Tamar Braxton Sells Los Angeles Mansion

Tamar Braxton recently sold her Los Angeles mansion for a very tidy profit.

The Braxton Family Values star purchased the spacious home back in 2011 for $3.4 million. Two years after acquiring the property, the reality TV star has found someone to take it off her hands.

According to TMZ, Tamar Braxton managed to flip the Los Angeles mansion for a cool $6.9 million. For those who don’t want to do the math, that’s a profit of around $3.5 million. In short, she made out extremely well in the recent real estate deal.

Not only does the new owner get 11,700 square feet worth of living space, they also get to tell their friends they now reside not too far from Justin Bieber’s home. Chances are that detail wasn’t in the listing.

S2S reports Lamar Braxton and her record-producing husband Vincent Herbert put the mansion on the market last October. After months of searching for a buyer, it seems the couple have finally found someone with cash to spare.

A mountain of cash ins’t the only recent addition to Braxton and Herbert’s family. The pair welcomed a baby boy into the world on June 6. According to BET, the “Love and War” singer recently celebrated Vincent’s first Father Day’s by posting a picture of the baby on Instagram.

“Happy Father’s Day to the love of my life, my best friend, my husband Vincent Herbert! Our son Logan Vincent Herbert and I are proud to share this day with you!! We love you soooooo much!” she wrote.

Compared to other celebrities, Tamar Braxton seemed to have a relatively low-key pregnancy. She told Us Weekly that the past nine months have been “great.”

“I have a lot of energy. I’m always upbeat and everyone has to tell me to sit down somewhere. But I feel amazing!” she explained to the publication.
