Blake Fielder-Civil Is Free. . . Sort Of

While Amy Winehouse was busy punching the paparazzi (again), Blake Fielder-Civil was released from the Edmunds Hill Prison after serving 12 months for grievous bodily harm. According to current whispers, he isn’t headed home to Amy’s candy palace, but to rehab as per settlement agreements.

Fielder landed in jail in 2007 after admitting that he attacked James King, a pub landlord, and was later sentenced to a whopping 27 months in jail after he was found guilty of perverting the course of justice by offering King a monetary bribe.

I just hope he doesn’t come back totally crazy after being locked up for so long. Amy’s making baby steps in the health department, and I would hate to see things deteriorate.
