International iPad Gets Delayed, Arrives Worldwide End Of May

The Apple iPad has been so popular in the United States that Apple has had to delay the International release of the product to keep up with demand at home.

Apple has announced that they have moved the International release from “late April” until sometime at the “end of May.”

Apple sold more than 500,000 tablets during the first week of U.S. release, causing many users to wait an extra week to get their hands on the device and the demand is still great enough that Apple had to move the International launch.

Apple is promising a specific release date announcement by May 10th along with pricing for worldwide users. [Apple]
