Police, acting on a search warrant went to Lott’s house and found the videos of the boys as they were showering at the school.  They allegedly found the videos of the nude boys at Lott’s home.

Somerset County Prosecutor Geoffrey Soriano, in an interview with the journal said that nine of the victims were under 16 years old, which carries a more lengthy prison sentence.  Soriano said, as of this time 22 students had been informed of the incident and that they were on the tapes.

Until this incident Lott was considered a pillar of the community.  He had run for a Borough County Seat on the Republican ticket, but was unsuccessful a few years back.

Lott was arrested and is being held at the Somerset County Jail.  He is being charged with Child Endangerment among a whole slew of charges that prosecutors plan on filing.  He is being held on $500,000 bail.

A 13-year-old New Mexico boy who “burped audibly” during gym class was handcuffed and taken to a juvenile detention center according to a lawsuit filed by his parents.

Facing charges are the boys gym teacher, principal and a school police officer.

The lawsuit also states that on a separate occasion the boy was made to strip down to his underwear in front of five adults at the school after being accused of selling drugs on the schools campus.

According to the family’s lawyer the teenage had been arrested along with more than 200 kids in the district for a nonviolent misdemeanor within the past three years.

That same lawyer is also representing the family of a 7-year-old autistic child who they say was handcuffed to a chair after becoming upset during a class.

Attorney Shannon Kennedy has also revealed that the school had another girl arrested last year because she didn’t want to sit next to a “stinky boy in class.”

Before the idea pops into your head that Attorney Kennedy is chasing down reasons to sue, there at least appeared to be some truth to the “stinky boy” case in which the school district quickly settled with that girls family.

In filing the suit Kennedy did not blame the police, who she says were doing their job, instead she says “It lands in the lap of the principal.”

If the accusations raised against the schools staff end in settlements or won lawsuits should the principal and teachers involved be terminated from their positions?

Kid Burps In School, Gets Thrown In Jail is a post from: The Inquisitr

Nearly 100 Occupy Boston protesters were arrested in the early morning hours of Tuesday when police began dispersing a second tent city that popped up on the Rose Kennedy Greenway, across the screet from the first tent city.

Police descended on the area where they met a line of American flag carrying veterans who tried to stand in the way of police and protesters. Officers wrestled each veteran to the ground, cable-tied them and dragged them away.

In a video shot on the scene (shown below), one protester can be heard screaming “We are veterans of the United States of America!”

Attempting to throw city friendly rhetoric into the mix Police Commissioner Ed David told  WCVB 5:

“During the day a group of anarchists really started to run the protest,” while adding, “They weren’t listening to us.”

City officials say they wanted to clear the Greenway camp because a conservancy group recently planted $150,000 worth of new shrubbery in the park.

City officials say protesters were warned hours in advance to vacate the premise and were even handed written instructions to leave.

In the meantime Mayor Thomas Menino has given the nearly 1,000 protesters the option to stay at the original camp.

The idea that the veteran’s were running the protest with anarchist intentions has been shot down by various onlookers who observed peaceful protesting.

Anthony Michael Hall has been released from police custody. The actor, best known for his roles in Sixteen Candles, The Breakfast Club and National Lampoon’s Vacation and the most recent Batman movie Dark Night was arrested on Monday night after an altercation with his neighbor at their Venice condo complex.

As our very own Kim LaCapria reported earlier today, Hall was arrested for disturbing the peace and was temporarily being held by the L.A.P.D.

Hall allegedly created a commotion in the buildings hallways, smashing plants located in the duplex’s common area.

When one neighbor entered the hallway after hearing commotion Hall allegedly said he would “beat him to a pulp” and later he knocked on the man’s front door and when a neighbor answered he said he wanted to start a fight, at which time the neighbor slammed the door and called police officers.

Hall was arrested with no further altercations.

Santa Barbara County Deputy District Attorney Lee Carter told TMZ that “they believe the prescription medications found in her system could have impaired her ability to safely drive a motor vehicle.”

SHe was busted on 27 September, after police found her blocking a freeway lane. She may have been emotional about the incident, but because of the whole botox one facial expression, police were unable to tell.
