Tech : Duncan RileyFocus On Asia: Call For Startup Submissions
If you're new here, you may want to subscribe to our RSS feed or follow us on Twitter. Thanks for visiting!
Starting Monday we’re going to start a new series called focus on Asia where we’re going to explore Asian startups from through out the region. Each day we’ll explore a new market and highlight some of the top startups from each location.
China and Japan tend to get most of the attention in the region, but there are some amazing people and startups who get lost in the noise. If you’ve got a startup you’d like to put forward, fill in our contact form and include any info you’d like us to look at, and be sure to note where you are located.

Great idea, Duncan. Places like Singapore have some cool startups deserving of more airtime.

Now, this is what I call a real smart move. Not only that, it would be great to see Duncan covering companies that have attention and coverage long due…

thx Randal, Hasib
during my time at TechCrunch I kept seeing startups from Asia, with a lot of activity around Malaysia/ Singapore, but I never had the opportunity to explore them more. I know there are startups for example in Thailand, Indonesia and The Philippines that have never gotten any coverage (I’ve seen them, but never written them up), so hopefully I can explore every country one by one and find some hidden gems. The space is totally under covered, and it’s in my backyard (well sort of, more so when I was in WA), so I’m looking forward to it.
Of course if anyone in Asia is reading this (as far west as Pakistan) feel free to send your details through.
