Sony Dash Announces Hulu Plus Support

Sony today announced that Hulu Plus Support has been added to their 7-inch LCD Sony Dash unit, bringing with it a nice catalog of TV episodes and movies to the “Personal Internet Viewer.”

It’s a big move for the little PIV which until recently has focused on bringing the company’s nearly 1,000 free apps to the unit, offerings that include news RSS headlines, Twitter updates, weather reports and YouTube access.

Hulu Plus joins Amazon Video On Demand and Netflix on the device.
