Wackiness and downright strangeness are fun at the best of times but there are certain times of the year, or events, where we do everything possible to outshine previous years.

Such is the case with Halloween, which has progress from the simple walk around the block with a pillow sack to a time where we go all out decorating and testing our carving skills.
