Robert Downey Jr. told talk show host Jay Leno on Monday that his wife wouldn’t let him discuss specifics about their soon-t0-be born child, telling Leno “I can’t say a word” and joking that he’s “not permitted to discuss” the sex of the baby who is due in February. Apparently that secrecy wasn’t a long lasting promise.

Seconds after shrouding wife Susan’s pregnancy in mystery he then blurted out that they were having a baby boy and then the 46-year-old actorsaid “S–. I did it.”

Joking with the talk show host Downey then revealed that his pregnancy isn’t as hard on Susan as it has been on him:

“I think actually it’s been tougher on me,” he joked. “Just the hormones and the moods stuff and the nausea, and the whole thing.”

Robert Downey Jr. then said he plans to be a very involved father before putting on a prosthetic breastfeeding device and asking the audience “Who’s first? I need some practice.”

Robert has an 18-year-old son named Indio with ex-wife Deborah Falconer.

Okay, Duggars- when God said to go forth and multiply, he didn’t mean you specifically.

Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar have announced that despite some relatively serious complications during their last pregnancy, the mom of 19 is now pregnant again- even though the two are now also grandparents. The Duggars have a massive clan, including Joshua, 23; twins Jana and John-David, 21; Jill, 20; Jessa, 19; Jinger, 17; Joseph, 16; Josiah, 15; Joy-Anna, 14; twins Jedidiah and Jeremiah, 12; Jason, 11; James, 10; Justin, 8; Jackson, 7; Johanna, 6; Jennifer, 4; Jordyn, 3 and Josie, who will be two in December. Eldest son Joshua and wife Anna, also 23, are parents to Mackynzie, 2 and Michael, 4.

Josie, their youngest, was born at the terrifyingly early 25-week mark, weighing in at just 1 lb., 6 oz. The tiny tot pulled through after Michelle’s bout with pre-eclampsia, but the brush with disaster did not dissuade 45-year-old Michelle from getting pregnant again. The mom of almost twenty gushed:

“It is a miracle. Josie is the most energetic, busy little almost-2-year-old. She is short, and yet she can keep up with the big girls and she thinks she is just as big as they are. We are amazed at what she can do.”

Jim Bob Duggar says his wife is healthier than ever despite her stressful last pregnancy:

“Michelle is probably in better health now than she was 10 years ago. She has been getting on an elliptical for about an hour a day and is very careful of what she eats.”

And while the Duggars may be planning a risky 20th child at the ages of 45 and 46 respectively, they’re not stupid. Michelle has admitted the pair have planned a c-section for the child’s spring birth, saying:

“I’ve never had a planned C-section… So this one will be different.”

Jessica Alba and husband Cash Warren welcomed a healthy baby girl into the world on Saturday.

After Haven Garner Warren was delivered Alba took to her official Facebook page where she wrote:

“She was born on Saturday, weighed 7 lbs and was 19 inches long. Healthy and happy!” while the new mommy continued, ”Big sister, Honor couldn’t be more excited about the new addition to our family.”

Alba concluded by writing:

“Thank you for all of your support during my pregnancy. It means the world to me.”

Speaking to E! Alba said she may be done having children:

“I really can’t imagine having more than this—more than what’s happening right now,” Alba said. “Kids are a lot of work and at the end of a pregnancy, it’s sort of like you can’t really imagine having more. But we’ll see.”

Alba and Warren met in 2004 on the set of X-Men and they wed on May 19, 2008. Alba gave birth to Honor three-years-ago and the couple announced Haven’s pregnancy in February.

There was a bit of a Zsa Zsa Gabor related stir this week when the 94-year-old actress’ husband Prince Frederic von Anhalt told CNN the aging couple hoped to become parents as soon as possible.

Gabor, who has spent the last year desperately outracing the Grim Reaper, is currently bedridden and struggling with a host of serious medical concerns. Which, according to the Prince, is the perfect time to throw a baby into the mix. Her husband says using a donor egg, surrogate and artificial insemination, the couple planned to add a new addition to the family, one Zsa Zsa has little hope of seeing into Kindergarten.

CNN’s Dr. Sanjay Gupta says that scenarios like this are unlikely to result in a successful surrogacy, mainly because Gabor is ostensibly in no state to consent to becoming a mother, and Prince Frederic von Anhalt is married to her, making such a contract untenable. Dr. Gupta consulted with a reproductive specialist in Atlanta, Dr. Dan Shapiro, who explained why such a procedure was inadvisable and unlikely:

“This is not a reasonable request. This is not a childless family seeking to family-build… Just because you’re capable of creating a baby and creating a family, is it in the interest of the couple? In the interest of the baby? Is there a social interest in making families that look like this? I think the answer in this particular situation is no, no, no.’”

Of course, the couple do have more money than God, so the idea of going outside the traditional reproductive medicine structure in the country is not too unimaginable.

Drea de Matteo, better known as doomed mafia girlfriend Adriana on the HBO hit The Sopranos, has welcomed a baby boy with fiance Shooter Jennings.

de Matteo, 39, and Jennings, 31, have named the child Waylon Albert ‘Blackjack’ Jennings, according to Jennings’ Twitter feed. On April 7th, de Matteo’s babydaddy tweeted:

Waylon Albert “Blackjack” Jennings has arrived folks!

Jennings followed up with:

Thanks for all the kind words folks! We’re super lucky to have so many kind friends!

The couple are parents to a three-year-old girl named Alabama Gypsyrose. The Twitter birth announcement was not the first time the couple used the microblogging service to announce an important life event. Back in 2009, Jennings proposed to de Matteo on stage, later confirming the engagement on Twitter. At the time, Jennings tweeted:

“Asked Drea to marry me on stage tonight. I’m a lucky man… I’ll never forget Utica, NY.”

The couple did not disclose further vital stats, such as birth weight, time or date.

Baby factory Michelle Duggar and husband Jim Bob welcomed child number 19 far ahead of schedule this week.

Josie Brooklyn was born at 6:27 pm last night (December 10th), weighing in at a scary 1 lb, 6 oz. TMZ quoted a rep for the Duggars who confirmed the baby’s arrival:

We’re told Michelle is resting comfortably and the baby is “stable” — although she’s in the neonatal intensive-care unit at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.

The rep added, “The most important thing right now is for Mom and baby Josie to get as much rest as possible. The family is grateful for all the prayers and well wishes during their recovery.”

The baby’s premature birth follows Michelle Duggar’s admission over the weekend to University of Arkansas for Health Sciences in Little Rock for treatment of gallstones. People magazine reports that pain from the gallstones caused Duggar to go into very early labor, reporting Monday:

“This weekend, Michelle Duggar was admitted to an Arkansas hospital due to gallbladder issues,” says a network rep. “The pain from a gallstone was generating some contractions. Just to be safe, she was airlifted a Little Rock, Ark., hospital, so that in the unlikely event that she had to be delivered early, she would be close to a NICU center. Though there were some fears that the baby was in trouble initially, it soon was discovered to be solely the gallstone causing the discomfort. Michelle is resting comfortably, and the baby is doing fine.”

mounds and mounds of money by mags from here to Guam to pimp out the baby. We just don’t want to go down that road with him.

We are not placing judgment on those that do as they often use the money in a very charitable way. However, we have made the decision to not sell Bronx’s baby pictures right now. We understand that like other celebrities have said, “there is a bounty on our heads” for these pictures. There is a danger when there are cameras being held over walls and into our backyard. We are followed day and night and that was fine when it was us but we are going to do our best to shelter Bronx from that as much as possible. Its scary to be followed by 10 cars to your home. We understand the curiosity, just not the viciousness that comes along with it when it becomes so insatiable. We know there will be a time when we’ll share him with everyone because that insatiable curiousity becomes unsafe or simply because we’re proud parents who want to show him off! We know our fans support and care about us and want to know about our family and we’ve always been straight up and open with those who care about us most, so at some time, when it makes sense, Bronx will be out in the world.

In the meantime, we’d like to say thank you to those who have allowed us relative privacy in letting us just be a family for now – and to enjoy all the happiness he’s brought us.

Why so defensive? I hate it when celebs attack rumors personally and not through their rep; they just make everything seem true.

The Inquisitr team were on high alert for any sign of a tell tale baby bump on Rihanna during the American Music Awards. Rihanna fainted at a concert in Australia where she was appearing along side her boyfriend and potential baby daddy, Chris Brown sparking a feverish round of rumors about Rihanna being pregnant.

Watching the American Music Awards it was hard to tell if Rihanna is pregnant. The dress she wore is frilly, and would strategically cover up any baby bump, and the film crew covering the awards steadfastly refused to give a closer full frontal shot, it was as if they were taunting us. There were plenty of framed head shots, or long distance full shots. Check out the video and see what you think. Is it a conspiracy to cover up a pregnant Rihanna?

Rihanna cleaned up at the awards with the 20-year-old winning Favorite Female Artist in the Pop/Rock Music category and also winning Favorite Female Artist in the Soul/Rhythm & Blues Music category.

Chris Brown also won the same categories but obviously the male version.

Spiderman, Tobey Maguire did it again, knocking up his wife announcing the preganancy of his wife Jennifer Meyer.  Intouch weekly had the scoop.

This will be the couple’s second child and a baby sister to Ruby, age 2.  The baby is due in spring 2009, according to Maguire’s rep.  The couple are apparently ecstatic.  No word on how Ruby took the news, though.

Angelina’s kids aren’t all that, at least not according to Forbes! Suri Cruise has been named the No. 1 Hottest Hollywood Tot in the second annual list, which is based on the kids’ parent’s popularity and media attention.

Suri’s definitely been catching my attention lately: um, she gave the finger to the paparazzi. That trumps any scowl that Zahara or Shiloh could drum up when they see the photogs. Plus, I’m obsessed with the “Is Suri Ugly?!” debates online, which pop up more than they should. Poor girl, she deserves this award because there’s so much damage down the road for her. (Imagine googling yourself and reading that people think you look like an alien. . .)

Rumors have started to swirl that Rihanna is pregnant–which is entirely unsurprising. Belly bumps are fuel enough, so actual fainting is like a high alert in the celebrity world! MediaTakeOut.com had an interesting scoop that a certain celebrity weekly mag (or maybe a couple) will be releasing news of Rihanna’s pregnancy, and guess what?

“It gets better. According to one of our snitches at the mag, Rihanna is reportedly planning on keeping the child.”

It’s also rumored that Rihanna and her boyfriend Chris Brown will be headed to Barbados next week to visit Rihanna’s parents, which could very possibly mean that a baby announcement is on the way.

I wouldn’t count on it, but I am excited to see who’s whispering in the tabs, complete with “?????”-style question marks.

Gavin Rossdale and Gwen Stefani have a new addition to the family– a little boy named (get ready for it) Zuma Nesta Rock, who was born today at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. G & G wanted the baby to be a surprise (since they were “put[ting] him a black room anyway”), and here he is, their little “goth baby.” Congrats.

Am I the only one who’s slightly creeped out by an all-black baby room?

Even though PEOPLE sprung the exclusive pics of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt cuddling sweet twins Vivienne and Knox, Hello! has grabbed the international rights and released what are arguably cuter pics . I wonder if PEOPLE is pissed?

What caught my eye wasn’t the pictures though– it was the part where Brad and Angie deny having gone the in-vitro route:

“If they had been conceived through IVF we would have been happy to discuss it. But we have been fortunate enough never to have had fertility problems.”

I didn’t know that I could get shocked from the usual “Exclusive [Insert Celebrity Here] Baby Pics” until Matthew McConaughey started in on the crazy for his OK! interview along with Camila Alves.

Besides showing off for pose-y, Photoshop-y pics, Matthew let us in on what the birthing process was like (“bloody, pukey, sweaty” and “wild”) and then got down to the details on discovering that the two had had a boy:

“I said, ‘Come here, little man.’ I saw the pecker and screamed that we’d been right all along about him being a boy. Then I brought him over to her [Camila],’ Matthew said.”

Matthew McConaughey is a dad now, which I can only imagine thrills him to no end. He’s going to be embarking on a journey that will probably involve lots of football throwing, lookin’ sweaty, and generally being sporty. Matthew’s definitely a “guy’s guy,” and having a boy around the house sounds perfect.

Camila’s and Matthew’s baby, named Levi, was born at 6:22 p.m. yesterday (Monday) in Los Angeles, weighing in at 7 pounds, 4 ounces. A source close to the two told PEOPLE the unsurprising news that “They’re so happy!”
