Bill Cowher Appears In Girlfriend’s Music Video [Watch]

Bill Cowher in a music video?

The former Pittsburgh Steelers tough-guy head coach appears in a campy rock video made by rocker “Queen V,” who is rumored to be his girlfriend.

The video — which to some degree has a Game of Thrones and/or goth vibe — is called “Cry Your Eyes Out,” and features Cowher as some kind of medieval bodyguard who also seems to be rocking eye shadow and handcuffs.

According to Pittsburgh Magazine, “Turns out Cowher is dating Queen V, and if you’ve ever been in a relationship, you know how these things go. Sometimes you do ridiculous things for people you love.”

Cowher also had a small part in The Dark Knight Rises, playing (what else) a football coach, the head coach of the Gotham Rogues to be exact, which was filmed at the Steelers’ home stadium, Heinz Field.

Cowher’s wife passed away from skin cancer two years ago.

Bill Cowher coached the Steelers for 15 years, winning eight division titles and making 10 appearances in the NFL playoffs. His career culminated in winning the Super Bowl in 2006. About a year later, he retired from coaching and became a CBS studio analyst for The NFL Today, a gig he still holds. Cowher played six years in the NFL as a linebacker, three years with the Philadelphia Eagles and three years with the Cleveland Browns.

There have been many rumors that Bill Cowher could be getting back into coaching at some point. In the past several years he has been reportedly been offered several jobs but turned them down to remain in the television studio with CBS. Some NFL insiders believe that Cowher is just waiting for the perfect opening, which would include a team with a strong quarterback in place and supportive ownership.

After watching the music video, what do you think of BIll Cowher’s acting chops? Have you ever heard of Queen V before?

I would've never thought the "Evil Rock Witch" would have been his type. Oh well, it just goes to show you shouldn't assume you know someone just because you see them act a certain way on TV.
