sad.

According to Star, this is Benji’s doing:

Paris was fed up with Benji always telling her what to do and bossing her around. She couldn’t take his overbearing ways anymore. It was stressing her out. He can be very aggressive and he was just too much trouble.

She felt she couldn’t cut loose and party. He doesn’t drink and doesn’t think she should either. She felt too fenced in.

It’s pretty sad that Paris felt so bad because Benji was concerned about her drinking, wanted to spend quiet time together, and tried his best to watch out for her. Yes, going back to Stavros sounds like a very good idea to me *cough*.
