Ubik.com, Geocities 2.0 For Mobile Phones

Volantis has launched Ubik.com, a free web tool that enables anyone to build mobile websites without any technical knowledge.

Users start with access to dozens of templates developed by the Volantis design team they can then tweak to get their own mobile website up and running. The sites are compatible with all internet enabled mobile phones.
