Demi Moore has not been seen in Los Angeles since she was rushed to the hospital for “exhaustion” a few weeks ago.  The speculation is over.  People Magazine has confirmed through sources that the actress is in a lock down rehab facility in Utah.

E! News reported that Demi was in the care of the Cirque Lodge in Utah and was under complete isolation with the exception of a very small group of friends and family.

The source commented to E! News,

“She’s on total lockdown and only talking to a small group of people,”

The same source confirms that Moore is being treated for substance abuse addiction and for eating disorders.

On January 23rd, Moore was partying with friends when she smoked a substance that “similar to incense”.  The substance most likely was the marijuana alternative K2.  She immediately hit the ground having seizures.  The friends on the scene called 911 and she was rushed to the hospital.

This is not Moore’s first stint in a rehabilitation center.  She was treated for drug and alcohol abuse in the mid 80′s.  Many of her friends have been voicing concerns over her behavior as of late.

The source told People,

“Really, it was over the last year her friends saw a change. She wasn’t sleeping as well, didn’t seem to be eating and looked really gaunt.”

In November Moore split from her husband Ashton Kutcher and has been going down hill quickly since.

While Ashton Kutcher may be in the process of a divorce from Demi Moore that doesn’t mean he isn’t worried about her well-being. Kutcher’s Twitter page recently went quite in regards to Moore mentions after she was checked into the hospital after suffered a seizure allegedly brought on by nitrous oxide hits from whip-its.

According to reports Ashton was seen partying in Brazil at the time of Moore’s hospital check-in, however a source close to the actor tells PEOPLE that his actions weren’t what they seem.

“Ashton is deeply concerned for Demi,” and ”He still cares about her and wants the best for her. But their marriage is ending and they are both moving on with their lives.”

The couple announced in November that they would be separating after six years of marriage and since that time friends and family members have worried that Moore’s health has been on the decline because of stress related factors.

While Ashton Kutcher continues to update his Twitter page regularly he has stopped any mention of Demi Moore since Monday night when she was rushed to the hospital after paramedics received a 911 call from the actresses home.

Instead Kutcher posted a Tweet of himself with the message “surfing the streets of Sao Paulo” which was accompanied by a picture (shown above) of Kutcher standing in the rain.

Kutcher is now heading back to Los Angeles to begin filming a new episode of Two and a Half Men.

Most reports of Demi have had the actress at bars and clubs dancing and partying like crazy.  She and her daughter were in the Caribbean at a club until 4am just a few weeks ago before the Golden Globes.

Well the worst fears of many were realized when it was reported that 2 days ago Demi was rushed ot the hospital for exhaustion and being under nourished.  Now they are saying she went to rehab for substance abuse.

It seems that the recent split from Ashton has Demi in a state of depression that she is trying to medicate with drugs and alcohol.

She recently told magazine Harper’s Bazaar,

“What scares me is that I’m going to ultimately find out at the end of my life that I’m really not lovable. That I’m not worthy of being loved.”

Her publicist tried to deflect from the substance abuse issue by saying,

“Because of the stresses in her life right now, Demi has chosen to seek professional assistance to treat her exhaustion and improve her overall health. She looks forward to getting well and is grateful for the support of her family and friends.”

TMZ exclusively revealed no more than 25 minutes ago that the 49 year-old actress and recent divorcee was  rushed to the hospital last night for substance abuse problems.

According to Law enforcement, a 911 call was placed at 10:45 pm on Monday night. Paramedics responded to the call and assessed the situation at Moore’s house for a half hour before Demi was transported to a local hospital.

It is said that Demi Moore will be taken to a facility for ” further professional assistance.”

Demi’s reps confimed the news in a statement:

“Because of the stresses in her life right now, Demi has chosen to seek professional assistance to treat her exhaustion and improve her overall health.  She looks forward to getting well and is grateful for the support of her family and friends.”

Earlier in the year Demi Moore candidly opened up to Harper’s Bazaar magazine and admitted that her worst fear is  “not worthy of being loved”. Demi went on to say, “what scares me is that I’m going to ultimately find out at the end of my life that I’m really not lovable, that I’m not worthy of being loved. That there’s something fundamentally wrong with me…and that I wasn’t wanted here in the first place.”

Ashton Kutcher’s twitter account was recently hacked but the Two and a Half Men star promises that he’ll have the last laugh.

The hacker broke into Kutcher’s account over the weekend and posted a few tweets to get the star into even more romantic trouble. One of the tweets read:

“First official sleepover with my girl @lorenescafaria so maybe breakfast with everyone next time! (@ Lorene’s House)”

When Kutcher found out about the twitter hacking he deleted the feed and sent out a message to his 9 million twitter followers and his hacker.

Kutcher wrote:

“So apparently someone thinks they are clever hacking my account. #lame.”

Kutcher later did a little investigative work and found out his hacker’s address thanks to Four Square. Kutcher added:

“Ok mr hacker, you only made one mistake. You hacked my Foursquare and I now know your address. Whoops… This is gonna be fun… I’m coming for you.”

Kutcher has since deleted the tweets with only one message reminiscent of the exchange, where he writes:

“Big props to Foursquare.com for your amazing security team!”

Ashton Kutcher publicly planning revenge on his Twitter hacker probably wasn’t the best PR move, but since Kutcher is known for his love of pranks it would have been interesting to see how he would have exacted his revenge.

Ashton Kutcher has been sporting his beard and rugged look lately for his new role on Two and a Half Men but on Wednesday he stepped out for the Television Critics Association Tour in Pasadena, Calif. with a clean new look.

Speaking about upcoming episodes of the show Kutcher was excited to discuss the series and said his new clean cut look was related to the show, hinting to fans that they’ll just have to “Tune in Monday” to find out why he’s no longer scruffy.

As PEOPLE points out the last time Kutcher was seen sporting a clean look with short hair was way back in 2009, before that it was on the popular television series The 70s Show where he played teenage troublemaker and goofball Michael Kelso.

Whether he’ll stick with the clean cut look is anyone’s guess, we’ll just have to wait and see what unexpected thing happens next in the world of Ashton Kutcher.

In the meantime rumors continue to circulate that Kutcher and Demi could be reconciling and staying together although right now there are more rumors then we care to count regarding the Hollywood heavyweights.

And there were people that when I had a beard and long hair they wanted me to be  shaved and have a haircut. If you think Kutcher has moved on quickly – he and Demi Moore only split up last month – sources close to Us Weekly allege he and Scafaria hooked up while Kutcher was still technically married, and while Scafaria was in a relationship with actor Adrien Brody. Ashton Kutcher mistress Sara Leal is speaking out about being the “other woman” in Ashton’s life during his marriage to Demi Moore and she says the alleged fling at a California hotel is ruining her life.

According to Leal in an interview with US Weekly:

“I had no idea what I was getting myself into. It might have seemed like I was asking for it, but I wasn’t.”

She went on to add:

“I don’t watch television and I read very few magazines. It never crossed my mind that he was married. But then he said he was separated, which still doesn’’t make things okay, but I wasn’t thinking clearly. He was a good looking guy and it was stupid. When people say to me ‘I can’’t believe you did that’ I want to say back that most 22-year-old girls in my position would have done the same thing.”

Leal also reveals that after the affair was made public her own father refused to talk to her and she began receiving some very disturbing phone calls, even from some of her friends’ parents.

Leal has since been fired from her job (she started working again three weeks ago) and her roommate and now former best friend will no longer talk to her, forcing Leal to move out of her shared apartment.

Since the breakup of Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher, gossip hungry fans have wondered if either party would step out with anyone or get caught on surreptitious dates after the semi-public split.

Moore has been quiet, but Kutcher has been doing press for the release of the ensemble rom-com New Year’s Eve, in which he stars in a vignette with Glee‘s Lea Michele. Michele is closer in age to 33-year-old Ashton at 25 to Moore’s 48, and gossip columns are keen to link the two for an abundance of are-they-or-aren’t-they? bits. There’s no indication Kutcher has any interest in dating the exuberant young actress, but the two looked cozy at a recent red carpet appearance for the film’s release, and during a recent interview, Michele appeared to proposition the newly-single Kutcher for New Year’s Eve shenanigans.

As a fellow Long Island Italian-American, I have to say, it’s not the most compelling of invitations. Kutcher seems to agree, deflecting:

It seems Kutcher is in post-breakup self-improvement mode, because he also said:

“I’m gonna do my resolution in December this year. I’m just trying to stay ahead of the curve. There is a curve.”

Ashton Kutcher has made his first major post-Demi appearance, hitting the red carpet for the release of his new film New Year’s Eve.

Kutcher stars in the ensemble rom-com with Glee star Lea Michele- the two are featured in a storyline about neighbors who get stuck in an elevator, one of several vignettes that make up the film. Michele and Kutcher appeared friendly on the red carpet, sparking a bunch of headlines and gossip column speculation. Michele spoke about the pair’s chemistry on screen while filming the new release:

“I got to be stuck in an elevator with him for two weeks, which was awesome, he’s hilarious. But he’s also really smart and would talk about everything going on in the world, and I had absolutely no idea about half the stuff he was talking about… So I would go home and Google everything, and try to brush up on everything that was going on in the world, to come in the next day and try to have a conversation. But he was great, he made me feel really comfortable.”

Michele says that not knowing Kutcher beforehand was helpful, as the two played strangers who met on screen:

“I think it was really good that Ashton and I didn’t know each other in this movie because we’re supposed to be strangers, meeting in an elevator… I think if we were playing two people who had known each other their whole lives we would have worked hard to create a certain rapport with each other, but not knowing each other really helped with this film.”

Like Kutcher, Michele also recently ended a relationship, splitting from boyfriend Theo Stockman in September after a year of dating.

It’s only been a few weeks since Demi Moore filed for divorce from Ashton Kutcher, but it looks like the actress is ready to move on. Demi has recently been spotted out with the CEO of BORBA skin care products, Scott-Vincent Borba.

Radar Online reports that Demi and Borba have been dating for at least a week.

An unnamed source told Radar:

“Demi and Scott-Vincent started dating last week… They have known each other a long time and he’s really been there for her by her side through the whole Ashton thing.”

Scott-Vincent Borba works with plenty of celebrities (Mila Kunis, Ashley Greene, and Stacy Keibler all endorse his products) so its possible that Demi and Borba were working on a new product or an endorsement deal, but the source says its the perfect cover-up for a secret celebrity relationship.

The source added:

“It’s easy for Scott-Vincent to keep his relationships a secret because he’s so often photographed hanging out with celebrity clientele… But he’s head over heels for Demi and there’s definitely potential for a lasting relationship between them.”

And for more proof that Demi is dating again, Radar offers one more piece of evidence. Borba did not deny the relationship. When asked if he was dating Demi Moore, Borba simply said that he does not comment on his personal life.

Moore broke her Twitter fast by expressing thanks after last week’s holiday, enthusing:

The star then re-tweeted a fan’s comment, who’d added, “here I am on day two…still thankful…:)” Kutcher has been a bit more active on Twitter after his November 24th return, marking more than a week off Twitter with the following tweet:

Kutcher then followed up with a series of random tweets, though nothing approaching his previous level of activity on the site. (Which had earned him more than 8.5 million followers.) Among Kutcher’s water-testing tweets:

A source close to Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore says Kutcher’s recent twitter message in support of Penn State’s Joe Paterno gave Demi all the reason she needed to end their relationship.

Speaking to Hollywood Life the snoop says:

“It looked as if things were progressing, and then of all things when Ashton messed up on Twitter,” and “It was another thing to get Demi upset.”

The source goes on to note:

“She believed he really didn’t care about the details of things and the embarrassment of that reminded her of the embarrassment he caused her with the cheating,” and “It basically opened the can of worms again resulting in Demi finally deciding to take on the divorce.”

The end is finally here. After rumors started circulating last month that Ashton Kutcher was cheating on his wife, Demi Moore, the actress has decided to file for divorce.

Moore told the Associated Press today that she plans on ending her six-year marriage with Kutcher.

Moore said:

“It is with great sadness and a heavy heart that I have decided to end my six-year marriage to Ashton. As a woman, a mother and a wife there are certain values and vows that I hold sacred, and it is in this spirit that I have chosen to move forward with my life. This is a trying time for me and my family, and so I would ask for the same compassion and privacy that you would give to anyone going through a similar situation.”

Kutcher allegedly cheated on Moore with Sara Leal on the day before his sixth wedding anniversary. Leal said that her and Ashton had hooked up after a long night of partying.

After Leal’s story went public, Moore tweeted:

“When we are offended at any man’s fault, turn to yourself and study your own failings. Then you will forget your anger.”

Rumors about a divorce have been circulating ever since Ashton’s affairs were made public. Kutcher fueled the fire when he was photographed without his wedding ring. Demi was also a no show at a DNA Foundation (Demi and Ashton Foundation) fundraiser earlier this month.

Ashton Kutcher vowed on Thursday night, after he sent a tasteless tweet about Joe Paterno, that he would stop using Twitter until he found a way to “properly manage his feed.” It looks like Ashton has found his Twitter solution. The “Two and a Half Men” star will be using a constant stream of apologetic tweets mixed with humorous and self-degrading pictures from now on.

Kutcher tweeted the above photo with the caption “what’s a picture worth?”

Shortly after, he tweeted “I’m just trying to be a good person.”

Kutcher gained a lot of criticism for his comment on the Joe Paterno / Penn State / Jerry Sandusky Sex scandal. After Penn State fired Joe Paterno, Kutcher tweeted:

“How do you fire JoPa? #insult #noclass as a hawkeye fan I find it in poor taste.”

Since then, Kutcher has spent a lot of time trying to apologize to his following. Kutcher’s Paterno tweet was especially tasteless since Kutcher’s organization, the DNA Foundation, works to end child sex slavery. One Kutcher follower wrote: “Ashton Kutcher: Against child trafficking unless it involves college football.”

Kutcher immediately played dumb, saying:

“Had no idea, thought it was a football thing. Heard Joe was fired, fully recant previous tweet! Didn’t have full story.”

After that, the “Two and a Half Men” star wrote a more sincere apology. Kutcher wrote:

“As an advocate in the fight against child sexual exploitation, I could not be more remorseful for all involved in the Penn St. case.”

And then:

“As of immediately I will stop tweeting until I find a way to properly manage this feed. I feel awful about this error. Won’t happen again.”

Ashton Kutcher is no longer the king of Twitter, the actor has decided to hand over control of his account to his team at Katalyst Media following a Penn State gaffe that caused plenty of Kutcher backlash.

Kutcher took to his account on Wednesday to tweet:

“How do you fire Jo Pa? #insult #noclass as a hawkeye fan I find it in poor taste.”

Apparently Kutcher hadn’t been reading about the Jerry Sandusky sex scandal involving young boys and the nearly two decades long cover-up of said scandal.

Almost immediately after Kutcher posted his tweet he received harsh criticism from various Twitter users which led him to delete the Tweet and issue an apology in which he said he didn’t know the “full story” behind the schools decision to fire Joe Paterno effective immediately.

Later Kutcher announced:

“As of immediately I will stop tweeting until I find a way to properly manage this feed. I feel awful about this error. Won’t happen again.”

Taking to his personal blog Kutcher say his Twitter feed will now be managed by “my team at Katalyst Media to ensure the quality of it’s (sic) content.”

Taking a momentary jab at Kutcher was Gawker Adrian Chen who deemed Kutcher’s departure from Twitter as “the only good thing to come out of the Penn State scandal.”

Do you think Kutcher made the right decision in going Twitter silent over his gaffe? I will say that at least unlike many celebrities he was quick to point out his error in jumping to conclusions and he issued his apology in a quick and simple manner.

Demi Moore wasn’t at Ashton Kutcher’s side at the GQ Gentleman’s Ball at the Edison Ballroom in NYC on Wednesday night, but she was there symbolically.

Kutcher wore his wedding ring at the event, where he was honored for the foundation he and Moore co-founded. Yahoo!’s ‘omg!’ blog reports that Kutcher looked “rapt” and “somber” while footage of him with his wife was played on giant screens.

The Two and a Half Men star attended Wednesday’s event with Rabbi Philip Berg, current Dean of the worldwide Kabbalah Centre organization. After being honored for “Real Men Don’t Buy Girls,” Moore and Kutcher’s anti-child prostitution charity, Kutcher took to the stage and delivered a heartfelt speech (apparently with its fair share of swear words):

“Our global issues are getting tougher. A lot of the things we’re doing we can’t talk about, but I can promise you we’re fighting and we’re going to make a change, so that’s a little about what I’m working on.”

Yahoo! also mentions that Kutcher bumped into radio personality Craig Schwartz (otherwise known as ‘Radio Man’) after the event, while waiting for his car outside the venue. Reportedly, Schwartz carefully asked Kutcher if he was okay with “everything that’s going on.”

Kutcher replied with an equally diplomatic, “Yeah. Yes. I am doing OK, thanks. Thank you for caring. Thank you for caring, really. It means a lot.”

Last month, allegations started flying that Kutcher, 33, had slept with 22-year-old Sara Leal on the eve of his sixth wedding anniversary with Moore, 48. Since then, media attention has intensified, with Leal selling her story to a slavering press.
