Ashley Judd Changes Her Mind About Dario Franchitti [Report]

Ashley Judd, 45, is reportedly changing her mind about ex-husband, Indy race car driver Dario Franchitti, 40.

The former couple, who seemed to have ended their relationship on good terms, was reunited after Franchitti’s spectacular accident at the Houston Grand Prix on October 6 which landed him in the hospital for a few days with a broken right ankle, and two fractured vertebrae.

Judd rushed to her ex’s side and sent some tweets to her fans asking for prayers for him and thanking for words of support.

Franchitti was released from the hospital in Houston on October 10, but underwent a three hour surgery on October 14 in Indianapolis, to repair injuries he suffered to the right ankle.

The driver and 14 other suffered injuries during the accident, including 13 spectators and one Indy 500 official.

Us Magazine reports a source close to the couple says, “They are going to give it another try after he recovers. His accident made her realize how much she loves him.”

Judd is an avid Twitter user and took to the site to tweet and retweet words of support for Dario’s Target team, which included her “brother”, Marino Franchitti.

Ashley Judd retweeted several of Dario Franchitti’s tweets to her followers and seemed in great spirits.

The actress tweeted about the treatment her and Franchitti got from the staff at Memorial Hemman Hospital in Houston.

But apparently United Airlines lost some of her mother-in-law’s bags while traveling back home a few days ago.

Judd recently traveled to Virginia to start production in her new movie Big Stone Gap alongside Patick Wilson.

Ashley Judd and Dario Franchitti separated in January after 11 years of marriage, however, they never filed for divorce.
