Miranda Cosgrove Shares ‘School Of Rock’ Reunion Photos

It’s been 10 years since the School Of Rock graduated and this week the cast got together for a reunion.

Jack Black, Miranda Cosgrove, Mike White, director Richard Linklater and the rest of the School Of Rock cast got together at the Paramount Theater in Austin Texas this week to celebrate the movie’s 10-year anniversary.

The Hollywood Reporter notes that the event was put on by The Austin Film Society.

It featured a screening of the movie, some reminiscing by the cast, and a rocking performance of the movie’s song.

School Of Rock was about a substitute teacher (Jack Black) who doesn’t know a thing about teaching. But Black does know a thing or two about music and he decides to turn his class into a school band for an upcoming competition.

The movie earned more than $130 million at the box office and helped launch the career of Miranda Cosgrove, aka iCarly, who played band manager Summer Hathaway.

The movie is also being turned into a Broadway musical.

Cosgrove got her start in the School Of Rock and she is definitely appreciative for the role. She’s been lighting up Instagram with photos from the reunion this week.
