Kevin Jonas Is Excited And Nervous About Being A Dad
Yesterday, we learned Kevin Jonas of the Jonas Brothers is expecting a baby with his wife, and the new dad-to-be is, like many in his shoes, thrilled and excited about the news.
Kevin Jonas and wife Danielle Jonas had hinted at babies recently, and the Jonas dad admitted in an interview that it wasn’t the couple alone with babies on the brain.
Jonas said that the couple had been married long enough to start getting spawning pressure, explaining:
“We’re at that [marriage] mark and people are like, ‘All right guys, what’s your plan? When are you going to have those grandkids?’ I’m starting to feel that pressure a little bit.”
But the story got an update when Kevin Jonas’ rep confirmed the exciting news in a statement, saying:
“Dani and Kevin are thrilled that Dani is pregnant with their first child. They are, of course, elated, and so excited to share this news with their fans. They are very much looking forward to building a family together.”
In a tweet, Kevin admitted to fans that he is going to be a dad for the first time, posting:
It’s true @daniellejonas is pregnant! can’t even imagine how excited we are I can’t wait to share this with my best friend. I love you baby … I am overwhelmed! Thank you for all love for @daniellejonas and myself! We’re so excited! #babyjonas
After the big Twitter reveal, Kevin Jonas tweeted:

He said that evening:
“I was overjoyed … It’s been the most exciting thing in my life so far. I’m excited and I’m nervous.”
Kevin Jonas and wife Danielle haven’t revealed the baby-to-be’s due date.
