Sydney’s Taronga zoo has shown off the public its first baby pygmy hippo in 23 years.
Monifa was born three weeks ago and weighs 13 pounds (6 kgs). A normal full sized adult hippo weighs around 7,000 to 10,000 pounds. The pygmy hippo is native to forests and swamp areas in Western Africa, and are an endangered species.

ok that is definitely a cute overload. makes you want one (as long as it stays that size) lol I know, I know NO CHANCE. but it is cute.
