Patrick Stewart Teaches Fiancee How To Do A Quadruple Take [Video]

Who wouldn’t want acting lessons from Patrick Stewart?

The X-Men actor — casually dressed in a gray hoodie — recently gave fiancée Sunny Ozell a “quadruple take masterclass,” in which he teaches her the finer points of the rarely used comedy device. He runs through the single, double, and triple take first, and tells her that the quadruple take is a “different style of physical comedy.”

Stewart says, “Our buns are the best,” and then flawlessly demonstrates a single and double take. The triple take, however, doesn’t go quite as planned.

“That one was a little crude, a little coarse in its execution,” Stewart says.

When it’s time for the quadruple take, Stewart whips his head around five times and says, “That might have been actually the quintuple take, because I lost count halfway through. But you get the principle, it remains the same.”

Bonus points for Stevie Wonder’s “Superstition” playing in the background.

Of course, the playful video has viewers wondering, “Is Patrick Stewart high?” To which we here at The Inquisitr respond, “Yes, high on life and the simple fact that he is Sir Patrick Stewart.” Seriously, can we just accept the awesomeness of this video without wondering if he’s on something? Just saying.

This isn’t the first time the 73-year-old veteran actor has captured the collective heart of the Internet. Back in May, he tweeted a picture of himself with a slice of pizza with the message, “My first ever pizza “slice”. Please note: the authentic NY fold.” He later explained that he had eaten pizza before, just not by the slice. He also said he only ate it because he and Ozell were hung over and she said it would help.

“But, in fact, it was my first slice, and when it was brought over to me, my first comment was ‘There’s no knife and fork,'” he said. “Of course, I was mocked for thinking that I could eat a pizza slice with a knife and fork.”
