Is Jurassic Park 4 actually a reboot? According to one of the stars of the original movie, that’s what Universal is currently planning.

Although initial reports about the project suggested the studio was moving forward with another sequel, Sam Neill has been told that Universal is actually transforming the movie into a reboot.

Earlier this month, the studio decided to halt production on the flick so writers Rick Jaffa and Amanda Silver could spend more time with the script. While every movie undergoes rewrites at one point or another, there’s a possibility Universal could be making some serious changes to the core story.

Jurassic Park 4 reboot rumors seem to have originated from a Dominion Post interview with Sam Neill. In addition to discussing the 3D re-release of Steven Spielberg’s classic dinosaur-related adventure, the actor revealed that he probably wouldn’t be involved with the next film.

“I’m told it’s a big reboot, a total re-jig,” Neill explained.

However, producer Frank Marshall told Collider last summer that Jurassic Park 4 was going to be a proper sequel and not a remake or a reboot. Was Sam Neill given some bad information or has the studio simply decided to shift gears?

Not surprisingly, Universal hasn’t said a word about the rumors as of this writing. Since the studio announced that the movie has been placed on indefinite hold, it may be a while before fans hear anything new about the project.

“In coordination with filmmakers, Universal has decided to release ‘Jurassic Park 4′ at a later date giving the studio and filmmakers adequate time to bring audiences the best possible version of the fourth installment in Universal’s beloved franchise,” the studio said regarding the delay.

The release continued, “We could not be more excited about the vision that Colin Trevorrow has created for this film, and we look forward to watching as he and the producers create another great chapter in this franchise’s storied history.”

Netflix adultery is apparently a real problem, and it’s affecting a lot of people.

For those unfamiliar with the term, Netflix adultery occurs when a person watches episodes ahead of his or her partner. If you’re watching The Walking Dead with your significant other and you decide to skip ahead without them, then you are essentially guilty of cheating. Shame on you.

According to a study conducted by Netflix, nearly 12 percent of the 2,000 adults surveyed said they had watched episodes without the other person around. Ten percent admitted to being the victim of such a dastardly crime.

The study also revealed that 66 percent of the cheaters watched these episodes on the couple’s primary television. Another 21 percent said they often skipped ahead while their partner was sound asleep in the same bed. Of those in relationships, around 51 percent said they would consider moving forward without their significant other.

Even if you haven’t cheated on someone with Netflix, there’s still a possibility that you might. Seventy-five percent of guys between the ages of 18 and 34 said they would skip ahead. However, 57 percent of women in the same age group said they would watch episodes without their significant other.

Should you decide to commit Netflix adultery, there are several options currently available to you. For example, you can refrain from revealing spoilers (41 percent), fake your reactions while re-watching episodes (12 percent), or simply confess to being a TV cheater (14 percent). The choice is yours.

Netflix Chief Content Officer Ted Sarandos said the availability of TV shows through the service has created a phenomenon the company is calling “stream cheating.” However, Netflix isn’t going to accept any blame for any problems this may cause in your relationship.

“Netflix can’t be held responsible for any trust issues, lovers’ spats, or marital troubles that arise from watching ahead of your partner. We also will not cover any therapy sessions. As always, we advise to Watch Responsibly,” Sarandos explained.

A new trailer for James Mangold’s The Wolverine is now available online.

Although the first US trailer for the upcoming superhero flick left much to be desired, the final clip is definitely an improvement. However, those who don’t want to know anything about Jean Grey’s appearance in the flick might want to skip this one altogether.

Famke Janssen’s involvement with the flick is no secret. However, the final Wolverine trailer might show fans a little too much about her role in the movie. Previews are often notorious for giving away major plot points, so proceed with caution if you value cinematic surprises.

The new trailer also spends more time developing the story, which centers around Wolverine’s journey to Japan. After meeting up with an old friend, he is given a chance to become mortal once again. While the superhero appears to spend a fair amount of time brooding, it’s also clear that the film contains several potentially amazing set pieces.

The coolest part of the clip: A glimpse of the showdown between Wolverine and Silver Samurai.

In addition to Hugh Jackman, the movie stars Will Yun Lee, Svetlana Khodchenkova, Hiroyuki Sanada, Hal Yamanouchi, Tao Okamoto, Rila Fukushima, and Brian Tee.

Director James Mangold’s The Wolverine is slated to arrive in the middle of the busy summer movie season. The flick will hit theaters on July 26.

A gospel singer is suing McDonald’s after she swallowed a piece of glass found in a chicken sandwich.

Jacqueline Simpson said that she encountered the stray shard after ordering a meal from the fast food chain back in 2010. The singer claims that swallowing the glass had an adverse affect on her vocal chords. Since her singing voice has ultimately been destroyed, Simpsons decided to file a lawsuit against McDonald’s.

Business Insider reports that the change in the woman’s voice was almost immediate. The problem is so severe that she if often mistaken for a man during phone calls.

“Now when I sing, I have a hoarse, rattly voice. I still sing alto, but I can’t sing soprano like I used to,” Simpson explained to the New York Post.

She continued, “I have to make a lot of calls for work, and I have to tell people that I’m not a man. Before, that never happened.”

The singer, who is also a clerk with the Attorney General’s office, has decided to sue McDonald’s over the damage done to her vocal chords. Simpson filed the lawsuit in Brooklyn last week.

As The Consumerist points out, the popular fast food restaurant is certainly no stranger to the world of lawsuits. In early 2012, a prostitute in Nevada blamed a franchise owner for pushing her into her current profession.

The website explains that the franchisee gave the woman a job before they decided to start dating. She was later fired from her position at the restaurant for reasons the woman said were false. Although they later got married, she claimed he pushed her to become a prostitute.

The chain has yet to respond to Jacqueline Simpson’s lawsuit as of this writing.

Gospel Singer Sues McDonald’s Over Ruined Voice is a post from: The Inquisitr

A New Jersey sinkhole swallowed a worker and his forklift on Monday.

Authorities were summoned to a warehouse in East Rutherford after the man and the machine fell into the hole that opened up yesterday afternoon. The building was immediately evacuated.

The injured worker has been identified as Bronx resident Danny Rodriguez. After rescuers managed to pull him out of the opening, he was rushed to an area hospital for treatment. The Huffington Post reports that Rodriguez injured his back during his tumble into the hole.

It’s believed that the man’s life was saved by the forklift. The machinery ultimately prevented him from being crushed when he fell into the sinkhole. Although he hurt his back during the fall, he didn’t receive any life-threatening injuries as a result.

“Fortunately for the operator, the forklift went straight down and didn’t tip to the side because then he could have really been hurt,” Police Chief Larry Minda told The Record.

According to WABC, property manager Bruce Jordan said that the concrete slab appeared to have crumbled while the forklift was driving across it. This created an opening into a forgotten basement beneath the warehouse.

The oily substance that authorities initially discovered inside the hole is believed to be the cooking oil and soy sauce the forklift operator was transporting when the sinkhole opened up. AM Express Freight administrator Sarah Entena said the warehouse is used to store non-perishable food items.

“He’s the best forklift driver we have,” Entena said of the injured employee. “The forklift protected him. And thank God for that.”

This particular unit of the East Rutherford warehouse complex will remain closed until the sinkhole situation has been properly addressed. A construction engineer will assess what repairs will be needed to make the building safe for workers.

Officials are still unsure what caused the 10-foot deep sinkhole to open up inside the building in New Jersey. An investigation into the matter is currently underway.

Keanu Reeves stopped by the Cannes Film Festival this week to promote his upcoming martial arts flick.

The Matrix star is making his directorial debut with Man of Tai Chi. The project was financed by the folks at China Film Group, who called the movie the “most important co-production” the company is involved with this year.

Reeves wrapped production on the flick just a few days ago. The actor and budding filmmaker shot the movie in Beijing and Hong Kong with an international cast. Both Reeves and his financiers are hoping that the film will appeal to audiences across the globe.

Keanu Reeves explained that his love of martial arts movies started with Bruce Lee. However, his appreciation for the genre grew after working with Tiger Chen and Yuen Woo Ping on the set of The Matrix. The actor said that kung fu movies are “beautiful, exotic, wonderful, and empowering.”

“It’s like play. There’s something childlike about it. They are fake fights — and that’s fun,” the 48-year-old explained to The Guardian.

Man of Tai Chi tells the story of a delivery guy who also happens to be an accomplished martial artist. After getting involved with a shady businessman portrayed by Reeves, the hero soon finds himself engulfed in an underground fight tournament.

According to Deadline, Man of Tai Chi is expected to open in China on July 5. The movie should hit other markets later this year. It’s currently unclear when the flick will arrive in North America.

The proposed Poltergeist remake is expected to start shooting this fall.

After languishing in development for quite some time, it would seem that the project is finally starting to build some steam. Monster House and City of Ember director Gil Kenan will take the reins on the remake.

According to reports, filming is likely to begin in Toronto this September. In addition to this tentative start date, a few details about the movie’s plot have started to surface.

The Poltergeist remake will tell the story of the Bowens, a family who moves to new town in search of a fresh start. Almost as soon as everyone gets settled in, the couple’s little girl goes missing. A team of supernatural investigators are summoned to unravel the mystery behind her disappearance.

Other characters include the host of a supernatural television program and parapsychologist who also happens to be the father’s ex-wife. It’s clear from these simple details that the upcoming remake is taking a slightly different approach to this familiar story.

Sam Raimi, Nathan Kahane, and Roy Lee will produce Poltergeist for the folks at MGM. David Lindsay-Abaire, Paul Harris Boardman, Scott Derrickson, Juliet Snowden, and Stiles White have all contributed to the script. However, it’s unknown if Kenan will take a crack at it before filming gets underway.

Lindsay-Abaire told SlashFilm that he has nothing but love and respect for Tobe Hooper’s classic horror movie. Although he didn’t give away any details about the project during his chat, he said that everyone seemed happy with the draft he put together.

“I will also say that there are very few people who are as obsessed with the original movie as I am, so I would try to write a script that I would want to see as a fan,” the writer explained.

The upcoming Angry Birds movie has landed writer Jon Vitti.

The scribe has previously contributed scripts for a number of acclaimed television programs. Included in Vitti’s resume are the shows The Office, The Simpsons, King of the Hill, and The Larry Sanders Show.

Since Jon Vitti has a way with words, one should expect a fair amount of wit to make its way into the Angry Birds movie. While the kids are watching birds wage war against pigs, parents can enjoy some of the subtler comedy the writer is sure to bring to the project.

According to the official press release from Rovio Entertainment, veteran producer Catherine Winder is also signing on for the animated feature. Producer John Cohen, who also worked on the hit family flick Despicable Me, said he was extremely happy to have both Jon and Catherine aboard.

“Jon is one of the funniest writers I know, and we’re looking forward to working with him to bring the birds and pigs to life on the big screen. Catherine is a fantastic producer, with over 20 years of film and television experience, and I’m very excited to have her as a part of our filmmaking team,” Cohen explained.

Rovio Entertainment CEO Mikael Hed also had nothing but positive things to say about Vitti and Winder’s involvement with the Angry Birds movie.

“I’m very excited that Jon and Catherine have joined us, bringing with them their vast expertise. I’m confident we are building the right team to deliver an amazing movie experience to our fans,” Hed explained.

If nothing goes haywire between now and then, Sony Pictures hopes to have the adaptation in front of extremely happy moviegoers by 2016. Considering that’s three years from now, here’s hoping that the Angry Birds video game franchise is still a viable property.

‘Angry Birds’ Movie Lands ‘Simpsons’ Writer is a post from: The Inquisitr

An angry mob pelted a man with rocks after he allegedly attacked several children in Colorado.

Residents in a Pueblo neighborhood decided to take matters in their own hands after a series of sexual assaults in the area. Many folks believed that police failed to properly warn them about the predator in their area.

Several people associated with the American Indian Movement reportedly formed a mob in an effort to find the man responsible for attacking the children. They soon found a 54-year-old man who fit the description released by police.

Instead of letting authorities handle the situation, the angry mob began pelting the man with rocks. Captain Tom Rummel said members of the AIM chased the suspect down and punched him in the face.

“I started running after him and finally caught up to him at about Eighth and Troy. There was a group of about five or six of us and we kept him there until police arrived,” AIM member Alex Pacheco explained.

Sensing that the ordeal was getting ready to spiral out of control, police made the decision to transport the suspect down to the station.

“The primary officer on the scene said get him out of here,” Rummel explained to The Associated Press. The man was not seriously injured during the attack.

Although the mob believed the unidentified man was responsible for the sexual assaults, he was later released by police due to a lack of evidence. Pacheco feels that police simply aren’t doing enough to find the individual behind the attacks.

“We went through the right channels in contacting the police but there hasn’t been much response. We can’t wait around any longer without doing something. These are children that this man is after and we can’t let any more children get hurt by him,” he explained.

An investigation into both incidents is currently underway. It’s currently unknown if any charges will be brought against the angry mob that pelted the 54-year-old man with rocks.

Like it or not, there’s apparently a new Transporter trilogy in the works.

Luc Besson is interested in crafting three more movies in the series staring Jason Statham. The filmmaker’s EuropaCorp production company has reportedly entered into an agreement with China’s Fundamental Films to bring the movies to fruition.

The partnership was struck last July and is expected to last for three years. This means that work on the new Transporter trilogy should be underway at some point in the very near future. Both companies will produce, finance, and distribute all three movies.

Reports suggest that each installment in the new trilogy will be budgeted between $30 and $40 million. It’s currently believed that at least one of the new films will be shot in China.

Unfortunately for fans of the series, there’s no word if Jason Statham will reprise his role as Frank Martin. Given that Statham’s involvement with the original trilogy is what drew audiences into theaters, moving forward without him seems a little silly.

Directed by Louis Leterrier and Corey Yuen, the original Transporter flick debuted in theaters back in 2002. The movie would go on to make around $43 million worldwide by the time the endeavor left cinemas. This number doesn’t seem quite so bad when you take the film’s estimated $21 million budget into consideration.

The second installment would fare a bit better at the box office than its predecessor. The movie made around $85 million internationally when all was said and done. The third film was even stronger; its worldwide total currently sits at approximately $108 million.

Since the movies seem to do more business overseas than they do in North America, it’s not altogether surprising that EuropaCorp is looking to partner up with a Chinese production company. It’s currently unclear when the next installment will make its way to the big screen.

Kate Hudson is reportedly signing on for Zach Braff’s Wish I Was Here.

Reports suggest that the Bride Wars star will take the female lead opposite Braff in the upcoming film. According to The Wrap, Braff became a fan of the actress after catching her in the Cameron Crowe flick Almost Famous. The two later became friends.

The former Scrubs star will portray Aidan Bloom in the Kickstarter-funded project. Bloom is a struggling actor with a wife and two kids who is still trying to figure out who he is. Kate Hudson will play his spouse in the film.

Wish I Was Here already has a number of notable actors counted among the cast. In addition to Braff and Hudson, the flick will feature Anna Kendrick, Donald Faison, and Big Bang Theory star Jim Parsons.

The folks at Deadline are reporting that Mandy Patinkin and Josh Gad have also joined the cast. The project, which will be directed by Braff, is being produced by Stacey Sher and Michael Shamberg over at Double Fine Films.

Wish I Was Here sparked quite a bit of controversy when Zach Braff revealed that he was funding the movie through Kickstarter. Since the actor is associated with a hit television series and a handful of feature films, many thought Braff shouldn’t ask his fans to drop money in his virtual bucket.

The complainers became so vocal that the Garden State star decided to publicly address the situation. During a conversation with the folks behind the documentary KickStarted, Braff revealed why he decided to use Kickstarter to get his movie off the ground.

“This isn’t a money-making endeavor. Making a tiny art film is not where people go to to make money. This is a passion project,” the filmmaker said in defense of project.

Jennifer Lawrence shows off her blue skin in a new image from X-Men: Days of Future Past.

The Hunger Games star is all set to reprise her role as Mystique in director Bryan Singer’s upcoming superhero epic. Although the film isn’t slated to arrive in theaters until next year, the filmmaker has been giving fans plenty to fuss over in the meantime.

Like the other X-Men teases released by Singer, the director dropped the new image on Twitter. The picture, which you can find towards the bottom of this article, shows Jennifer Lawrence in full make-up and paint.

Earlier this month, Singer showed off a photo of Ellen Page as Kitty Pryde from the upcoming sequel. Other teases include Ice Man, Professor X, and, of course, Wolverine. All of these pictures can be found on the director’s Twitter page.

Lawrence is currently involved with two hit franchises at the moment. In addition to portraying Mystique in the latest batch of X-Men flicks, the young actress is the star of the wildly successful Hunger Games adaptation. Catching Fire, the next installment in the series, is expected to arrive later this year.

When she isn’t busy portraying mutants with superpowers of young girls who are forced to participate in violent games against other kids, Jennifer Lawrence can be found in a few movies with Bradley Cooper.

Lawrence and Cooper struck up a strong working relationship with the hit David O. Russell flick Silver Linings Playbook. The two later re-teamed for the upcoming drama Serena from director Susanne Bier. Cooper, Lawrence, and Russell are currently putting together historical thriller American Hustle with Christian Bale.

Sinbad is bankrupt yet again.

The comedian and actor claims that he owes upwards of $10 million dollars to a handful of creditors. Included among the people looking for a payout are the folks at the Internal Revenue Service. Sinbad apparently owes around $8.3 million to the United States government.

Sinbad, who was born David Adkins, reportedly filed for Chapter 13 bankruptcy last month. The documents explain that the comedian owes $32,199 to the Bank of America, $374,979 to American Express, and $2.3 million to the California Franchise Tax Board.

Although he owes quite a bit of money to several organizations and institutions, the comedian still has a few items in his possession. His $131,000 in assets reportedly include home office equipment and a small fleet of cars. Sinbad owns a 2007 BMW 750i, a 2006 VW Beetle, a 2010 Ford F150, and a 2010 Lincoln Navigator.

The Jingle all the Way star said he only makes around $16,000 per month at moment. Since what’s coming in doesn’t come close to what’s going out, Sinbad stated that he currently cannot afford to pay his bills. As such, his debt only continues to grow.

The $8.3 million IRS tax bill he is currently staring down stems from unpaid monies between the years of 1998 and 2006. Sinbad also admitted that he owes both federal and state taxes from 2009 until 2012.

Unfortunately for the comedian, this isn’t the first time he has filed for bankruptcy. The actor attempted to file court documents in 2009 to debt he owed at the time. However, his request was later denied after he failed to fill out the proper paperwork.

In addition to his stand-up career, Sinbad has appeared in a number of movies and television programs over the years. The comedian is probably best known for his roles in A Different World, First Kid, and Good Burger. He recently voiced Roper in the upcoming Disney flick Planes.

The makers of Nutella and their lawyers have effectively shut down a very popular fan site.

Since the company apparently doesn’t like fans to sing the foodstuff’s praises too loudly, Nutella fanatic Sara Rosso has been ordered to remove any and all items from her website containing the product’s name or logo.

As a result of the cease and desist letter, Russo has been forced to pull the plug on World Nutella Day. The event, which has been celebrated every February 5 since 2007, was a chance for fans from across the globe to share their love for the tasty treat.

Rosso quickly spread the news about the order she received from Ferrero on her website World Nutella Day. She explained that the letter was surprising since she has been in contact with several people from the company since the event’s inception six years ago.

The Nutella fan explained on her website:

“The cease-and-desist letter was a bit of a surprise and a disappointment, as over the years I’ve had contact and positive experiences with several employees of Ferrero, SpA., and with their public relations and brand strategy consultants, and I’ve always tried to collaborate and work together in the spirit and goodwill of a fan-run celebration of a spread I (to this day) still eat.”

Rosso added that she hopes that World Nutella Day will somehow manage to live in despite the order from Ferrero. Fans of the event quickly addressed the situation on Facebook and Twitter. Needless to say, none of them are happy with how the company is treating a website that’s essentially dedicated to promoting the product.

“This is some sad news. And I actually lost respect and love for Ferrero. You’ve nothing but promote Nutella. They should thank you and send you Nutella for a life time. And not send cease and desist letters,” one fan posted on Facebook.

Rosso told The Huffington Post that she put together the website and the event as a fan. Sara added that she has a full-time job and wasn’t looking to cash in on the product’s popularity.

“I would have been open to any kind of discussion. [It] didn’t have to be a legal document,” she told the website.

Just because Tim McGraw is getting older doesn’t mean he’s hanging up his guitar anytime soon.

The country music superstar, who just turned 46 years old on May 1, isn’t overly concerned about turning 50 in four years. In fact, McGraw seems completely indifferent to the impending birthday.

“I hear that it’s the best time of your life. So I’m getting prepared for my 50s,” the singer told Gayle King on CBS This Morning.

Although Tim McGraw is rapidly approaching 50, it doesn’t appear that his creative output is slowly down anytime soon. The country music icon released his latest album Two Lanes to Freedom earlier this year. According to McGraw, this is his best collection of songs thus far.

“I think so,” he replied when asked about the album. “I think I always feel that way. I look at every album as a progression from the last album.”

Two Lanes to Freedom includes duets with such notable artists at Taylor Swift and American Idol judge Keith Urban. McGraw told The Hollywood Reporter that he thinks Urban has done a fantastic job during his time on FOX’s struggling singing competition.

“I’ve known Keith forever so I just think he’s just one of the greatest, coolest guys in the business. I think he’s doing great. He’s way more diplomatic than I think I could ever be. He’s really a nice guy,” McGraw told the publication.

Of course, Keith Urban isn’t the only country music artist taking television by storm. Tim McGraw joined a number of acclaimed musicians for the CBS special “ACM Presents: Tim McGraw’s Superstar Summer Night. The program aired on the network last night (May 19). However, the singer said he didn’t really feel like a host.

“They really wanted to change the format of what the shows had been in the past. And if I was going to be involved, I certainly wanted it to be a different sort of format as well. It wasn’t going to be a tribute show but a full-on concert of great music, [showcasing] what’s going to be on tour this summer,” he explained to Zap2it.

A Brady Bunch reunion took place at an Ohio amusement park over the weekend.

It’s hard to believe that the famous Kings Island episode of the classic television sitcom is 40 years old. In order to mark the anniversary of their original trip to the park, several Brady Bunch cast members celebrated the occasion with a reunion in Ohio.

Barry Williams, Christopher Knight, and Susan Olsen — also known as Greg, Peter, and Cindy Brady — were in attendance at the Ohio-based amusement park on Sunday to partake in the festivities. The “Cincinnati Kids” episode of the sitcom originally hit the airwaves in 1973.

In addition to putting on a show for King’s Island guests, the Brady Bunch reunion also involved the actors meeting fans and signing autographs.

While Susan Olsen and Christopher Knight were quick to share anecdotes about being a Brady kid and living their life in the spotlight, it was Barry Williams who ultimately stole the show. You can find his strangely watchable parody of “The Real Slim Shady” embedded below.

Kim Williamson told the folks at the Cincinnati Enquirer that she traveled three hours from her home in West Virginia to meet Williams, Knight, and Olsen during the King’s Island Brady Bunch reunion. She even forked over $20 to pose for a photo with the stars.

The Kings Island episode of The Brady Bunch found the entire family taking a trip to the iconic park so Mike could present architectural plans for a new addition. Miguel accidentally kicked a female fan during his Billboard Music Awards performance on Sunday night.

The R&B singer was in the middle of singing his song “Adorn” when he decided to execute a bold maneuver on-stage. Unfortunately for one poor girl in attendance, Miguel’s jump kick ended with the crooner landing on her neck.

According to several reports, the singer wowed those in attendance with spins and jazz splits. The problem started when he decided to execute another crowd-pleasing move during the awards show. Miguel soon attempted to jump over the crowd to the other side of the stage. That’s when he accidentally struck two of his fans.

The young girl who was crushed beneath the crooner managed to escape the ordeal without any serious injuries. According to the New York Daily News, another fan was kicked in the head during the ill-fated jump.

Miguel later addressed the situation on Twitter. He admitted that he had gotten a little carried away with his performance at the Billboard Music Awards. It’s unlikely he’ll attempt something similar at any concerts going forward.

The Huffington Post reports that Billboard writer Erika Ramirez let everyone know that the injured fan was alive and well following the accident. The girl was reportedly taken backstage and given an ice pack. Judging from the girl’s comments, there’s apparently no love lost.

Gwyneth Paltrow recently revealed that her dad’s bout with cancer inspired her to get healthy.

The actress, who was named the World’s Most Beautiful Woman last month, is known for championing diets that promote better living. However, many of her fans may not realize it was her father’s health scare that made her decide to change the way she eats.

Paltrow recently discussed her dad’s cancer with the folks at Beach magazine. The Iron Man 3 star told the publication about her decision to pay closer attention to the food she puts in her body.

“I began to consider the effects of food when my father was diagnosed with throat cancer in 1998. I started to research anti-cancer diets in hopes that he would try to hit it from all angles,” the actress explained.

She continued, “It’s about being mindful about what you are putting in. Good whole foods are the way we have eaten for generations. It’s amazing how good you feel when you just cut out the processed stuff.”

Bruce Paltrow passed away due to complications from cancer and pneumonia in October of 2002. He was 58-years-old. Gwyneth soon started researching the effects certain foods can have on your system.

After deciding to ditch dairy and gluten from her diet, she later put together a cookbook entitled It’s All Good: Delicious, Easy Recipes That Will Make You Look Good and Feel Great. The actress and her family reportedly follow many of the guidelines listed in the tome.

“Every single nutritionist, doctor and health-conscious person I have ever come across … seems to concur that [gluten] is tough on the system and many of us are at best intolerant of it and at worst allergic to it,” the actress explained.

Drake was spotted shooting scenes for the upcoming comedy Anchorman 2 in New York City over the weekend.

The Canadian rapper sported an afro and era-appropriate apparel for the scenes he shot on Saturday afternoon. You can find a handful of photos of Drake as his character in the sequel embedded below.

The rapper isn’t the only musician who is expected to make a cameo in the long-awaited follow-up to director Adam McKay’s Anchorman. Kanye West was spotted wielding a hockey stick during the sequence he filmed in Atlanta last week. According to MTV News, Tina Fey, Jim Carrey, and Kirsten Dunst were also in attendance.

The cameo list for the sequel is actually quite impressive. In addition to Drake, Celebuzz claims Anchorman 2 will also feature quick appearances from Amy Poehler, Sacha Baron, John C. Reilly, Nicole Kidman, James Marsden, Kristen Wiig, Harrison Ford, Will Smith, and Liam Neeson. That’s a considerable amount of talent for one movie.

Drake was joined in New York City over the weekend by a number of the sequel’s stars. The New York Daily News managed to get their hands on several set photos featuring returning players Will Ferrell and Christina Applegate. Co-star Paul Rudd shot a few scenes in the Big Apple as well.

Although behind-the-scenes photos and cameo lists are starting to emerge, very little is still known about the actual plot of Anchorman 2. Adam McKay seems interested in keeping that information under lock and key for at least a little while longer.

“I can’t give it away because it’s more secret than the next ‘Star Wars.’ All I can say is that there are no Wookies in it. But it’s top-secret. You can’t give away the Brick jokes,” producer Judd Apatow told MTV News during an interview last year.

Sarah Hyland recently landed a part in the upcoming Vampire Academy flick.

The Modern Family star has been tapped to play the role of Natalie in The Weinstein Company’s Vampire Academy: Blood Sisters. The film is based on a series of books by author Richelle Mead.

Hyland’s character is the daughter of one of the school’s leaders. Usual Suspects album Gabriel Byrne will tackle the role of Victor, Natalie’s father.

Sarah Hyland is the latest addition to the cast of the Vampire Academy adaptation. Zoey Deutch, Lucy Fry, Danila Kozlovski, and Olga Kurylenko have already signed on for the project. Joely Richardson and Dominic Sherwood also joined the production not too long ago.

According to Deadline, Hyland and Byrne aren’t the only recent additions to the cast. Cameron Monaghan, Ashley Charles, and Claire Foy will also appear in the upcoming movie.

For those who don’t spend a lot of time reading young adult fiction, the Vampire Academy books tell the story of young girl who attends a school with her blood-sucking best friend. The school’s purpose is to help vampires retain some of their humanity before instinct completely consumes them.

Mean Girls and The Spiderwick Chronicles director Mark Waters will spearhead the project for TWC. Scripting duties on the project are being tackled by Mark’s brother Dan Waters. The film’s release date is currently set for February 14, 2014.

“In ‘Blood Sisters,’ Rose Hathaway develops a mental and spiritual bond with her BVFF (best vampire friend forever) Princess Lissa. The SyFy series Warehouse 13 is coming to an end after the fifth season.

The network recently announced that it was bringing the show back for another go-around. Unfortunately for fans of the program, the upcoming season will be the last.

Production on the final season of Warehouse 13 is expected to begin in Toronto this summer. The final six episodes should air on SyFy at some point during 2014.

“‘Warehouse 13′ has been an incredible signature series for us. We are grateful to the loyal and passionate fan base and know that Jack Kenny, his gifted creative team, and outstanding ensemble cast will give them an amazing finale season,” SyFy’s Mark Stern said in a recent statement.

The network is currently in the middle of airing the fourth season of Warehouse 13 right now. The finale is slated to air on SyFy later this summer.

Saul Rubinek, Eddie McClintock, Joanne Kelly, Allison Scagliotti, and Aaron Ashmore star in the popular drama. The series follows a group of agents who work at a top-secret warehouse in South Dakota that houses a host of strange, unusual, and supernatural relics. The heroes are charged with recovering lost items and retrieving new ones.

Since Warehouse 13 has a very loyal and dedicated following, a lot of fans are understandably disappointed that the series is getting canceled after next season. Many viewers shared their sadness with other fans on Twitter. A handful of their reactions have been included below.

Kelly Rowland is apparently very close to signing a deal with X Factor.

Rumors have been circulating that the singer and Destiny’s Child member was being courted for the singing competition. Although nothing official has been announced, the folks at Entertainment Weekly are reporting that Rowland’s involvement is pretty much a done deal.

The search for a pair of new judges began after both Britney Spears and L.A. Reid decided to bid farewell to The X Factor last season. Demi Lovato and Simon Cowell are both expected to return for another go-around.

As Kelly Rowland works out the finer details of her deal with folks at FOX, producers continue to search for someone to fill the other vacancy. Rumors suggest that singer and actress Paulina Rubio is being considered as a judge. Again, nothing about these reports has been confirmed or denied by FOX or producers as of this writing.

Last month, internet rumors suggested that Client List star Jennifer Love Hewitt was up for one of the positions on The X Factor. According to Us Weekly, Simon Cowell was reportedly interested in getting her to sign on for the show. Reba McEntire was also said to be in the running.

Cowell almost had to fill three vacancies on the competition after last season. Demi Lovato revealed earlier this month that she considered parting ways with the program since it was causing her a fair amount of stress.

“I didn’t want to lose because I’m that girl that’s so competitive with people, and I didn’t want to lose to Simon especially it being my first year on the ‘X Factor.’ Of course, I was out right away. I want to see new talent and I want to be a part of that journey again,” she explained.

A dead man recently woke up during his own funeral in Zimbabwe.

Brighton Dama Zanthe had been feeling extremely unwell when he reportedly died at his home. He was laid to rest inside a coffin as his family made funeral arrangements.

However, the dead man began waking up as family members made their way past the casket during his funeral. One person reportedly saw the 34-year-old man’s legs twitching and quickly alerted others. When relatives realized he was still alive, they summoned an ambulance to the scene.

“I was the first to notice Zanthe’s moving legs as I was in the queue to view his body. This shocked me. We called an ambulance immediately. It’s a miracle and people are still in disbelief,” Lot Gaka explained.

The dead man woke up shortly before his body was scheduled to be transported to a funeral parlor. He was soon taken to an area hospital where he was placed on life support. After two days of treatment and observation, doctors finally allowed Zanthe to return home.

The man explained that he doesn’t have any recollection of dying or coming back to life. He said he remembers waking up inside the hospital, but nothing else. Zanthe believes that he’s been given a second chance at life.

“Everything is history to me. What I can only confirm is that people gathered at my house to mourn but I was given another chance and I am alive. I feel okay now,” the former dead man said.

Although you’d think this sort of thing wouldn’t happen too often, The Inquisitr reported last year about a Brazilian man who showed up alive and well for his funeral. After hearing rumors that he had been killed, Gilberto Marcos decided to pay a visit to the ceremony. Several people reportedly fainted when he walked through the door.

In March of this year, a dead prostitute in Zimbabwe woke up shortly after being placed inside a casket. When one of her clients told authorities that she passed away during sex, they quickly loaded her body into a coffin. The woman soon woke up and accused everyone of trying to kill her.

Roadkill accessories are apparently all the rage in the fashion world.

A London artist and taxidermist is transforming dead animals in expensive items for the rich and famous to wear. If you’re thinking about picking up an accessory for yourself, then you might want to bring plenty of money. These pieces will easily set you back upwards of $700.

Reid Peppard is responsible for turning ordinary everyday roadkill into the sort of fashion accessories that people actually want to buy. Her collection includes pieces made from foxes, birds, mice, and whatever else happens to be on the road at the time.

The artist said she has used the dead animals to make everything from headbands to combs to purses. Her creations also include a fair amount of pricey jewelry.

Peppard explained that people tend to react positive to his accessories despite the fact that they were once roadkill. She also assures everyone that no animals were intentionally killed for his items. However, that doesn’t prevent some people from getting offended by the pieces.

“Of course, part of the problem with making artwork that is rather confrontational in its nature is that not everyone is a fan,” the artist explained.

She added, “Some people have a hard time getting their head around the fact that my work might be more ethically sound than the leather shoes they’re wearing.”

While some people might have problems with roadkill fashion accessories, Peppard has quite a few familiar faces among her clients. The artist’s fans include Ozzy Osbourne, Lady Gaga, and Jude Law.

Peppard has released three collections, each one with a separate theme. The designer has tackled vermin, park life, and pet themes in the past. Some of her creations include a bracelet made from squirrel tail, a coin purse fashioned from a dead rat, and hair combs that were once pigeon wings.

“Designed for both men and women, these pieces are anatomically precise artifacts, links to the scavengers, hoarders and predators that inspire my work,” she explained.

The Assassin’s Creed movie officially has a release date.

If the film doesn’t hit any major speed bumps during production, then the adaptation of Ubisoft’s successful series will land in theaters on May 22, 2015.

While nothing official has been released by 20th Century Fox as of this writing, a listing at Box office Mojo suggests the film is slated to arrive in the next few years.

Prometheus and X-Men: First Class star Michael Fassbender will tackle the lead role in the Assassin’s Creed movie. The actor will reportedly co-produce the movie through his company DMC Film. New Regency and Ubisoft Motion Pictures will also help bring the project to fruition.

New Regency president and CEO Brad Weston said last year that bringing the series to the big screen would be a challenge. Weston added that the company did everything in their power to secure rights to the franchise. He was particularly excited with Fassbender’s decision to sign on for the film.

Ubisoft Motion Pictures CEO Jean-Julien Baronnet was also quite excited about the prospect of an Assassin’s Creed movie.

“Bringing aboard New Regency’s renowned production and distribution expertise while maintaining our own creative and financial flexibility ensures that ‘Assassin’s Creed’ will be a high-quality film that respects the lore and fans of the video game franchise,” Baronnet added.

According to the folks at MovieWeb, the adaptation will tell the story of a man who discovers that his ancestors were highly-trained assassins. He is forced to travel back through time to collect a handful of artifacts after he is kidnapped by an organization with ties to the Knights Templar.

Although the movie has been scheduled for May of 2015, anything can happen between now and then. One look at the proposed Bioshock movie proves that these projects can fall apart at the drop of a hat.

‘Assassin’s Creed’ Movie Headed To Theaters In 2015 is a post from: The Inquisitr

Red 3 is already in the works over at Summit Entertainment.

It doesn’t really matter that the sequel to the 2010 Bruce Willis action flick hasn’t hit theaters yet. Producers of the franchise are so sure the movie will make a mint at the box office that they’re already hard at work on the third installment.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, sibling writers Jon and Erich Hoeber are already putting together a script for Red 3. The second sequel will be produced by Lorenzo Di Bonaventura and Mark Vahradian.

Although the next entry in the action-packed series is already in the works, apparently producers have yet to strike any deals with the actors. However, there’s a very strong possibility that Bruce Willis will return for another go-around.

Strong test results for Red 2 prompted Summit Entertainment to move forward with the project. Unless the film flops like a dead fish at the box office this summer, production on Red 3 could begin as early as next January.

Based on the comic books by Warren Ellis and Cully Hamner, the 2010 adaptation proved to be quite popular with moviegoers. By the time the flick left theaters, it had amassed $199 million worldwide. On a budget of $58 million, that’s actually not too shabby.

Red 2 is expected to arrive in theaters across North America on July 19. In addition to Bruce Willis, director Dean Parisot’s sequel stars John Malkovich, Mary-Louise Parker, Helen Mirren, Catherine Zeta-Jones, and Anthony Hopkins.

The film is officially described as follows:

“Retired black-ops CIA agent Frank Moses reunites his unlikely team of elite operatives for a global quest to track down a missing portable nuclear device. Emma Watson might be a fine actress, but she claims her skills on the stripper pole leave much to be desired.

During a memorable scene in writer-director Sofia Coppola’s The Bling Ring, the Harry Potter alum puts her stripper pole abilities on full display. Unfortunately for those hoping to catch a peek at the actress in the buff, she performs the routine with her clothes on.

While promoting the film at the Cannes Film Festival, Emma Watson took a moment to address her skills on the pole. If you think she did a good job, then you might want to try your hand at convincing Watson.

“If you watched the film, I’m hardly a pro pole dancer. I actually look pretty bad doing it,” the actress explained at one point during the festival.

Watson said she did a lot of preparation for her role in The Bling Ring. In addition to getting some tips for her stripper pole sequence, the Perks of Being a Wallflower star said she watched a lot of reality television to better understand her real-life character.

“I watched a lot of the Kardashians, I watched a lot of Paris Hilton, I watched a lot of ‘The Hills,’” the actress said during a recent interview.

She continued, “It would be very easy for Nicki to feel like a parody, not real, and somehow I had to understand and empathize with her and that was really my biggest challenge, second to getting the accent down — it’s a very specific dialect.”

The Bling Ring, which is slated to arrive on June 14, isn’t the only movie fans can catch Watson in this summer. The busy actress will also make an appearance in directors Evan Goldberg and Seth Rogen’s apocalyptic comedy This is the End. The film will arrive in theaters on June 12.

A Taiwanese man reportedly cut off his own penis during a fight with his girlfriend.

The intoxicated man was apparently so angry with the woman that he took a pair of his scissors to his genitalia. Quite a bit of his penis was removed during the incident.

According to Rocket News 24, the problem began when the man decided to drink continuously throughout the day. When his girlfriend started complaining about the amount of alcohol he was consuming, a pretty nasty argument quickly erupted.

Unfortunately for all involved, the situation didn’t end once his penis was removed. The man reportedly rushed into the bathroom, tossed it into the toilet, and flushed the penis away.

By the time the man’s girlfriend could get him to a hospital, he had slipped into a coma. Doctors said the drunk man lost a lot of blood when he cut off his penis with the scissors.

Although he was unconscious for quite a while after arriving at the hospital for treatment, he later emerged from the coma. Doctors expect him to make a full recovery.

The Huffington Post reports that the man still has around an inch-and-a-half of his penis remaining. Although he can still urinate, doctors believe the situation could have been corrected had he not flushed the it down the toilet. Surgeons said they may have been able to reattach what the intoxicated man had removed.

As strange as it may sound, autopeotomy isn’t as uncommon as many may believe. The Inquisitr reported last summer about a man who used an X-Acto knife to slice off his penis. The severed member was later recovered so doctors could attempt to reattach it with surgery.

In March of 2013, a Malaysian man allegedly cut off his father’s penis before doing the same thing to himself. The 40-year-old man was reportedly under the influence of religious practices he stumbled across on the internet.

Miley Cyrus has been swatted once again.

Los Angeles police were alerted to a serious situation unfolding at the singer’s home on Friday evening. Officers quickly responded to the call, though they found nothing at the residence when they arrived.

According to reports, Miley Cyrus wasn’t home when she was swatted for the second time.

This isn’t the first time a prankster has summoned authorities to the young star’s Los Angeles home. In August of 2012, Cyrus joined the ranks celebrities who fallen prey to the dangerous joke.

The police response to last year’s incident was much more intense. In addition to a squadron of few heavily-armed officers, authorities called a police helicopter to the scene of the supposed crime. Cyrus was also away from home when the swatting occurred last August.

Los Angeles Police Department Commander Andrew Smith said last year that someone is bound to get seriously injured during one of these pranks.

“If these things continue, it’s only a matter of time before a tragedy occurs. We’ve got talented detectives who are committed to catching people who put other people’s lives at risk with these dangerous pranks,” he explained.

Although officers arrested a juvenile in connection with several swatting cases late last year, it would appear that a few culprits are still at-large. The teenager picked up in December was allegedly responsible for making prank calls to both Justin Bieber and Ashton Kutcher.

The people behind these prank calls have been extremely busy in 2013. In addition to Miley Cyrus, this year’s list of victims include Magic Johnson, Selena Gomez, Paris Hilton, Ryan Seacrest, Russell Brand, Justin Timberlake, and Khloe Kardashian.

Earlier this month, Anderson Cooper’s name was added to the long list of celebrities who have been swatted. Police were summoned to the CNN anchor’s home in Quoigue, New York after someone reported a shooting at the residence. Although police thoroughly searched the area, no suspects or victims were found. Cooper wasn’t home at the time.

Not to be outdone by the likes of Farrah Abraham, the young wife of Lost star Doug Hutchison, recently revealed that she has her own sex tape secretly hidden away.

Unfortunately for fans of the 18-year-old Girls & Corpses model, the footage may never see the light of day. The teenager revealed that she doesn’t plan to release the sex tape at any point in the foreseeable future.

Since Courtney isn’t one to shy away from sharing a little too much information, she also stated that the tape features her and her alone. Stodden added that she didn’t want to inspire anyone’s naughty imaginations.

“Hackers, don’t even go there cause you’ll find nothing,” she told a handful of people at a fashion event in Los Angeles on Thursday. “I don’t want to put any images in people’s mind; I’m gonna leave it up to you guys to think what you want.”

Courtney Stodden was also quick to address any questions regarding when the sex tape was filmed. She explained that she just turned 18 last August, and that curious parities should do the required math.

To summarize: The young wife of the creepy guy in Lost has a sex tape but you’re not going to see it anytime soon. Of course, this could change if someone comes along with the right amount of cash. After all, what’s the point of telling everyone you have a sex tape if you don’t want anybody to see it?

Star Trek Into Darkness is poised for a pretty strong weekend.

The long-awaited sequel to director J.J. Abrams’ acclaimed reboot seems to have fared extremely well with moviegoers. The film earned around $22 million on Friday alone. Analysts predict the film could go on to make approximately $83 million over the weekend.

While the estimated weekend total might seem impressive, it’s actually not much higher than Abrams’ 2009 effort. Star Trek would make $79.2 million during its first three days in theaters. According to Cinema Blend, the sci-fi flick ultimately made $257 million during its theatrical run in North America.

In addition to earning quite a bit of cash in the US, Star Trek Into Darkness is expected to generate even more business overseas. The Hollywood Reporter estimates that the sequel will likely bring home around $35 million this weekend from overseas markets. Russia is expected to lead the pack for around $9 million.

Despite the strong opening, the film probably won’t match the opening weekend total of director and co-writer Shane Black’s Iron Man 3. The flick, which recently crossed the $1 billion mark worldwide, made a huge splash at the box office with $175 million.

Black’s sequel continued to do strong business on Friday. The film landed in second place with around $9.5 million. This brings its domestic total to $311.4 million. The third installment of Marvel’s acclaimed franchise shattered the numbers generated by its predecessor; Iron Man 2 would eventually stall out at $623 million worldwide.

As the summer movie season heats up, it will be interesting to see which titles manage to rise to the top as one big-budget flick after another is rolled into theaters. Although Star Trek Into Darkness will likely emerge victorious this weekend, it will have to contend with the hotly-anticipated Fast and Furious 6 next weekend.

Crazy ants are becoming a serious problem in the southern part of the United States.

Researchers at the University of Texas believe this species could eventually upset the ecological balance in the region. The South American ants, known officially as “Tawny crazy ants,” are capable of wiping out entire colonies of fire ants.

Ed LeBrun, a research associate for the College of Natural Sciences, believes the biggest problem crazy ants pose is the displacement of the fire ants. LeBrun said the entire ecosystem change after the arrival of the fire ants. Problems could arise if the species is wiped out of the area.

“Things that can’t tolerate fire ants are gone. Many that can have flourished. New things have come in. Now we are going to go through and whack the fire ants and put something in its place that has a very different biology. There are going to be a lot of changes that come from that,” he explained.

Crazy ants are classified as omnivores. Whatever the insects fail to kill generally tend to starve to death. In some areas where crazy ants have already set up shop, the fire ants are practically non-existent.

“Fire ants are in many ways very polite. They live in your yard. They form mounds and stay there, and they only interact with you if you step on their mound,” LeBrun explained.

Crazy ants, which get their name from their quick and random movements, go wherever they please. They tend to nest in walls, house plants, or crawl spaces. They’re also fond of infesting whatever objects you might have lying around your yard. While they don’t sting like fire ants, getting rid of these pesky invaders can be a very expensive process.

Researchers believe it will take time for the crazy ants to completely take over. Since they don’t spread like fire ants, these pests can be contained. LeBrun said it’s very important that people do not accidentally transport the ants to another location.

Gwyneth Paltrow has backtracked on some remarks she made about the Met Gala event.

The Iron Man 3 star attended the annual affair earlier this month. Although most of the attendees had a blast, Paltrow wasn’t overly impressed with the shindig.

“Do you want me to be honest? It sucked. It seems like the best thing in the world. You always think this is going to be so glamorous and amazing and you’ll see all these people. But you get there, it’s so hot, it’s so crowded, everyone is pushing you. This year it was so intense, it wasn’t fun,” the actress explained following the event.

She added, “I’m never going again. It was so un-fun. It was boiling. It was too crowded. I did not enjoy it at all. I think we’re all a bit too old to dress up punk.”

Despite the negative remarks Gwyneth Paltrow made shortly after the Met Gala, it would appear that she has since experienced a change of heart. In her recent Goop newsletter, the actress couldn’t say enough good things about Anna Wintour’s party.

“The Met Ball, at NYC’s Metropolitan Museum of Art, is always the year’s most elaborate display of incredible fashion and this year was no different,” Paltrow wrote. “The theme was ‘Punk: Chaos to Couture’ and when the house of Valentino’s Pierpaolo Piccioli and Maria Grazia Chiuri asked me to join them, I was thrilled to see what they would create with my right fashion hand, Elizabeth Saltzman.”

The praise didn’t end there. While Gwyneth originally felt everyone was too old to dress in punk-inspired clothes, she seemed to have no problem getting “inspired” around the Goop office. In fact, she even contacted a designer about how to incorporate the look into her wardrobe.

“We asked one of my absolute favorite Web sites, the most excellently curated SSENSE, to show us how we could work it into our spring/summer wardrobes,” the actress wrote.

Symantec Security Response discovered at least one site that claims to host a clip of Rita Ora’s wardrobe malfunction. However, it’s sole purpose is to separate you from your personal information.

Disguised as a “social plug-in,” unsuspecting Facebook users are tricked into entering a plethora of information about their account. Once these details have been received, the individual is taken to a site featuring the malfunction in all its glory.

By the time the users reach the video, the phishers have already made off with their personal information.

“This phishing attack prompts users to enter their social media login details. The pop-up window looks convincing and it’s hard to distinguish from a genuine page. It goes to show cybercriminals are becoming more sophisticated and we should all continue to be vigilant when online,” Symantec blogger Mathew Maniyara explained.

Phisher often use celebrities as the centerpiece of their scams. Since images and video are in very high demand, this gives criminals an opportunity to take advantage of those who aren’t paying attention to where their browser is headed.

Last September, Harry Potter star Emma Watson was declared the most dangerous celebrity on the internet. People looking for nude photos of the actress were likely to find themselves on a website filled with all sorts of malicious content.

McAfee stated that scammers follow the latest trends in an effort to lure people onto a phishing site. While the website may offer the desired content, people are often tricked into handing over personal information in order to view it.

“Anyone looking for the latest videos or files to download could end up with a malware-ridden computer along with the trendy content,” the company wrote.

In other words, be careful where you go to watch the Rita Ora wardrobe malfunction. If the site asks you for personal information, it’s probably a good idea to back away.

A recent report by the CDC revealed that poop is extremely prevalent in public pools.

The Centers for Disease Control conducted a test of indoor and outdoor pools during the summer of 2012. The data tells a very dirty tale: 58 percent of the tested locations came back positive for E. coli. This bacteria is commonly found in human waste.

How does this much poop find its way into public pools? The CDC theorizes that feces finds its way into the water from people who have not properly cleaned themselves before going for a swim. The tests show that people “frequently” introduce fecal matter into public pools.

No matter how much you wipe after using the bathroom, the average person has approximately 0.14 grams of feces in their perianal area. This can ultimately find its way into the water while swimming. The CDC suggests grabbing a shower if you plan to pay a visit to a public pool this summer.

However, some of the poop is introduced by people who defecate in the pools. Officials believe that parents should give their kids a bathroom break every 30 minutes. Diapers, which should be checked every 30 to 60 minutes, are to be changed in designated areas.

Michele Hlavsa, chief of the Healthy Swimming Program for the CDC, offered up some common sense tips for adults as well. Sine chlorine doesn’t kill germs instantly, swimmers should definitely shower before taking a dip. Hlavsa also advised those suffering from diarrhea to steer clear of public pools.

As scary as this may sound, other countries are also struggling to control the level of urine and feces that are introduced into public pools. According to Rocket News 24, taking a swim in Chinese public pools could be extremely hazardous to your health.

In 2008, one man died and approximately 3,000 were poisoned when they swallowed water containing high volumes of human waste. China’s Health Ministry revealed in 2011 that roughly 10 percent of its public pools contained extremely unsafe levels of urine. Judging from the pictures at Amusing Planet, overcrowding may play a hand in the contamination.

Amber Heard and Zac Efron are set to star in the upcoming thriller Autobahn.

The film is being spearheaded by Welcome to the Punch director Eran Creevy. The filmmaker co-wrote the script with The Numbers Station scribe F. Scott Frazier.

According to The Wrap, Zac Efron stars as an American backpacker who makes the mistake of getting involved with a Turkish gang. After a deal goes horribly wrong, the tourist find himself on the run. Amber Heard is slated to star as the hero’s girlfriend in the film.

Since Efron will play a driver for a gang of drug dealers in the flick, one should expect plenty of high-speed chases on Germany’s Autobahn. IM Global is financing Autobahn, which should begin shooting in the country at some point this fall.

The Hollywood Reporter explains that producers are hoping to sell the project to a distributor at this year’s Cannes Film Market. The movie is said to be in the same vein as the Nicolas Cage thriller Gone in 60 Seconds and Denzel Washington’s Unstoppable.

While filming on the project is expected to begin later this year, it’s currently unknown when the film will arrive in theaters. A release date has not been announced as of this writing.

Amber Heard can be seen next in director Robert Luketic’s Paranoia. An adaptation of author Joseph Finder’s novel, the film tells the store of an entry-level employee who is asked to spy on his boss’ old mentor. Harrison Ford, Liam Hemsworth, and Richard Dreyfuss co-star.

Heard can also be found in Robert Rodriguez’s upcoming action flick Machete Kills. The actress will appear alongside Danny Trejo, Jessica Alba, and Charlie Sheen, among many others. The movie opens in theaters across North America on September 13.

The rumor seems to have originated from an article at the Daily Mail. According to the site, sources have suggested that Christopher Nolan is currently working out a deal with producers Barbara Broccoli and Michael G .Wilson. Again, nothing official on the matter has been released as of this writing.

The Batman Begins director currently has his hands full with the upcoming sci-fi flick Interstellar. The film, which reunites Nolan with Anne Hathaway and Michael Caine, is expected to arrive in theaters next year. This could ultimately pose a scheduling conflict with Bond 24.

According to Cinema Blend, producers are looking to get another Bond flick off the ground and into theaters within the next three years. Since Nolan is currently in pre-production on Interstellar, this would essentially mean the director would be performing double duties to get the projects in cinemas.

Given how well Skyfall performed at the box office last year, it’s not surprising that the studio is eager to get another movie onto the big screen as soon as possible. The 23rd installment of the franchise would go on to make an impressive $1.1 billion worldwide.

Producers were originally hoping Sam Mendes would return for another go-around. However, the director revealed that working on the Bond flick took a toll on him, both physically and emotionally. He added that he currently has no plans to return to the series anytime soon.

“Was I willing to go back into a room with a writer and start work on the same set of characters and the same scenarios as I’ve been working on for the last three years? The idea made me physically ill,” the filmmaker explained.

Sources close to the mogul and his wife told TMZ that the house in question is being held in trust for the couple. Hefner reportedly purchased the place so Harris would have somewhere to live when he passes away.

Harris runs the risk of being booted from the location when her husband dies. To make sure she has a place to live, Hefner bought his wife a $5 million Hollywood Hills home.

Crystal Harris will certainly have plenty of space to move around inside her new house. According to the Daily Mail, the mansion has a total of four bedrooms and five bathrooms. To sweeten the deal, the house also comes equipped with a movie theater, a game room, and a spa. She’ll also have access to an infinity pool.

Hefner and Harris’ new mansion is also said to be minutes away from the Sunset Strip. When the urge to splurge a ridiculous amount of money strikes, she won’t have to travel very var to find shops and boutiques.

Hugh and Crystal tied the proverbial knot on New Year’s Eve. The event took place nearly 18 months after they decided to end their relationship. This marks the third marriage for Hefner and the first for Harris.

The former Wonder Years star revealed that she breastfed her son Draco until he was two-and-a-half years old. McKellar described her decision to stop breastfeeding her son a “big transition.”

She added, “That was just, like, a few weeks ago that we stopped. I just sensed that it was time that he needed to be a little more independent.”

Like many mothers who are champions of attachment parenting, McKellar said she often felt people were judging her. The actress explained that older patrons at restaurants would sometimes shoot her troubled looks, though she tried not to let them get to her.

The actress also stated that she doesn’t listen what folks have to say about how she chooses to raise her son. Despite these criticisms, Danica McKellar feels that she is doing the right thing.

“Cuddling, being close, you know, sleeping in the same bed sometimes, wearing him in a sling, long-term breastfeeding, all have to have this closeness. On the other hand, doing everything your child wants you to do right when they want you to do it is another thing. Spoiling them is completely different,” she explained to ABC News.

The Tasmanian Devils star believes that every parent should determine what works best for them. When it comes to how long a mother should breastfeed her child, McKellar feels that it’s up to the parent to take cues from the child.

“[Draco] still asks for it sometimes, but he’s ready to be independent. He asks, but only in the morning when he’s still half asleep. He doesn’t ask during the day at all. It’s like an automatic response, but then he starts playing and forgets,” she told Us Weekly.

“You can breastfeed as long as it works for both you and your child, you know? For me it was two and a half and for you it might be three and a half or three months or whatever it is that works,” she said.

McKellar isn’t the only Hollywood actress who is a champion of attachment parenting. Big Bang Theory and Blossom star Mayim Bialik and singer Alanis Morissette also subscribe to this controversial philosophy.

Soap actor Dylan Patton was recently charged with selling cocaine.

Patton, whose TV credits include Days of Our Lives and an episode of That’s So Raven, was allegedly selling the drug out of his home in Agoura Hills. He was later arrested for the crime.

Authorities told TMZ that an undercover officer caught Patton in the act not too long ago. He was taken into custody on Tuesday (May 14) for peddling the substance. The soap actor was later charged with felony possession of cocaine with the intent to sell.

Although it’s being reported that Sheriff’s deputies found the illegal substance inside his residence, it’s unclear just how much they confiscated during the search.

A spokeswoman for Los Angeles County prosecutors said Dylan Patton was charged with the crime on Thursday. He is reportedly still in jail as of this writing. The actor’s bail was set at $30,000.

If the soap actor is convicted of selling cocaine out of his home, then he could face up to nine years in prison. It’s currently unknown if he has managed to obtain legal representation.

Dylan Patton is best known for his portrayal of Will Horton on the soap opera Days of Our Lives. The actor appeared on the long-running daytime drama from February of 2009 until January of 2010. During his time on the show, Patton worked on nearly 100 episodes.

Prior to landing the role on Days of Our Lives, Patton appeared in a number of low-budget motion pictures. The actor’s credits include director Lorraine Senna’s Paradise, Texas, the family drama Sheeba with Edward Asner, and the 2009 action thriller First Strike.

Two years after his appearance on That’s So Raven, Patton landed a one-off role in the crime drama Cold Case. He would find his way onto Days of Our Lives two years later.

The troubled Wonder Woman TV show is still in development at the CW.

The series, entitled Amazon, has had a very tough time making it to the small screen. However, the CW is apparently still trying to get the show off the ground.

Although the pilot didn’t go to series back in January, CW President Mark Pedowitz has assured fans that the network is still committed to producing a quality Wonder Woman drama.

“Oh God yes. It’s being redeveloped. We don’t want to produce something that doesn’t do the franchise justice. It’s the trickiest of all the DC characters,” he explained to Entertainment Weekly.

Pedowitz explained that all of the elements for a proper Wonder Woman drama were in the pilot recently presented to the CW. However, the network president didn’t feel that the execution wasn’t up to par. As a result, the show is headed back to the proverbial drawing board.

The CW has enjoyed plenty of success with the superhero-themed drama Arrow. Pedowitz is no doubt hoping the network’s Wonder Woman project will strike the same chord with viewers when and if it finally makes it debut. No word yet when Amazon might premiere.

Although the Wonder Woman TV show starring Lynda Carter was wildly successful during the 70s, the character has experienced some serious setbacks in recent years.

Before the CW got involved with the project, Ally McBeal creator David E. Kelley tried his hand at an adaptation. Although the series made process, the plug was pulled before it ever found its way onto television.

Kelley told The Hollywood Reporter last January that Wonder Woman is still “viable” for audiences. However, he did admit to making a few mistakes with his own attempt.

“My only regret is we were never given a chance to correct them. We had a lot that was right about it and a great cast. In time, we could have fixed what we had done wrong, we just didn’t get that chance,” he explained.

Cartersville, GA – A man allegedly burned down his neighbor’s house over a messy lawn.

Authorities believe that 58-year-old Phillip Roger Bennett was so enraged by the sight of his neighbor’s tall grass that he set the house ablaze. He later turned himself over to police in North Carolina.

Bennett and neighbor Marty Corbitt have just recently butted heads over the state of the man’s yard. While there have been no incidents between the neighbors since Corbitt moved in four years ago, all of that changed when he started receiving complaints about the grass.

The neighbors, who live across the street from one another, also came to blows. Corbitt said Bennett previously slapped him across the face before telling him to mow his yard. Bennett allegedly burned down his neighbor’s house before he had a chance to cut his lawn.

Police said Corbitt was inside his home with his children when Bennett started kicking his door. Frightened that his neighbor might try something violent, the father locked the door and refused to come outside. Bennett later returned while his neighbor was calling 911.

Corbitt explained to 9News:

“Walks up to my kitchen door again, takes a gas can, smashes it against the glass, breaks the first pane. Then he turns around and grabs a brick, throws it through the window. And then he grabs a gas can and starts pouring it into the kitchen. And as he’s pouring he takes his lighter and lights it. And flames were everywhere. I ran back to my little girl’s room, grabbed her, ran out the back door over to my neighbor’s and watched the house burn.”

Corbitt said he lost everything in the fire. Unfortunatley, Bennett escaped before police arrived on the scene. He would eventually turn up in Murphy, North Carolina. Authorities said he would be transported back to Georgia as soon as possible.

Iron Man 3 is dangerously close to crossing the $1 billion threshold. Somewhere in Hollywood, a lot of celebrating is taking place.

It’s no secret that director and co-writer Shane Black’s sequel has been a hit at the box office. The movie has made a considerable amount of money since debuting in North American theaters on May 6. Given it’s performance last weekend, it still stands to earn quite a bit more.

According to the numbers posted at Box Office Mojo, Iron Man 3 has made approximately $294 million as of May 14. The sequel has also fared extremely well overseas; Black’s follow-up has amassed a whopping $685 in receipts. That puts its worldwide total at around $980 million.

Many analysts believed that Iron Man 3 would hit the $1 billion mark today (May 16).

The third entry in the franchise has enjoyed a bit more success than Iron Man 2. Director Jon Favreau’s sequel received a lukewarm reception from fans and critics alike. By the time it left theaters in the US, the film had made around $312 million. Worldwide, the flick stalled at $623 million.

The success of Iron Man 3 suggests that moviegoers haven’t tired of the superhero genre just yet. This is definitely a very good thing, especially considering how many other like-minded flicks are currently on-deck. Marvel has a few projects in the works, including The Avengers 2 and Guardians of the Galaxy.

A number of action movies have crossed the $1 billion mark over the past few years. The list includes a pair of Pirates of the Caribbean movies, two films about Hobbits, and a recent James Bond adventure. Director Christopher Nolan’s The Dark Knight and The Dark Knight Rises also hit the milestone.

Chuck E. Cheese continues to allow gambling machines in its Florida-based restaurants despite new legislation.

A law passed last month effectively pulled the plug on gambling machines in establishments all across the state. Many businesses were forced to permanently close up shop as a result. Continuing to operate would have resulted in hefty fines and penalties.

However, restaurants such as Chuck E. Cheese and David & Buster’s continue to allow kids and adults to try their luck at a number of gambling machines. Many Florida business owners don’t understand why these companies are allowed to skirt the law.

The Miami Herald reports that Jennifer Morejon was ordered to dismantle around 100 machines in her arcade for the elderly after the law was passed. Since Chuck E. Cheese and other restaurants continue to allow gambling machines, she feels authorities are simply discriminating against certain types of businesses.

“How can the machines be bad for my customers, who are adults spending their own money, but not for kids? This is something you expect in a country like Cuba, not the United States,” she explained.

While some businesses have been forced to close their doors, entertainment-based restaurants continue to operate these machines without punishment. Hialeah Mayor Carlos Hernandez explained that he wasn’t interested in arresting Chuck E. Cheese in front of a group of children.

“If the governor and the Legislature want that, they can come and do it themselves,” he added.

Dave & Buster’s marketing vice president April Spearman believes the new legislation doesn’t include “restaurant and entertainment companies.” However, she added that the company was willing to work with law enforcement officials in an effort to “understand the new law and ensure we are in full compliance.”

It’s currently unclear what actions Florida officials intend to take against these companies.

Nicki Minaj is reportedly leaving American Idol after only one season.

The rapper has received mixed reviews for her performance on the long-running singing competition. Many fans of the show haven’t responded well to her brand of judging, which may explain why ratings have been the lowest in American Idol history.

While it initially appeared that the drama between Mariah Carey and Nicki Minaj would help bring viewers back into the fold, it seemed to have the opposite effect once the season was underway. Now it would seem the controversial musician is preparing to leave the program behind.

“It’s safe to say she isn’t coming back to ‘Idol.’ She’s OK with it. She had a great time but was only going to do one season anyway,” an insider reportedly told Us Weekly.

Although reports about her departure are currently making the rounds on a number of websites, nothing official about Nicki Minaj vacating American Idol has been addressed as of this writing.

According to the New York Daily News, there’s a strong possibility that all four judges might be gone after this season. Randy Jackson has already announced his retirement from the program, but it’s still unclear if Mariah Carey and Keith Urban will return for another season.

Rumors also suggest that the competition will feature only three judges when it returns to the small screen. Apparently four opinions is simply one too many.

The first trailer for Riddick starring Vin Diesel has finally arrived online.

Judging from the clip you see embedded below, it would appear that director David Twohy is returning to the formula that made his 2000 effort Pitch Black so memorable.

Although audiences were treated to a character-driven storyline for 2004′s The Chronicles of Riddick, the third entry in the franchise is much more interested in serving up a plethora of monsters and mayhem. As a result, the sequel looks much stronger than Chronicles.

Vin Diesel stars as Riddick, a one-man killing machine who is left for dead in the middle of nowhere on a sun-scorched planet. In an effort to escape the barren wasteland, Riddick activates a beacon which ultimately brings a team of bounty hunters to his neck of the galaxy.

Instead of helping him get off the planet, the hunters are interested in cutting off his head and cashing in the bounty. They quickly discover that capturing Riddick isn’t as easy as it sounds on paper. To make matters worse, they are soon surrounded by an army of monsters that work under the cover of night. Fortunately for the hunters, Riddick can see in the dark.

Vin Disel previously posted images and a quick teaser for Riddick on his Facebook page. The busy actor has also used the site to promote the highly-anticipated action flick Fast and Furious 6. The movie is expected to arrive in theaters later this month.

Fans of David Twohy’s Riddick franchise will have to wait a little longer for the third installment to arrive in cinemas. The movie is slated to hit screens until September 6. In addition to Diesel, the film stars Karl Urban, Jordi Molla, Matt Nable, Katee Sackhoff, Bokeem Woodbine, Dave Bautista, Conrad Pla, Raoul Trujillo, Nolan Funk, and Keri Hilson.

Jessica Alba really loves Street Fighter.

Taking a cue from Japanese schoolgirls, the busy mom and actress has posted several pictures on Instagram that were inspired by the classic video game.

In the photos, Jessica Alba can be seen performing Ryu’s special “Hadouken” attack with varying degrees of success. Although the most recent photos aren’t quite as impressive as her previous efforts, it’s kind of cool to see the Machete star sharing the Street Fighter love with her followers.

While Alba has posted several “Hadouken” attempts over the past few weeks, the one shared in April with husband Cash Warren is probably the most successful. The actress appears to be flying backwards as her spouse performs Ryu’s iconic move. The shot was snapped by professional photographer Justin Coit.

The Sin City alum’s most recent attempts were posted earlier this week on Instagram. Although the pictures are amusing in their own right, the one featuring Alba and Warren is easily her best effort thus far. You can check out all of her pictures by visiting her official page.

The Street Fighter-inspired pictures seemed to originate with schoolgirls in Japan. It didn’t take long for people to post copycat images, many of which have become viral sensations over the past few months.

However, these “Hadouken” photos soon transitioned from anime to sci-fi. Shortly after the pictures started making the rounds online, clever photographers began using Darth Vader’s famous choke hold as inspiration for their own viral images. When Jessica Alba isn’t posting countless pics on Instagram, she still finds time to make some movies. The actress will soon start promoting Robert Rodriguez’s Machine Kills and Sin City: A Girl to Kill For. Both flicks are slated to arrive in theaters later this year.

Chris Evans is yet another possible candidate for the lead role in the Fifty Shades of Grey movie.

Don’t get your hopes up that the Captain America star will sign on for the role of Christian Grey just yet. It’s worth noting that just about every actor under the sun has been attached to this movie since its announcement. Nothing official about his possible involvement has been revealed as of this writing.

However, this hasn’t stopped several websites and publications from reporting about his participation with the project. Most of the reports seem to be based around fan speculation stemming from a character sketch that surfaced in 2012.

The International Business Times reports that fans first started pushing for Chris Evans as the lead in Fifty Shades of Grey after catching him shirtless in Captain America. Apparently message boards and fan sites have been hot and heavy over the actor ever since.

The folks at Fashion & Style also make reference to the sketch of Christian Grey that was making the rounds last year. Since many fans thought he favored the Avengers star, many began wondering if Chris Evans was in the running for the role.

“That jawline and hair are totally spot-on to the rendering above. He would definitely have to work on that whole deviant-dude tip, though,” Hollywood.com said of the sketch.

Of course, Chris Evans isn’t the only actor whose name has been mentioned for the role of Christian Grey. Ian Somerhalder and Jake Gyllenhaal are just a few of the actors who have reportedly been attached to the project at one point or another.

Earlier this year, director Gus Van Sant put together a test reel in a bid to land directing duties on the adaptation. The filmmaker cast Magic Mike star Alex Pettyfer in the role of Christian Grey. However, Universal still hasn’t released anything official about the movie’s stars as of this writing.

Although Chris Evans is rumored to be on the list for Fifty Shades of Grey, it’s probably only a matter of time before the actor debunks these reports with an official statement.

Ol’ Dirty Bastard and Eazy-E are slated to appear as holograms at an upcoming rap festival.

The organizers behind Rock the Bells announced on Wednesday that Russell Jones and Eric Wright, also known as ODB and Eazy-E, are scheduled to perform this fall.

Guerilla Union founder Chang Weisberg explained that Ol’ Dirty Bastard will virtually reunite with other members of the Wu-Tang Clan during the Rock the Bell tour. Easy-E, meanwhile, will perform alongside Bone Thugs-N-Harmony. According to BET, the holograms have been approved by the rappers’ respective families.

Weisberg added that Tupac’s hologram served as the inspiration for ODB and Eazy-E’s appearance at Rock the Bells. Like many who attended the Coachella festival in 2012, Weisberg said he was “entranced” by how realistic the rapper’s hologram appeared during the performance.

Cherry Jones, Ol’ Dirty Bastard’s mom, said she recently saw the hologram of her son for the very first time. She told Rolling Stone that it was “wonderful” to stand beside her son once again.

“I don’t know how I’m going to react — they’ll have to carry me off, but I think it’s amazing. I want to sing with it,” she told the publication. “Dirty was a great artist onstage. This is going to be something else, because he was really great onstage. I just want to see the look on his sister and brother’s face, his children, grandchildren.”

Tomica Wright, Eazy-E’s widow, is happy people will get to see Eric perform live after all these years. Although he will appear as a hologram, she says it will give the younger generation a chance to experience his on-stage charisma first-hand.

“To have old generations, new generations be able to experience that chemistry between ODB and Eazy and Bones — you see it on video, you see it on the Internet, but to feel it and have that sense of presence is a great experience,” she explained.

Ol’ Dirty Bastard died in November of 2004 from a drug overdose. Eazy-E passed away nearly 18 years ago due to complications from AIDs.

Jessica Simpson has a bone to pick with her ex-husband Nick Lachey.

According to recent reports, the singer, actress, and fashion designer isn’t too happy about the insensitive remarks Lachey made about her father.

The trouble started when the 98 Degrees singer appeared on Watch What Happens Live. While chatting about his ex-wife, Lachey made some unkind comments about Jessica’s father, Joe Simpson.

“The best thing about not having Joe Simpson anymore as a father-in-law is I don’t have to play grab-ass under the table on Easter Sunday,” Nick Lachey told host Andy Cohen.

“It may not be [funny] tomorrow, but it is tonight,” he later added.

These comments have not settled well with Jessica Simpson. Understandably upset by her former spouse’s accusations, she is said to be extremely furious with Lachey.

Of course, all of news regarding Jessica Simpson’s reaction to Nick Lachey’s inappropriate joke are coming from a host of anonymous sources. As such, it’s probably best to take reports of Simpsons’ response to her ex-husband’s appearance with a grain of salt since she has not addressed the situation in an official capacity.

One of these anonymous individuals reportedly told Star magazine that Jessica Simpson sent Lachey an angry text message indicating that he should keep his mouth shut about her father. A rep for the Dukes of Hazzard star told Gossip Cop that these rumors were entirely false.

“Jessica was disappointed that he would even speak about her at all. It’s been eight years since they were married and six years since they last spoke. Jessica doesn’t feel that Nick has a right to speak about her business anymore,” the source explained.

For those who don’t follow the intimate details of Jessica Simpson’s life, her father was accused in 2012 of having an affair with male escort Bryce Chandler. Joe and Tina Simpson later separated. The couple’s divorce was finalized earlier this year.
