Martha Stewart Breaks Her iPad, Irritates Apple On Twitter
Martha Stewart apparently irritated that folks at Apple after tweeting about her broken iPad and the ordeal she’s faced trying to get it fixed.
According to the queen of DIY decorating, she received the iPad in question from Steve Jobs himself. However, this fact didn’t make the folks at Apple repair the broken device any quicker. Understandably frustrated by the ordeal, she shared her thoughts and feelings on Twitter.
“I just dropped my iPad on the ground and shattered two glass corners. What to do?does one call Apple to come and pick it up or do I take it?” she tweeted.
At some point during the fiasco, Martha Stewart got in touch with Apple customer service. However, confusion must have set in at some point during the exchange. Not too long after the first tweet arrived, Stewart said she was still waiting for someone to pick up the busted iPad.
Realizing that she made a mistake by thinking that someone from Apple was going to pop buy and fix her device, Stewart marched forward with a business proposal.
“Maybe I have had a good entrepreneurial idea? Apple Now? Like same day delivery from Amazon? I think I am on to something. Same day fix it!” she wrote. “So is it time to put out the fires and admit I was just pissed off at the fact my precious iPad shattered and I wanted to make light of it?”
Although she didn’t go into detail about what the company said in their recent correspondence, Martha Stewart told her followers that the company wasn’t exactly thrilled with her posts about the broken iPad.
i cannot believe that Apple Public Relations is mad at me for tweeting about my Ipad and how to get it fixed! steve jobs gave it to me!

She finished the exchange with the following tweets.
Let's now talk turkey: Ipads addictive, awesome, expensive. Glass should /could be unbreakable. That the iPad works with cracked corners-great

But the cracked glass is sharp and can cut. I was just upset that I(someone)was clumsy and let the iPad fall out of the car. To fix is time

Do you think Apple had a legitimate beef with Martha Stewart over her tweets about the broken iPad?
