HP WebOS Tablet Debuting In 2011

As expected HP will release a WebOS tablet in 2011 and according to HP’s Todd Bradley it’s now confirmed that the company is looking to secure and release the unit by Q1 2011.

Bradley told investors:

“You’ll see us with a Microsoft product out in the near future and a webOS-based product in early 2011.”

HP bought Palm for what many experts believe was an attempt to more strategically enter the tablet and slate markets with a product capable of excellent multitasking (WebOS platform).

So is the PalmPad on the way? I would guess the answer at this time is yes and without a doubt, after all it’s in bad form to over promise and then under deliver to your investors.
