Stacey Dash Lashes Out At Oprah Winfrey On Twitter

Stacey Dash isn’t one to shy away from sharing her feelings on Twitter.

The Clueless star recently lashed at Oprah Winfrey over a few comments the former talk show host made about Trayvon Martin and President Obama.

Although she often encounters a considerable amount of backlash for expressing herself, Dash freely shares her political opinions with her followers on the micro-blogging site. Her targets this time around are Oprah and the comments she made during a recent interview.

Instead of issuing a lengthy tweet expressing why she was angry with Winfrey, Stacey Dash simply posted a link to Fox News article that criticized some of Oprah’s remarks about Martin and Obama. The actress also used a quote from Malcolm X in her message.

“‘If you aren’t careful, the newspapers will have you hating the people who are being oppressed and loving the people who are doing the oppressing.’ – Malcolm X,” Dash wrote.

“Shame on you, Oprah,” she added.

Stacey Dash and the Fox News Insider commentary took issue with Oprah’s comparison of Trayvon Martin to Emmett Till. Winfrey also discussed Obama’s possibly tackling a role in Lee Daniels’ The Butler.

“That’s why Obama is our president, because he knows not to go and get himself in a movie and be on Fox News every day,” Oprah said during the interview.

The Inquisitr reported earlier this year that Stacey Dash obviously had a big problem with Jay-Z and Beyonce’s recent trip to Cuba. Since she believes the couple shouldn’t spend their free time in the country, Dash decided to call them out on Twitter.

“Do you care that The Jay Z’s have taken the capital you have given them and funded a communist oppressive regime?” she tweeted. It didn’t take very long for the backlash to ensue.

Winfrey has yet to comment on the Dash situation as of this writing.
