Jennifer Tilly Interview

In an effort to promote the upcoming home video release, the folks at Universal Studios decided to ruin what was an incredible surprise cameo. Bride of Chucky and Seed of Chucky star Jennifer Tilly shows up towards the end of the flick, much to the utter delight of this writer.

The actress recently discussed her appearance in writer-director Don Mancini’s Curse of Chucky during a chat with the folks at USA Today. According to Tilly, appearing alongside everyone’s favorite homicidal doll in the follow-up was like “coming home again.”

Although Jennifer Tilly’s surprise cameo in the flick might be ruined, you can at least avoid how she fits into the story. In other words, there are even more spoilers ahead.

During her interview with the publication, the Bound star explained her character’s role in the sequel.

“She is helping him in his nefarious ways. There are people he forgot to kill and he’s a perfectionist. He will not stop. He’s not going to stop painting the Sistine Chapel before he’s finished. He’s tying up loose ends,” she said.

Curse of Chucky is the sixth film in the series. Without giving too much away, fans might be a little surprised by how Don Mancini and company chose to continue the story.
