Oprah To Appear On ‘Watch What Happens Live’
Congratulations to Bravo’s Andy Cohen for being possibly the most powerful person on cable television. The television personality, who is currently the executive vice president of development and talent at Bravo, has scored another awesome interview for his fun-hearted live talk show Watch What Happens Live!
According to Us magazine, the queen of daytime, Oprah Winfrey, will be stopping by Cohen’s studio to dish out her dirt to the host for the very first time. The show has a conversational format that allows guests to be very candid. Drinks are usually thrown back during the hour-long show, so we think Watch What Happens Live! will most likely have Oprah admit to things she rather not. Then again Winfrey may decide take over the show, which wouldn’t surprise us either.
In the coming weeks Oprah Winfrey will be on the opposite end of the microphone, as she promotes her film Lee Daniels’ The Butler, which sees her opposite Terrence Howard and Forest Whitaker.
Oprah isn’t the only high profiled personality Andy Cohen has had on his show. In the past he’s had Cher, and days ago he had Martha Stewart on his show with former boy band artist Nick Lachey.
Oprah might be divulging a few secrets given the line of questioning that usually goes on during Watch What Happens Live! We doubt the tone of the show will be anything Oprah is used to given her history as a host on daytime, and on her special for OWN, but we think Oprah might be game for playing around with Andy Cohen.
An example of the line of questioning that usually happens on Andy’s show is when Martha Stewart made her way on the show. Cohen wanted in Stewart’s love life immediately. The host asked Stewart if she ever had a one night stand, in which Stewart answered, “yes” to.
