AT&T U-verse iPhone App Lets Users Schedule and Download Shows

AT&T today launched U-verse Mobile for the iPhone, an application that allows users to remotely schedule DVR programming, while providing the ability to view shows via the internet.

According to Electronista:

Anyone with a U300 packager or better can download at least some episodes directly over Wi-Fi and watch them locally, even when no connection is available.

Any customer willing to move up to the more expensive U300 or U450 channel packs will receive not only the free iPhone App, but also a $75 iTunes gift card.

Only iOS users can download the application, however a Blackberry Torch version is on the way and other devices are also expected to gain access to the program in the future.
