Candice Swanepoel To Wear $10 Million Fantasy Bra For Victoria’s Secret

Candice Swanepoel looks pretty good in a $10 million bra.

Victoria’s Secret chose the beautiful blonde model to wear the “Royal Fantasy Bra” at the 2013 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show this year.

The bra, which was designed by Mouawad, features 4,200 gems and has a price tag of about $10 million.

This isn’t the first time that Victoria’s Secret has used a ridiculously expensive piece of lingerie as the centerpiece for its fashion show. Equally expensive bras have been worn by Tyra Banks, Gisele Bundchen, Adriana Lima, Miranda Kerr, Heidi Klum and Claudia Schiffer.

Alessandra Ambrosio had the honors of wearing the bra during last year’s show and now it’s Candice Swanepoel’s turn. This is the first time that Swanepoel has been chosen by Victoria’s Secret to wear the diamond studded brassiere.

Swanepoel said: “I’ve never worn anything this pricey, and we have to put gloves on when we put it on… It’s kind of a big ordeal. The bra comes with two bodyguards and we have to handle it with a lot of care! They had to mold my body to be able to make [the bra], and I was really excited. I tried to imagine after they’d done the mold, how would they make it, how it would look. My imagination didn’t do it justice. My favorite part is this beautiful 52-carat pear-shaped ruby. Every part of it is exquisite.”
