Actor Edward Furlong arrested for violating restraining order

Actor Edward Furlong, who starred in Terminator 2 and will appear in the upcoming Green Hornet, has been arrested after his ex-wife Rachel Kneeland reported that he allegedly violated a restraining order.

The former couple is in the midst of an acrimonious divorce, and Furlong has been jailed in lieu of $75,000 for coming within 50 yards of Kneeland recently- he is court ordered to remain a distance of 100 yards away. In court papers, his estranged wife describes ongoing contact with the actor:

Kneeland alleges that Furlong, 33, “grabbed me, bruised me, pushed me … left messages saying he would hire people to come and beat me with chains and bats. He is smoking cocaine and doing other various drugs. He is very unpredictable.”

The actress goes by the stage name “Rachel Bella,” and the pair were married for three years. They have a four-year-old son Ethan. Furlong has been previously arrested- once in 2001 for a DUI, and a second time in 2004 for public intoxication during an incident in which he “freed” supermarket lobsters from a tank.
