P!nk Postpones Concerts Following Doctors Orders

P!nk postpones two concerts following doctors orders. The singer took to Twitter to make the announcement, explaining that she needs to rest her vocal cords.

The Grammy winner is known for her tough girl image, but in this case, she is proving to be a regular person.

After being forced to cancel two concerts this week so she can have some “vocal rest” as recommended for her doctor, Pink thanked fans for their support and understanding.

The pop diva explained that after she takes a few days break, she will be ready to “kick a**”.

The 34-year-old star is currently on her Truth About Love tour.

P!nk postponed her concert on Thursday in Salt Lake City as well as the Friday gig in Denver. They’ve been rescheduled for October 29 and 30 respectively.

So what will Pink do with her unexpected free time?

Her favorite thing. Nap with her two-year-old daughter, Willow, who has joined her on tour as has her husband Carey Hart.

“My favorite thing to do when I have downtime is sleep and play with my baby. And sleep alongside my baby,” Pink commented last month. “I have the most beautiful baby that was ever born.”

Thanks for all the support y'all. Not very dramatic- doctor just wants me on complete vocal rest for four days to heal. So I can kick ass.

P!nk should be back in full form after she takes her “vocal rest” and with more energy than ever thanks to her naps with Willow.
