Production has officially wrapped on Bryan Singer’s X-Men: Days of Future Past. To celebrate the occasion, the director posted one last image from the set of the film.

Saturday was the last day of principal photography on Singer’s highly-anticipated follow-up to Matthew Vaughn’s X-Men: First Class. The movie brings together a number of X-Men alum including Patrick Stewart, Ian McKellan, and Hugh Jackman. In short: The movie is going to be fairly epic.

Although Bryan Singer posted the final image from the set of X-Men: Days of Future Past, chances are the filmmaker will keep fans updated as the movie enters post-production. There’s still quite a bit of work to do on the project before it heads to theaters across the country next year.

Joining Singer in the photo are Hugh Jackman, producer Hutch Parker, and writer-producer Simon Kinberg. You can see the image in question embedded below.

“Just wrapped! Eternal thanks to our amazing Montreal crew! See you at the party,” the director tweeted.

It’s been an interesting couple of days for X-Men fans. Not only did they get one final look at the set of Days of Future Past, some of them actually got a chance to see the leaked trailer before the folks at 20th Century Fox removed every trace of the clip from the internet.

There was also a rumor going around that Hugh Jackman was offered a cool $100 million to reprise his role as Wolverine at least four more times. Although the rumor was a popular topic of conversation on movie-oriented sites, the actor later denied that the offer took place.
