Twilight sequel New Moon confirmed

New Moon, the sequel to the box office hit Twilight has been confirmed.
Summit Entertainment officially greenlit New Moon after Twilight box office sales generated $35.7 million from 3,419 plays on Friday, including $7 million from Thursday midnight shows.
There are four books in Stephenie Meyer’s series with Twilight being the first, and combined sales for the book series are more than 17 million copies worldwide.
According to Variety, New Moon is centered on Edward Cullen leaving Bella Swan in order to keep her safe from other vampires. Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart play the leads in the film.

i absolutely love the twilight movie, but i hope that for new moon they stick to the book more.
OMG i LOVE edward cullen he is sooooooo amazing and sooooooooo freaking HOT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OMG!!!!! twilight is an amazing book, no doubt about that, all of the saga are, but the movie was a bit of a let down in my opinion. i think if they had stuck to the book, and included all of the stories and myths and legend discussed in the book then people would understand more about the whole meaning and theme. i was watching it with a few friends, some of whom have read twilight, some not, and the ones that had read it were sitting saying stuff like,”that didnt happen there, thats in the wrong order” and stuff, and we continuosly had to explain to the ones that hadnt about the whole story lol. but my friends are a little dim, so i guess that could be part of the reason. i cant wait for new moon to come out i love the book, but the movie could be another let down if it doesnt go according to the book a lot more….not being mean, just my personal opinion lol

amazing the success of twilight, a series about a mentally retarded man. I love how progressive 2011 turned out to be.
