Demi Moore has not been seen in Los Angeles since she was rushed to the hospital for “exhaustion” a few weeks ago.  The speculation is over.  People Magazine has confirmed through sources that the actress is in a lock down rehab facility in Utah.

E! News reported that Demi was in the care of the Cirque Lodge in Utah and was under complete isolation with the exception of a very small group of friends and family.

The source commented to E! News,

“She’s on total lockdown and only talking to a small group of people,”

The same source confirms that Moore is being treated for substance abuse addiction and for eating disorders.

On January 23rd, Moore was partying with friends when she smoked a substance that “similar to incense”.  The substance most likely was the marijuana alternative K2.  She immediately hit the ground having seizures.  The friends on the scene called 911 and she was rushed to the hospital.

This is not Moore’s first stint in a rehabilitation center.  She was treated for drug and alcohol abuse in the mid 80′s.  Many of her friends have been voicing concerns over her behavior as of late.

The source told People,

“Really, it was over the last year her friends saw a change. She wasn’t sleeping as well, didn’t seem to be eating and looked really gaunt.”

In November Moore split from her husband Ashton Kutcher and has been going down hill quickly since.

Tallulah Willis, the youngest daughter of Bruce Willis and Demi Moore, made one of her most notable public appearances to date at the weekend, appearing at Paris’ upmarket Hotel de Crillon on Saturday for the annual Le Bal des Débutantes.

The 17-year-old (center in the picture above) wore a vampish floor-length black Lanvin gown with a jeweled bust to the event, traditionally a rite of passage for eligible young women entering high society. Which begs the question: just how simultaneously awesome and terrifying would it be having Bruce Willis as a father-in-law?

Daddy Bruce was there as it happens, toasting his daughter and dancing with her towards the end of the ball. As one guest told People:

“He was a little different than three years ago [when older daughter Scout was a debutante], more reserved. He was there for his daughter, but protective. It wasn’t until around midnight when he danced with Tallulah that you saw him become more relaxed.”

Tallulah was joined by sisters Rumer and Scout, but one notable absentee was family matriarch Demi Moore.

Moore, who has remained good friends with her former husband, reluctantly announced her divorce from Ashton Kutcher earlier this month after he cheated on her.

Anyway, in another eighteen years the 56-year-old Bruce Willis could get to do all this again – his new wife, 33-year-old Emma Heming Willis, is expecting their first child early next year.

Bruce Willis is about to be a father… for the fourth time. The “Die Hard” actor and his wife, Emma Heming, are expecting their first child together.

Willis already has three children. Willis and Demi Moore had daughters Rumer, 23, Scout, 20, and Tallulah, 17 together. According to People, the actor and his new wife are expecting their first child to arrive early next year.

A statement from Willis’ rep states that the couple ”are overjoyed with this news and they look forward to welcoming this newest addition into their family.”

Willis, 56, and Heming, 35, were married in March 2009. While he was promoting his film “Surrogates” shortly after his marriage to Heming, Willis said:

“It has been suggested that we should begin breeding immediately. I don’t know. You can’t predict the future, can you? We’re taking it day by day, really slowly.”

As Willis celebrates a happy moment with Heming, his ex-wife is currently on a rocky road with her husband, Ashton Kutcher. Willis, who has remained close with Demi through the years, is reportedly pretty upset with Mr. Kutcher.

An insider told the Hollywood Gossip:

“When Bruce found out he flipped. Bruce believes if you mess with someone he loves, you mess with him. He trusted Ashton not to hurt his family and is planning to give him a piece of his mind. When he finally catches up with him it won’t be pretty.”

Willis and Demi decided to name their kids  Rumer, Scout, and Tallulah. Will Willis and Heming give their child an unusual name?

20th Century Fox on Wednesday announced that Die Hard 5, titled A Good Day To Die Hard will be coming to theaters on Feb. 14, 2013.

The announcement was confirmed by Fox Entertainment President Tom Roth during a talk on The Jim Rome Show and it has been confirmed that Bruce Willis will reprise his role as everyday man and action hero John McClane.

Production on the next installment is set to being in January and filming will take place in Russia.

Die Hard 5 was written by Skip Woods, the same guy who wrote The A-Team and X-Men  and the movie will be directed by John Moore who helmed Max Payne. 

Here’s a synopsis of the film

“Since the first Die Hard in 1988, John McClane has found himself in the wrong place at the wrong time, with the skills and attitude to always be the last man standing, making him enemy #1 for terrorists the world over. Now, McClane faces his greatest challenge ever, this time on an international stage, when his estranged son Jack is caught up in the daring prison escape of a rogue Russian leader, and father and son McClane must work together to keep each other alive and keep the world safe for democracy.”

As a huge fan of the entire Die Hard series I can’t wait to see John McClane take on more terrorists, even if he is getting old. Give him a few more years and he’ll be beating up bad guys with his walker.

8:55 Justin Bieber takes the stage to present Best Animated Feature Film. Toy Story 3 wins. Ricky Gervais lost his jacket. He’s implying all the stuff Robert Downey Jr. has done is gay, and threw in a crack about RDJ’s drug use. RDJ snarked back. Now he’s saying he tried to sleep with all his former co-stars. Oooh! He said “I’d give it to all five of you. At once.” Dirty.

The award RDJ is presenting is Best Actress (Comedy or Musical), which goes to Annette Bening, for The Kids are Alright.

9:10 That was a long commercial break. Sylvester Stallone is inexplicably on stage, presenting a montage of The Fighter. Now Geoffrey Rush and Tilda Swinton are presenting, and Tilda Swinton looks reliably insane and is wearing a bedsheet and no lipstick. The Golden Globe for Best Actor in a Mini Series or TV Movie goes to Al Pacino, for You Don’t Know Jack. Apparently, Al Pacino gets to talk as long as he wants with no music, so screw you Steve Buscemi.

Claire Danes wins Best Actress in a Mini Series or TV Movie, for Temple Grandin- her second win after My So Called Life. Temple Grandin is in the audience. “Everyone was so viiiital,” Danes whines.

9:23 Oh, hello, Zac Efron. Looking inappropriately handsome. Ricky Gervais introduces Tina Fey and Steve Carrell by saying Carrell is ungrateful for leaving The Office. Aaron Sorkin wins Best Screenplay for The Social Network. I think he’s on mushrooms. Sorkin says elite isn’t a “bad word,” which I think is a bit of a political jibe there.

Four years after marrying toy-boy Ashton Kutcher, Demi Moore has decided that she’ll only now happily take his name as part of the bargain/

According to reports, Demi now feels “comfortable” with the name change, which might be code for “I wasn’t sure it would last, but 4 years in we might go the distance.”

Demi was born Demi Guynes, and picked up the surname Moore from her first husband Freddie Moore. During a 13 year marriage to Bruce Willis, she stuck with Moore, making the decision to change her name to Kutchner marginally more interesting.

The first trailer for Bruce Willis’ latest movie Surrogates has been released.

According to the synopsis: “In the near future, humans live in isolation and only interact through robotic bodies that serve as surrogates. When several surrogates are murdered, a cop (Bruce Willis) investigates the crimes through his own surrogate. The investigation forces the cop to bring his human form out of isolation and unravel a conspiracy behind the crimes.”

The movie is based on a comic book series of the same name, although it should be noted that this isn’t a Marvel Super Hero type adventure, more of a somewhat dark futuristic what if, with a serious dose of tech.

Surrogates is due to be released September 25.

Bruce Willis and girlfriend Emma Heming married in Parrot Cay, in the Turks and Caicos Islands, Saturday.

Willis exchanged vows in a ceremony attended by his children, ex-wife Demi Moore and her husband Ashton Kutcher. Madonna is also believed to have been among the guests.

The wedding coincided with Willis’ birthday: he turned 54 on Thursday, Heming is 32. The pair been together for more than a year and will have a civil ceremony to confirm the marriage under US law when they return home.
