I’m not sure this is what people behind reality augmentation using the Web and technology had in mind when they came up with augmented reality but increasingly it is being used in new and interesting ways.

In this case The World Wildlife Fund have created augmented reality t-shirts that provide the experience of what it is like to be shot. The campaign, which includes a website, Russian stores, and Russian stars, is used to raise awareness over the threat that poachers pose to Siberian tigers.
