Google Nexus One Begins Showing Up In More Retail Stores

The Google Nexus One has been showing up at an increasing number of retail chains lately and now we’ve learned that T-Mobile affiliate i Wireless is offering the device for $300, a fee that includes a $350 discount and a $50 mail-in-rebate.

Google had attempted, rather unsuccessfully, to sell the Nexus One through their own online store and this newest move proves that Google has shifted that focus to a more mainstream approach that will put the device in users hands to demo before they pick one up.

Google site visitors can now see the subsidized pricing for T-Mobile, although the AT&T version is currently showing out of stock.

In the meantime, keep checking back at the Google phone site and you should soon see more info about other Android devices in the near future, including recent mentions of the HTC Evo 4G and Droid Increditble for Sprint and Verizon customers.
