“Pregnant Man” Thomas Beatie pregnant again

“Pregnant Man” Thomas Beatie, who made headlines earlier year for being pregnant, is pregnant again.

Mr Beatie was born female and named Tracy Lagondino, but had gender-reassignment surgery and is now legally male and married to Nancy. He first came to prominence after the Advocate broke the story of his pregnancy last year, followed by an appearance on Oprah. News of the new pregnancy was broken by Barbara Walters on an interview shown on The View.

Thomas revealed in the interview that he decided not to resume taking the male hormone testosterone after the birth of his first child, so that he could instead pursue parenthood a second time. “I feel good. I had my checkups with my hormone level, as far as the HCG. And everything is right on track.”
