Twilight Actress Kristen Stewart likes smoking pot, not that there’s anything wrong with that, but when you’re the star of a hit movie and you’re smoking the pot outside a house in broad daylight, you’re going to get caught.

And that’s exactly what the photos show Kristen Stewart doing.

Some are claiming that the photos are inconclusive, but seriously, what else could it be? A Sherlock Holmes impression?

Jill, she's on her front doorstep with a friend and a cat. Why shouldn't anyone, regardless of who they are (or who they were born to) have a reasonable expectation of privacy? For someone to get this picture, I have a hard time believing it was a passerby with a camera. It was probably some dude in his 40s sitting outside her house since friday afternoon waiting to see her on saturday morning with her friend and a cat taking a toke. She is still in her pajamas! To me that's creepier than catching a teenager smoking pot with a friend on her stoop. Besides, in 2008, no one cares about pot anymore. You, or anyone, could get prescription for it and smoke on the street if you wanted (in California anyway).
