‘Big Brother’ Contestant Spencer Clawson Investigated For Child Porn Comments

Big Brother 15 contestant Spencer Clawson is under investigation after cracking jokes about child pornography.

On the Monday, August 5 episode, Clawson told his housemates, “I like to beat off to child porn. Did I ever tell y’all about that?”

But he didn’t stop there. He went on to say that masturbating to child porn is his favorite thing.

“I love it when they’re around 3 or 4 years old,” he added. “My favorite ones are when you can tell they’re in a basement.”

The disturbing comments attracted the attention of police.

“The Conway Police Department was alerted to comments made. Due to the nature of the comments, our department moved quickly to look into the matter,” Chief AJ Gary of the Conway Police Department told TMZ. “At this time we haven’t found that any criminal act was committed.”

CBS said in a statement that the houseguests on the series often make comments and reveal prejudices that the network does not condone.

“We certainly find the statements made by Spencer on the live Internet feed to be offensive,” the network added. “Any views or opinions expressed in personal commentary by a Houseguest appearing on Big Brother, either on any live feed from the House or during the broadcast, are those of the individual(s) speaking, and do not represent the views or opinions of CBS or the producers of the program.”

This isn’t the first time Clawson has made offensive comments on the show. He was previously overheard praising Adolf Hitler as a gifted speaker and referring to Andy Herren, who is gay, as “Kermit the F*g.”

But that isn’t all the controversy Big Brother has served up this season.

Last month, contestants Aaryn Gries and GinaMarie Zimmerman were fired from their modeling jobs after they were filmed using racial slurs on the show. Gries told Asian-American contestant Helen Kim to “shut up and go make some rice” and said “she is the first Asian I know who doesn’t do nails.” Referring to Candice Stewart, who is African-American, Gries warned contestants to “be careful what you say in the dark, you might not be able to see that b****.”

Zimmerman also made a disparaging comment about Kim, saying “somebody should smack her” in order to “make her eyes straight.” She also referred to welfare as “n****r insurance.”

What do you think of Spencer Clawson’s comments? Is this season of Big Brother the most controversial one yet?
