MyDeskPets Announces TankBot For Your iOS Devices

MyDeskPets has announced their newest creation, the TankBot, an iOS-controlled robot toy that looks nothing like a tank, but is pretty cool none-the-less.

The robot, controlled by your Apple devices offers tank treads (hence the name) that can move over “most” terrain types. The device is also equipped with infrared sensors so that it can detect it’s surroundings, moving through mazes and detecting hand movements.

The TankBot works with iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad devices, allowing you to tilt your device to steer the robot.

The best part? The toys are just $20, a rather cheap price to pay for an iOS controlled toy. The Tankbot will be available in blue, green, orange and black color options.
