Amanda Seyfried Workout Routine Not Easy, Says Actress


Amanda Seyfried’s workout routine is not easy, claims the Mamma Mia! star. Staying slim is proving to be a workout all by itself.

That figure isn’t going to maintain itself, as Amanda Seyfried says that she has hired a personal trainer to ensure she keeps up her workout routine no matter where she goes. As most can attest in the process of losing or keeping off the weight, the struggle can be a near Olympian feat, feeling like you’re pushing a boulder up a hill the entire way.

The Lovelace star is determined to keep the weight off, even to the point of being exhausted. Amanda Seyfried told Tatler Magazine that she can only manage a minute on her workout machine. She says while she’s in London she works out with Dalton Wong, who regularly pushes her to her limits.

When not obsessing on her workout routine, Amanda Seyfried confesses to a kind of addiction to nail polish. Almost by coincidence considering her role in Lovelace, she prefers the nude colors, and says she owns about 50 shades. How amusing would it be if she preferred gray?

Aside from working out and getting her nails done, Amanda Seyfried, 27, believes she is a pretty low-maintenance kind of girl. A self-declared tomboy, she hardly tries to look good, and by what we’ve seen, she doesn’t need to. Could this also mean that when she’s getting into her 40s she won’t be getting plastic surgery to maintain her face?

All in all, it looks like Amanda Seyfried puts more effort into her physical shape than she does her overall appearance, as she confesses:

”One squirt of Givenchy Very Irresistible and I’m set for the day. I’m a tomboy, so this makes me feel much more feminine.”

As exhausting as Amanda Seyfried’s workout routine is said to be, at least the Les Miserables star isn’t holding anything back on the big screen.
