Meredith Corporation takes stake in Real Girls Media Network



Magazine publisher Meredith Corporation has taken a stake in online publisher Real Girls Media Network.

Real Girls Media Network portfolio includes Divine Caroline, a professional and user generated content portal aimed at women.

As part of the investment, Real Girls Media Network traffic will be added to Meredith’s network of sites, increasing Meredith’s unique visitors to 15 million each month, placing Meredith in the Top 5 of women’s networks.

Meredith and Real Girls Media will combine their inventory and sales forces, allowing Meredith to take advantage of Real Girls Media’s proprietary technology platform to enhance existing sites.
