Johnathon Schaech Becomes A Dad

Just two months after their beach wedding, Johnathon Schaech and new wife Julie Solomon are making another announcement.

Johnathon Schaech, 43, married wife Julie in July, and, on September 12, their baby boy Camden Quinn Schaech was born.

The tiniest Schaech weighed seven pounds and 15 ounces, and was 19 inches long. The pair’s wedding was delayed by a project on which Schaech was working up until the big day, which happened in Ocean City, Maryland.

Johnathon tells People magazine that the name Camden was his new wife’s idea, but it was meaningful to him as well. (The baby’s middle name also has meaning to Solomon, as it was her grandma’s maiden surname.)

He explained of the baby’s given name:

“Julie came up with ‘Camden’ — she had no idea my hometown team played at Camden Yards. We have my team pennant hanging up in the baby room.”

But it wasn’t baby naming on Johnathon Schaech’s mind when he was talking about his new son — the actor adds:

“It all makes sense now… We are so happy and beyond excited — life has just begun… It is life-changing. Good things come to those who wait. I feel so lucky.”

The child is the first for both Johnathon Schaech as well as wife Julie, and the actor has been married twice before.
