Miesha Tate Poses Nude For ESPN The Magazine

Miesha Tate recently posed nude for the folks at ESPN The Magazine. An image from the MMA fighter’s photo shoot was recently shared online.

The UFC women’s bantamweight fighter is the latest professional scrapper to be featured in the pages of the popular magazine. The gorgeous pictures were taken by professional photographer Ben Watts at a beach in Malibu, California.

According to Bleacher Report, Miesha Tate is following in the footsteps Gina Carano, Ronda Rousey, and Jon Jones. All three fighters were previously featured in the Body Issue of ESPN The Magazine.

During her chat with the folks at the New York Daily News, Tate said she wants to challenge the notion that female athletes can’t be tough, beautiful, and sexy.

The UFC fighter explained:

One of the biggest common misperceptions about women’s mixed martial arts is that we’re not feminine. So for me it’s important to show that women in this sport are comfortable about their bodies, that we’re pretty and carry ourselves as women, and we can also turn it up a notch in the cage.

Miesha Tate isn’t the only athlete featured in the latest edition of the Body Issue. Professional snowboarder Elena Hight was also snapped for the magazine while hitting the slopes in nothing but her birthday suit.

National Hot Rod Association funny car driver Courtney Force also shed her clothes for the issue. Not only did she pose on an enormous tire, she also uses a gasoline canister to cover her naughty parts.

ESPN The Magazine isn’t just giving guys something to gawk at in the latest Body Issue. Denver Nuggets forward Kenneth Faried and Mets pitcher Matt Harvey also show off their flawless physiques in the magazine. You can check out some NSFW photos of these incredible athletes at the New York Daily News.
