Amber Rose And Wiz Khalifa Officially Get Married, Formal Wedding Will Follow In Fall

Wiz Khalifa and Amber Rose secretly got married on Monday, with the 25-year-old rapper announcing their nuptials on his Twitter page.

Khalifa told his followers, “Me and Amber got married today,” before informing his legions of fans that the official “Wedding’s this fall” and then signing off, “Thought I’d let y’all know.”

Rose then followed her new husband, and announced their marriage to her followers, writing, “Yay me & my Baby are officially married!!!”

The 29-year-old has been dating Khalifa since early 2011, were engaged in March 2012, and then welcomed their first child earlier this year, when their son Sebastian was born in February.

In November 2012, the “Black and Yellow” singer revealed that the piar were planning to tie the knot in a quiet ceremony. He told Hot 97, a New York radio station, “We’re gonna get, like, licensed marriage, in a couple weeks we’ll have that done.”

Khalifa then explained that they would then throw a huge soiree to celebrate their union after Rose had given birth. He stated, “When you have the ceremony, that’s when you can invite the family. She can fit into a dress . . . If we have a daughter one day, she might wanna give the dress to our daughter, but if she’s pregnant then she can’t do that.”

Khalifa then jokingly added that one of the main reasons for the delay was so his new bride could get drunk.

Amber recently admitted that she is constantly thinking about her wedding, stating, “I think about it constantly. Like all day. No matter what I’m doing I always have my wedding on my mind. So I’m really excited.”

Rose and Khalifa acquired their marriage licence in a Los Angeles courthouse last Tuesday, which meant that they only had 90 days to get wed before it expired.
