CNN’s Wolf talks to holographic reporter [CNN hologram]
CNN is well known for using some of the newest technologies available for big ticket events like the Presidential election. This year they are introducing holographic interviews (the CNN hologram) with people around the election and this picture is the first one they have done live with one of their own reporters

Like Princess Leah Jessica Yellin the lady reporter (sorry I for not getting the reporter’s name) is in New York and “beamed in” to Atlanta where Wolf is for the interview.
[thanks to Nick Bradbury for pinging me on Twitter with her name]

See, that's the question. Based on part of her explanation, part of it could be true. If she were in a 'tent' with 30 HD cameras surrounding her, then they would have to be set to different focal points in order to capture the image as they projected.
The catch behind a green screen is that you have to have the 'green' show on the recorded video to know which RGB to block out.
I think that it is a fake because to have the system work the way that it was described, you would have to have a way to record the video without interrupting the video feed (“As displayed on the boobtube”) Unless I see proof… I call “Misleading”

Amazing to see a Star Trek TNG concept being actually done for the very first time

The “hologram” was superimposed onto the broadcast, like those superimposed yellow down marker lines at football games. The people in the studio couldn't actually see the “hologram” unless they were watching a video monitor.
