Miley Cyrus Is Coming For You In New VMA Promo [Video]

Miley Cyrus, who is absolutely not a ratchet white girl, is coming for you.

The singer stars in the newest promo for MTV’s 2013 Video Music Awards and the clip could be hotter than her recent underwear photoshoot for Notion Magazine.

The new clip features Cyrus climbing down a subway ladder in short shorts and high heels, breathing fire, and strutting down the tracks.

While filming the new promo, Cyrus told MTV News: “I’m so thankful to my fans… I’m obviously making the music and I come out here and like, ‘work,’ but it’s really all on the fans. They’re all about buying the record and who’s out there making the video so viral and get to 100 million.”

Miley Cyrus has been nominated this year for Best Pop Video, Best Female Video, and Best Editing. The singer said that she is extremely excited for the VMA’s but added that her fans may like the show even more than her.

Cyrus said: “Winning, they get as excited as I do, I really think. ‘Cause they’re the ones who are making it happen, voting every day. So every day I just go to my Twitter feed and I see ‘I just voted for Best Pop Video,’ ’cause I see all my followers who have been voting, it’s obviously so cool. That’s why I wanted to represent them in this whole video and show kinda how they’re a part of my crew.”
