Barbara Bush Hospitalized

Former US First Lady Barbara Bush was rushed to Houston’s Methodist Hospital Tuesday evening.

Mrs. Bush is reported to be undergoing tests for abdominal pains and is expected to stay overnight. So far all tests have come back negative, and Mrs. Bush’s condition is not life threatening.

Former President Bush (Bush 41) is at the hospital with his wife.

Mrs Bush, age 83 had previously disclosed she was suffering from the overactive thyroid ailment Graves’ disease resulting in teary eyes and double vision.
