Lauren Scruggs, Jason Kennedy Tweet Cute Vacation Photos
Lauren Scruggs, the 25-year-old LOLO magazine editor, and E! News reporter 31-year-old Jason Kennedy appear to be the newest cute couple. On Wednesday Kennedy posted a collage of Instagram photos that included plenty of shots of him and Scruggs enjoying a recent two week vacation.
His caption read: “Back in NYC after 2 weeks of incredible memories.” Earlier in the trip, on July 18, he had tweeted one of the photos featuring Lauren Scruggs with this note: “A special day with a special girl. Happy Birthday.”
Former model Lauren Scruggs has certainly faced some challenges. In December 2011, she was a 23-year-old blonde model. But her life took a turn in a moment, when she accidentally walked into a plane propeller in the dark. She lost her left arm and eye and underwent an almost year-long recovery.
She unveiled her new prosthetic arm and eye on the Today show in November 2012.
According to an unnamed source in Us, Lauren Scruggs and Jason Kennedy are taking things slowly:
“They’re cute…They keep it super PG. They don’t even stay in the same hotels or places when they visit each other. It is like courting — high school love.”
However, other people aren’t so patient. They’re ready to see the pair enjoy a little happiness.
It may have been just teasing but, according to OK! Magazine, E! News co-worker Bill Rancic tweeted around a joke telling Kennedy, “U better put a ring on it!”
Fans commenting on the Instagram photo collage had similar thoughts. “I think @laurenscruggs makes you a better man!” was one poster’s observation.

With new love interest Jason Kennedy, it looks like Lauren Scruggs is well on the road back to a normal life.
