In something straight out of a horror sci-fi flick Gavin Hyatt gave birth to his twin brother through his belly button this past month. Granted it was only the 4cm fetus that Gavin had absorb while in his mother’s womb after his twin had died. Once there it remained inert until a recent change in Gavin’s weight which doctors say may have started the process.

There are just a handful of cases worldwide — with the majority reported in Asia.

Former firefighter Gavin, of Witney, Oxfordshire, said: “Four hospital doctors had previously examined me and were all puzzled by the lump.

“Some thought it was a cyst, others an in-grown hair.

“Then one said it could be my undeveloped identical twin that I absorbed at a very early stage. I feel absolutely fine now but it has not sunk in yet that I could have had a twin brother. I have him in a jar at home and I call him little Gav. I haven’t told many people. I feel like a bit of a freak.”

Freak or not this is kind of cool but I will admit that keeping the Alien wannabe in a jar by the bed might be carrying things a little too far.

Jennifer Garner Might Be In Labor

Jennifer Garner was seen rushing to the Cedars-Sinai Hospital with Ben Affleck today, sparking rumors that she could have a New Year’s Eve baby. She’s due any day now, so this could be it! One slight kink in the rumored rush was that Ben was seen sipping on a Starbs iced coffee as he led Jen to the car.

Considering how chill Jennifer has been since the start of her pregnancy, however, she could almost be in labor and we probably wouldn’t know. She delayed revealing her pregnancy until the last moment this time (at the 5 month mark with an obvious bump), and she told People magazine that “It always makes me laugh when people say ‘Is she? Isn’t she?’ It’s like, ‘Eventually you will know, so just chill out for a minute.”

Ashlee Simpson names son after New York Borough

Ashlee Simpson and Peter Wentz last night became proud parents of a 7 pounds, 11 ounces bouncing baby boy which they thoughtfully named Bronx Mowgli Wentz.

Baby Bronx was 20.5 inches long and was born at Cedars-Sinai Medical Centre in Los Angeles, fashionably 3 weeks late.

We at the Inquisitr wonder if Bronx’s name is some sort of hint as to where he was conceived (enjoy that one when you do a vanity google in 12 years Bronx), or maybe they just hope he will grow up tough.

Naming your kid after a place seems to be the done thing lately, what with the Beckham’s (Brooklyn), Gwen Stefani (Kingston), Paltrow (Apple); well maybe not Apple but you know what we mean.

We are also not quite sure what the Mowglii thing is about either. Does Wentz love Rudyard Kipling, or have they bought him a real black panther which they named Bagheera? I hope they did, the kid is going to need the panther when he is old enough for school because he is going to be teased mercilessly.

Congratulations to the Simpson and Wentz families and welcome Bronx Mowgli Wentz. May next year you be on the most influential tots list.
