Elizabeth Hurley On Break Up Rumors: It’s Too Raw And Personal To Talk About Right Now
Elizabeth Hurley and Shane Warne are reportedly nearing the end of their relationship. The actress hasn’t commented on the break up rumors yet but she did make it clear to her fans that she is going through some personal issues.
On Wednesday, Hurley wrote on Twitter: “Apologies to loyal followers for Twitter silence on recent events. Too raw & personal to share right now.”
Warne also took to Twitter to address the rumors.
The cricket player said that the breakup rumors were “absolute rubbish” but he admitted that he was having some relationship problems.
Warne wrote on Twitter: “Some of the reports re EH & me r absolute rubbish. Yes we’re sorting through some (private) issues. But we’re not throwing the towel in yet.”
The breakup rumors reached fever pitch today when Hurley was spotted without her engagement ring on in New York City. Warne reportedly rushed to the airport to catch his fiance before she left for the states but he couldn’t convince Hurley to stay and talk about their issues.
It’s unclear what has come between the couple but they have been having problems for some time now. A few weeks ago Hurley wrote on Twitter: “The more I know of man, the more I love my dog. Goodnight from me and Raja….”
TV Guide reports that Elizabeth Hurley and Shane Warne were engaged in October 2011.
