For all the talking that Paris Hilton does about her love Benji and her nasty ex-boyfriends, she sure got close to ex Stavros Niarchos this weekend. The socialite and celebutante was seen cozying up to Stavros at Mokai, probably at the same time that Kate Hudson was totally hitting on A-Rod.

An insider made it even more interesting:

“They slipped in secretly together holding hands very, very early in the morning. They were cuddling and whispering together all night. Stavros was making Paris laugh — She couldn’t stop smiling when he was around and they were dancing together very closely.”

I thought Paris wasn’t a huge fan because Stavros was after fame and sex? And what does poor dedicated Benji think about all this?
