Amanda Bynes Wears Blue Wig To Court
Amanda Bynes appeared in court today to face charges for allegedly throwing a bong out of her 36th floor apartment window. The singer was definitely dressed to impress as she walked into the courthouse wearing a blue wig, black sweatpants, and an Alvin Ailey Dance Theater jersey.
Bynes was arrested in May after someone in the actress’ apartment buildings called the cops to complain about Bynes smoking marijuana. When police arrived, the former Nickelodeon star reportedly tossed her bong and marijuana out of her 36th story window.
Bynes is now being charged with reckless endangerment, tampering with evidence, and possession of marijuana.
Bynes accused the officers of sexual assault shortly after her arrest, but an investigation found no evidence that the star was mistreated.
This isn’t the first time that Bynes has been in legal trouble this year. She was also arrested for a DUI in April 2012 and was cited in several hit and run accidents last summer. The singer has had her license suspended and is currently on probation.
Still, Bynes doesn’t seem too worried about her legal troubles. The actress spent last night tweeting about her botched nose job.
